Mafu was staring at the board as the teacher was going over some worksheet they had done the day before. The albino was getting bored so he decided to zone out. As his brain went to lala land, his thoughts landed on a certain raven-haired male. Maybe when he begins to trust me then I can finally ask him. Mafu turned his gaze towards the light-haired male in front of him. Luz wasn't focusing in class as he was just looking at his phone with a smile on his face. Mafu smiled at him before slightly frowning as a thought flew into his mind. Does Luz like Soraru?

The question has been in the back of his mind ever since the raven-haired had joined the school. The two acted friendly with one another, which is understandable as they were already friends before, but sometimes their actions looked as if they were a bit too friendly. Mafu just sighed as he hoped that the light-haired male had no feelings for Soraru.

After time has passed by for awhile, their teacher let them have the last few minutes of class as he needed to focus on finishing grading some papers. Mafu saw the light-haired male turn around in his chair to look at the albino. Sakata also turned his attention towards the two. The three of them sat in the back, closer to the door, because based on Sakata's words 'they could leave quicker'. Mafu just laughed as he saw Luz semi-scolding the redhead for not focusing in class. Sakata just threw back a remark saying that the light-haired male wasn't focusing either. Mafu smiled at his friends, they're all so strange, but I'm glad I meet them.

"So are we going to hang out today?" Sakata asked the albino as he turned his head to look at him. Mafu thought for a second before nodding his head.

"Should we ask Soraru to join us?" Luz asked the two, Mafu's smile faltered a bit before giving him a warm smile.

"Sure." Mafu replied as the light-haired male smiled.

"Alright then I'll text him."

Why does Soraru always gain Luz's attention? Luz was about grab his phone when Mafu's voice stopped him.

"I'll just announce it in the group chat." Luz looked at the albino before laughing at the albino's usual antics. Mafu always wants to be the one to tell people things.

Mafu: Soraru are you going to hang out with us?

Senra: we're hanging out today?

Shima: cool, we haven't hung out in awhile

Kashitaro: so soraru will join us?

Amatsuki: join us Soraru!!!

Shima: Join us!!

Soraru: • • •

Mafu saw the three dots appear on his screen as the raven-haired was replying. Luz and Sakata just looked over the albino's shoulder to see what Soraru would say. Sakata was thinking that the raven-haired would probably be busy and not come while Luz thought that Soraru will make some excuse not to go. He always hated going outside.

Soraru: sure....

Mafu and the other two smiled at the raven-haired's reply. Sakata had a grin on his face as Luz was slightly surprised that the raven-haired wanted to hang out with them. Maybe he has changed, he's no longer a shut in.

Mafu: yaya, lets meet up by the gates after school

Soraru just looked at his phone in amusement as the others all replied with okays. Nqrse just laughed at how they all seemed happy that Soraru was joining them.

"Well I have to go to my locker for a minute."

The pink-haired male got up from his seat to ask the teacher if he can leave. Soraru just nodded, not even looking at him, as he left. Once Nqrse was gone, the raven-haired turned to glare at the brunette who was grinning.

"You seem mad~"

"Yeah, wonder who's fault it is?"

"You could've said no~"

"You literally possessed me to type that."

"Wwww. Hey, I have to use my ghost powers in some way."

"Didn't I say to not possess me or anyone?!"

"I know, but hey. At least I only did it for this and not something bad."

Soraru just sighed as he slumped in his seat. Urata was chuckling at the raven-haired's moody attitude.

"You're acting as if it's a bad thing."

"It is, I could've used that free time to play video games instead."

"At least try to have some fun. Live a little for once, like me."

"Kinda ironic for a ghost to be saying that."

"Oi!"

Nqrse had come back, Soraru removed his gaze from the brunette as he turned to talk to the pink-haired male. Urata was bored now that he didn't have someone to talk to. What should I do now? Urata thought for awhile before grinning.

"Soraru I'll be gone for awhile~"

Urata then left the classroom as Soraru was beginning to get a little concerned. He better not do anything that'll cause problems. The raven-haired could only sigh, resulting in Nqrse giving him a confused look on his sudden exhausted expression.

Urata was floating around the school, he was laughing as he recalled the expression on a student's face when they saw that the water fountain was on, even no one was using it. Urata enjoyed scaring people, it was his favorite past time whenever Soraru wasn't talking to him. The brunette decided to explore the school and entered the classrooms to check them out. Eventually he noticed that he was in Mafu's classroom, as he saw the albino with the other two. Urata decided to eavesdrop on their conversation, it could give me more reasons to tease Soraru.

He sat down on the redhead's desk, Urata surprised himself on seeming to always be next to the redhead whenever he could. Is there a reason? Urata had been wondering what it was that seemed to pull him towards Sakata, was it his cute smile, or the way he laughed so sweet— Urata cut his thoughts off as he shook his head. I'm going crazy. He decided to focus on the three's conversation, though he'd still take small glances towards the redhead from time to time.

"I'm still surprised Soraru decided to come along." Luz said as the other two gave him puzzling looks.

"What do you mean by that?" Sakata asked, titling his head a bit which caused Urata to smile at the cute gesture.

"He never liked going out, it'd always be me or my other friend that'd drag him out of his room."

"He does seem like a shut in. That's no good for him." Mafu shook his head as if he was disappointed at the raven-haired male.

"Like you're one to talk." Sakata mumbled, Mafu blushed as Luz chuckled a bit.

"Well Soraru has always been like that, it's kinda cute how he pouts at some things."

Urata agreed with the light-haired male's statement, an embarrassed Soraru was a rare sight so seeing him act shy was cute for even him.

"Hey Luz." The light-haired male turned his gaze towards the albino, he was a bit confused once seeing Mafu's unsure expression.

"Yes Mafu?"

"Do you like Soraru?"

"Eh?" Luz looked at the albino, confusion written all over his face.

"It's just you guys act very.....intimate with each other."

Ah~ is that what I think it is, Urata thought as he smirked to himself. So does Mafu have a crush on Soraru? Urata wouldn't be surprise if that was true, after all the albino was always trying to talk to the raven-haired and get closer to him.

"Oh that," Luz said before he laughed, "it's like an inside joke between the two of us."

"Huh?" Now Mafu was the one confused as Sakata just watched the two of them.

"Back then in elementary school, some kids would tease us and say that we were dating. Me and Soraru played along and acted as if we were. Eventually they stopped teasing us but we still act like that sometimes as a way to remember the past."

Urata chuckled as he remembered that. He smiled at the light-haired male, guess Luz still reminiscences about our fun times together.

"T-That's it?"

"Yep."

"Wwwww. Was Mafu jealous~" Sakata grinned at the albino, who blushed and looked away from them.

"N-No. I was just curious."

The bell rang as the two males stopped teasing the albino. They went to head towards the gates as Urata went to look for Soraru. He spotted the raven-haired walk with Nqrse.

"Hey did you miss me~"

"No."

"Wwww. Don't be so cold~"

"What have you been doing?"

"Nothing~"

"Bullshit."

"Wwww by the way Mafu asked Luz if you two were dating~"

Soraru stopped walking as he tensed up, a small blush appeared on his face. Nqrse looked at the raven-haired with confusion.

"Are you okay Soraru?"

"I-I'm fine, just remembered something."

Nqrse rose his eyebrow but decided against asking any further, Soraru sighed in relief as Urata just laughed. They were close to the gates when Mafu had spotted them.

"Hey guys!"

"Hi."
"Hey."

"Well everyone's here so let's go." Shima said as he grabbed Senra's hand and dragged the blond along with him.

"Oi. Don't just begin to flirt." Nqrse said loud enough so that the two males could hear them. Shima stopped walking as the others just laughed. They could see his ears were slightly red.

"That also goes to you guys." Nqrse said as he turned to look at the two brunettes, who blushed at the accusation.

"H-Hey! W-We don't f-flirt a-a l-lot." Amatsuki retorted back in irritation, though his stuttering voice didn't help him. Kashitaro just looked away as if the trees were much much interesting.

"Wwwww. Amatsuki is embarrassed~" Sakata teased as the brunette glared at him. Kashitaro just grabbed his hand and began walking towards the other two males that were ahead.

"Alright let's go!" Mafu exclaimed with a smile on his face as he linked his arm with Luz, who just chuckled at the albino's bouncy personality.

They were walking around town, it was Saturday so they didn't have to worry about doing stuff like homework. After all they would just do it last minute and have to deal with Mafu again. The guys would tease the two couples in their group, who'd just blush and ignore them for awhile. Soraru smiled to himself as he saw the albino pull Luz towards an ice cream stand nearby as Nqrse and Amatsuki followed the two of them.

"I've never seen you smile that much."

Urata looked at the raven-haired male in surprise as Soraru just glared at him.

"Oi. Shut it."

"Nope~ but seriously, you seem to be enjoying their company."

Soraru nodded his head, he did like hanging out with them. He just watched the guys all joke around with one another.

"I guess it's because they make me feel......normal. I sometimes forget about my power when I'm with them."

Urata smiled at his friend, he was happy that the raven-haired wasn't worrying about his powers. Guess he's beginning to look forward for things instead of acting emotionless. Urata watched the others, mostly at the redhead that was being teased by Shima. Urata felt his heart, if he had one, flutter at the sight of a blushing Sakata. Cute.....

"Look at who's lovestruck now."

Urata glared at Soraru, who was smirking at him. The others were too busy talking to one another to notice the raven-haired's expression.

"Oi. Who'd fall in love with that idiot?"

"Maybe another idiot."

"OI!"

Urata was slightly blushing, he crossed his arm as he pouted. Soraru just laughed until he noticed that Mafu was approaching him.

"Here Soraru." The albino handed him an ice cream, Soraru smiled as he took it from the albino's hand.

"Thanks."

"No problem, I didn't want you to feel left out." Mafu smiled at the raven-haired. Soraru was lost in the albino's smile, it was cute and he just couldn't take his eyes off it.

"A-Ah." Soraru stuttered a bit as he looked away so Mafu couldn't see his blush.

"Wwww."

Mafu laughed before he went back to where Luz and Senra where. Soraru just watched him leave, he felt his face become warm as he ate his ice cream. Soraru had noticed that he seemed to be attracted towards the albino.

"Is someone in love~"

"Shut it."

Soraru glared at the brunette before joining the others. They were having fun hanging out with one another as Soraru laughed along with them. Ever since Urata had mentioned love, the raven-haired male found himself stare at the albino more and more often. The feeling in his chest made him feel fuzzy, he was hoping that Urata could be wrong and that he was just happy to have friends that enjoyed his company.

Eventually they all parted their ways, Soraru was back at his home. He looked at the coffee table and noticed an note left by his parents. He smiled as he went to change his clothes. His thoughts kept going towards the albino, Soraru couldn't describe it but the way Mafu made him feel, it annoyed him.........but also made him happy. Urata was still teasing the raven-haired about the events today as Soraru went to his bed.

"Ah~ Soraru is growing up."

"Shut up."

"Wwww. Good night Soraru."

"Night."

Why am I so attracted to him? Soraru drifted off into his sleep, his mind still on the albino. What he didn't expect was that the answer to his question would come to him after a few months.
