Chaos amassed as the battle went on. This...this wasn't what they expected. It was far more than overwhelming.
All he remembered was blood and pain. Everything before and after was a blur of chaos. Before he knew it, he was falling. Then, as if some were ripped out of him, he screamed with pain starting on his back.
He laid there helpless while watching the blurry mess. He noticed a figure fly towards him and then scream. Suddenly, everything went dark.

The spaniard sat out watching the fire they had made out in the woods. Thoughts whirling in his mind were interpreted by a sudden voice.
"You have to stop acting like you're the only one that regrets it." It was Feli.
"It was my fault."
"Toni, it's not your fault." He sat down next to Toni and looked to the fire.
"How?"
"Yao wasn't the one to think of the idea."
"What?"
"I thought of it. I thought that maybe we could do it. It was stupid and everyday I regret it." He gripped the dirt in front of him. "I can't stand it when you blame yourself because it wasn't your fault at all. Why do you blame yourself if you didn't even think of such a stupid idea? You didn't cause everything to happen!" He tightened his hold on the ground as tears slid down. "Stop blaming yourself...you did nothing.
The spaniard sat stunned unsure of what to do or even think. Suddenly, he noticed Yao's figure come down with someone else. It wasn't long before he realized Yao had brought Lovino. Before either of the two by the fire could say anything Lovino slapped both of them.
"You two are idiots."
"Lovino don't you think-"
"Give me a minute Yao." He looked back to the two in front of him. "If you're going to kill yourselves, you might as well take me with you."
"What?" Both were stunned.
"Just because I lost my wings doesn't mean I'm useless you assholes." He turned to Yao. "Where are they?" Yao pointed to a small tent they had made. "Good." Lovino walked over to the others yelling. "Rise and shine you shits, it's time to get ready!"
~~~
Gil stood watching Lovi train with Feli. Francis and Antonio at his side.
"Where did they learn to fight?"
"No one really knows."
"I'm impressed."
Yao joined the three.
"So Yao, why did you bring Lovino?" Gil asked the shorter man.
"You'll see."
"It's always secrets with you!"
"As if you haven't kept any secrets?"
"Fair enough." They all looked back at the sword fight between the two brothers.
Feli swung high with Lovi blocking. Both pulled away with this time Lovi striking, but Feli moved just a bit quicker. He managed to knock the sword out of Lovi's hand, push him down, and pin him. A smirk clear on his face.
"I win." He moved and helped his brother up.
"Damn Feli, do you train all the time?"
"Of course!"
"I trained you well." Lovi smiled but then frowned as he heard the cheers coming from the others. He turned to them. "What the hell are you doing? You should be training!" He walked to then.
"I don't need training! I'm too awesome!" In an instant, Gil ran with Lovi chasing him down. He was quickly tackled down and dragged back.
"Anyone else want to try that?" All shook their heads. "Good! Now, who wants to go against Feli?"
