"The worst form of inequality is to try to make unequal things equal" -Aristotle
"Thwack " came a sound out of the punching bag as she kicked it with all the strength left in her.
"-uh... Kaori, are you seriously training at 2:00 am in the morning?" Asked the boy who had just walked in with red eyes and his platinum blonde, messy, bed hair.
"Yeah, so ?" The girl responded by questioning back as she wiped the sweat off of her forehead. She knew she was gonna get a huge lecture from her older 'brother'. His name was Noriyuki Izaak, and her name had been Kaori Tsuya. Both were recruits from the CIA, bound with absolutely nothing to do. Both not related and any way, shape, or form.
"Alright, I'm not giving you a lecture -so just...go to bed!"
"Fine, fine," Tsuya rolled her eyes, "I'm going" she said with quite the frown on her face.
It's been 6 years since then, Tsuya headed straight to the shower, I've been in this place for 6 whole years now; crammed underground, and only to get back into the world when you either have to help someone...
or assassinate someone ... How great. She bitterly thought as she walked down the hallway.

Drip. Drip. Drip...
The rain fell down from the sky onto the 11 year old girl who slowly strolled, watching all the people around her change. Her surroundings change. Herself change. Even though she didn't know how, the time that passed quite steadily would eventually help her find the people that could assist her to achieve that goal. To find out about her father's death- no, wait, she should be saying murder. Tsuya knew her father was killed, even though everyone said otherwise. The police, her mother, the neighbors, everyone... That was until she met a boy about her age in the library. Tsuya would usually sneak in there during the night, and spend most of her time researching things she wanted to know about. She always addressed the library as her 'second' home. She could get lost in her own thoughts of the silence and be captured in that specific story. The young girl had to admit; she was probably a really big nerd or geek. Guess that's why no one liked her, talked to her, or got remotely near her. For reasons other than homework, at least. She was too enveloped in her own thoughts to even realize it.
"-oh I'm sorry, did I hit you?" A gray haired boy looked down at Tsuya with sharp, blue eyes that tried to check if she had been hurt after the fall.
"No, no, I-I'm-" Her nose felt runny, and so she sniffed, "f-fine." The girl then hurried and tried to walk away from the tall boy. She could see him following her from behind the the aisles of endless books, watching like he was trying to make sure of something. Tsuya hid behind one of the shelves and sat down with the papers and books she had in her hands. She then waits for a moment to notice that she doesn't feel paranoid by the male anymore.
"So you wanna play hide and seek?" The boy chuckled, looking around from the other side to try and find her. That was until Tsuya felt a book sliding out from behind her ear.
"BOO! HAHAHAHAHAAHAHAHA! You should have seen your face, ha-ha! I nearly scared you to death!" The platinum blonde cracked up on the floor behind her as she broke down into tears from the scare.
"O-Oh, hey, why are you crying..? I'm sorry, it was just a joke," he spoke gently as he came around and sat in front of the spooked girl who had now been drenched in tears.
"W-Who the heck are you- what do you want?!" Tsuya blurted out loudly, taking him aback.
"My bad, my name is Noriyuki Izaak. I saw you looking really sad so, I wanted to kind of... you know," he started explaining, "cheer you up, I guess." He suddenly noticed all the papers and books Tsuya had had in her small hands. But now they were all on the floor.
"Where did you get these books from-?I have those too. My instructor teaches me lots of techniques to help me study! Hey, where do you live?"
"W-Well- I ...uh, it's complicated," she spoke in a very low voice. Tsuya then explained the situation. How she ran away, about her father's death, and how she doesn't have any idea on what to do... He seemed like a pretty okay guy. Besides, she wasn't one to know what it was like to trust people.
She was happy even though her body ached from wandering, her stomach growled from not eating, and her heart hurt, for she thanked only those who had beat her brutally, made fun of her often, and left her alone for so long. But she would be alright.
"That's interesting, I know who can help you! My teacher; he's helping me find my parents, and he's really nice! Here, I'll take you to him and tell him about your problem." Noriyuki smiled widely, gleaming at her as if he had been literally saying 'have faith- it was fate you had bumped into me!'

"Ah, the morning is young annddd-" She opened her eyes, "I'm still here..." Tsuya mumbled disappointed, as she got up from her bed to go get fresh. She knew today her instructor; James, had been giving her an assignment and she had to admit. The girl was extremely excited since her last assignment was given to her more then 8 months ago.
Another day here in the City of Angels, she silently thought as she brushed her wild mane with her old, rusted hair brush, yawning.
After she met Noriyuki and James, she had found so much information about her father. She had to make a tough decision with her 11 year old mind back then. If she could trust these people, and if she could leave everything she had back in Miyagi... but who wouldn't have? There had been two ...
The two boys were on the boys volleyball team, and her kohai, neighbor, and best friend had also been on the junior team. But later on, she had made her decision by telling them all about it. They had tried to talk Tsuya into not going, but she told them it was for her own good. That she would come back. And till today, she still is committed to that promise. She will definitely go back.
