Gideon POV

I'm currently on the way to the resort for Mew. My hands are shaking so badly that I must clench them together to calm them a little. Good thing that I'm not driving because Uncle Luke gave me the signal to use the company car and hire a company driver, or else I would surely be in an accident. I can drive on my own, Uncle Luke taught me before when he was teaching Mew, but I don't think I can drive anything because of my hand.

I already called Auntie Vanessa about this, and he wants to go to the resort with me. She wants to confirm that Mew is staying there. I still remember her shaking voice while crying when she heard me say that I had finally found Mew. She is so relieved, but I said maybe It's not yet okay, especially now. It can overwhelm Mew if he sees us all at once. What if he runs away again? We didn't want that to happen, and Uncle Luke also agreed with me, so he helped me convince Auntie and Elise to let me talk to Mew first. Maybe I can persuade Mew to come home with me; thankfully, Auntie Vanessa agreed.

On my way to the resort, I can't help but cry. I think my eyes are red and swollen already because of so much crying that I've been doing since I left INF. I know I don't have the right to be hurt because I'm not the one who is suffering from all of this but Mew. I'm not the one Allyssa broke, but I can't help it. I feel like every single time ever since Mew was gone. I feel like someone is stabbing my heart over and over again. Everything in my life became unstable and shaking. My worry for Mew's safety is killing me.

I felt like I was drowning every day! I keep pretending in front of everyone that I'm okay. I have to be strong in front of them so that they wouldn't worry about my quality of work, but now! As I am getting near where Mew is, all my emotions are now overwhelming me.

"Sir, we're here!" My driver told me. After a few hours on the road, I am finally here.

I tried to step out of the car, but my body was not coordinating with me. I don't know what's happening. I can't seem to move an inch from my seat. I know earlier I was so excited to see Mew. So excited that if I can fly, I will indeed fly here. But I don't know what's with me now that my body is not cooperating with my mind. My body is stuck on the car seat. My tears keep flowing from my eyes, and it doesn't seem to want to stop.

Please stop! I need to stop crying! This resort is far away because it's located in the south. Some even must ride a plane or boat to get here, but I can only ride a car because I don't have the luxury to book anything.

I continuously cried on the way here! I need to consume all these tears before going to Mew and to be strong when he sees me! For Marcus, I need to be okay!

"Sir, we're here!" My driver said again louder. Maybe he thought that I did hear him the first time. It made me stop crying right away! I forgot I wasn't alone in the car.

"Ahh, Sir, Please..." I was about to ask the driver not to tell anyone what he saw, but he didn't let me finish.

"Yes, Sir. I understand what you want to say, and don't worry. I will not tell anyone about this, even sir Luke. I hope you are okay, Sir! I know it's not my business, but I hope you resolve your problems. You look so sad and helpless earlier. I didn't say anything because I felt like you wanted to have your privacy. It's all right to cry, Sir, but I hope you will be okay. You seem like a good man, Sir! Also, please don't call me Sir, Sir! You are in a much higher position than me; I'm only a driver; you are the President of INF!" My driver said. I felt the sincerity of his words, and I suddenly felt like he was the father I'd lost. It made me smile and relax a bit.

"Thank you, Sir! Please don't mind me calling you Sir! I'm comfortable with that because you are much older than me and my position in INF is just temporary. It's still Mew's presidency!" I said to him.

"But Sir..." I didn't let him finish. I'm sure he will complain about what I said.

"It's truly okay, Sir! Don't worry!" I smilingly said to him.

"Okay, Sir! If that's what you want! I hope you are okay, and your desire in this place comes true!" He said to me.

"I hope so too! Thank you for bringing me here! Take care on your way home, Sir! Please don't wait for me because I'm not sure when I will be leaving this place. Uncle Luke already knows this, so it's okay!" I said to him and gave him my sincere smile.

"No problem, Sir, It's my job. Just let me know if you want me to drive for you again."

"I will! Thank you again!" I said to him. He just nodded and smiled at me.

I tried to step out again from the car. I ensured that I fixed myself first by brushing all the remaining tears on my face. I must push away all this pain to be vital for Mew so that when I meet him, I can be his friend on whom he can depend on. So that I can help him move on and be okay again; I know it will not be easy. I know it will be a long fight, but I can face anything for Mew. Once I step out of here, I have to be strong, not just for him but for both of us.

After I stepped out of the car, I immediately went to the receptionist to ask about their resort's bar.

"Sir, please go to the far end part of our resort. You go left from here, then follow the path to the end, there you will see our bar here in the resort. "The receptionist told me. I didn't wait any seconds later and ran fast to get to Mew.

The bouncers stopped me from going inside, but I already knew the one thing that acted as the immediate solution to this situation.

Money!

I gave them much money without saying anything; he gladly received it and then looked at me from head to toe! It's my whole allowance, but I don't care about anything anymore. I need to go inside to look for Mew!

After they took my money, they immediately let me in. I was right! Money works!

Once inside, I quickly scanned all the tables in the bar and saw him in the back. Fuck! He looks like a mess. What happened to him? It's just a week, for god's sake, but his appearance looks like he has been gone for years. His weight looks like it dropped drastically. His face looks so pale, and oh my god! He has a mustache now. Mew is a clean freak and will never let a single hair be in his face! Never! Looking at him in this situation made me so angry at Allyssa!

How dare you hurt this man! How dare you make my Mew change so fast that he became like this! I hate you, Allyssa! I hate you so much!

I quickly ran to Mew and became more devastated seeing him up close. He looks so drunk!

"Mew, wake up! It's Gulf! I'm here! Please wake up" I was trying to wake Mew up, but he is not budging.

"Mew! Mew! Wake up! Please wake up!" I kept trying until finally, I felt him move and started to murmur some sound.

"uhhmm.... Hmmm..." I think he is awake. He is now whimpering something, but I don't understand it. I immediately asked for the help of someone, and then I just asked them to help me carry Mew. Even if he loses so much weight, I cannot take him alone.

We brought him to the main building of this resort. I book us a room because I don't know what room Mew is staying here or if he has a room. I didn't think to ask the receptionist; my priority was to let Mew rest. Thankfully, he still has his credit cards which I gladly use because I don't have one.

We put Mew on the bed; I asked the hotel personnel to give me some towels and a bucket of water. I need to wipe his body! I know how much Mew hates to sleep dirty. I don't have his clothes here, so I asked someone from this resort to get me one. After I finished wiping Mew's body and I changed his clothes.

I think there shouldn't be a problem, where both men. I made sure to keep my eyes closed while cleaning him. Fuck! Why does this room become so hot? I'm sweating! Which shouldn't have happened because the air conditioner is on! Gideon Gulf Chantara! You should behave! Please restrain yourself!

After cleaning and changing his clothes, I settled him in the bed nicely to make him more comfortable. I'm currently looking at him intently and caressing his face using my free hand. I can't stop but feel hurt for him again for Mew. How can Allyssa do this to you? How dare her that she let you become like this. I know how much Mew loves her. Isn't that enough? Does she know many other people are longing to be loved by Mew? She has everything I want! Everything! But she just ruined him!

She hurt my love! She breaks my Mew! I watched him sleep, but suddenly he started moving and speaking even though his eyes were still closed. I think he sleeps talking again.

"Allyssa, Please, don't leave me! Please! Don't do this! I can change! Did I do something wrong? Did I do something to hurt you? I'm sorry, okay? Please forgive me. Please don't leave me! I can't continue to live my life without you! Please! Please! Allyssa! Allyssa! Allyssa! I'm begging you! Please!" Mew continues to call on Allyssa! Tears are starting to fall from his eyes!

Mew is crying again. He is fucking crying again. You are hurting because of her. Please stop hurting yourself, Mew! If only you will see me! I can love you more than Allyssa! I can take care of you more than her. Please stop!

"Allyssa! Allyssa! Alyssa! Please, I'm begging you! Please come back! Please!" Mew keeps saying in his sleep. I cannot take this. I said I could, but it's different when I see it myself! I see how hurt he is in front of me! I can't bear to see him like this! It Is the reason why I choose to let go! To make him happy! But what is this? Why is he still hurting?

Why!

I immediately step out of the room and run into the seashore.

Lord! Why are you doing this to us? Why are you keep letting us be hurt? I sacrificed my heart for his happiness. I want him to be happy, but why is he hurting right now? Why?

I keep crying and crying and crying!
