The guys were on the roof during lunch, just two more weeks until it was finally summer vacation. Sorato had joined them on the roof again, the short raven-haired was talking with Senra when he glanced at a certain pair. Urata had decided to ignore the male's presence by talking to Sakata. The redhead was smiling as he chatted with the green eyed brunette.

Sorato just looked at the two males with an annoyed expression. The short raven-haired glanced at the redhead before sighing. How can someone so adorable and kind fall in love with a cold and fierce person? The male had found out that the two were dating a couple of days ago, he was surprised that Urata would care for someone.

"So are we going to do anything else during the summer?" Senra asked as he looked at the others.

"How about going to an amusement park again?" Mafu suggested but made a confused face as he noticed that the raven-haired and pink haired male froze.

Soraru and Nqrse tensed up a bit after hearing the suggestion. Even though it had been almost a year since it happened, the raven-haired still couldn't get over seeing Nqrse die. After all, he didn't know about their abilities beforehand so the death really affected him.

"I don't mind." Luz said but frowned when he saw Nqrse look down.

"Are you two okay?" Senra asked as he glanced between the two males.

"We're fine, just remembered something that kinda left a bad memory." Soraru said as he clicked his tongue.

"How does an amusement park trigger a bad memory?" Sorato asked as he looked at the raven-haired in confusion.

"It can happen so stop bothering to ask." Urata barker as he glared at the short raven-haired.

Sorato rolled his eyes before glaring at the green eyed brunette. He crossed his arms as he rose his eyebrow curiously.

"Fine, as I said before you always seem defensive whenever it comes to Soraru's memories."

"Cause he's my friend, unlike a certain bastard." Urata muttered the last part.

"I guess that's a fair point." Sorato said emotionlessly as he gave up in arguing with the green eyed brunette.

The others just looked between the two males that were glaring at each other. Senra nudged the redhead that was besides him and gestured his head towards the pissed off Urata. Sakata looked at the green eyed brunette and hugged him, he glanced up to see Urata stare at him. The short brunette let out a huff and just allowed the redhead to continue hugging him.

"Anyways," Shima said, trying to get rid of the tense atmosphere, "any other ideas?"

"There's a fireworks festival next week." Luz said as he looked at the others.

"We should go~" Sakata said eagerly, still hugging Urata, as he looked at them with pleading eyes. The guys couldn't say no and just sighed, he sure knows how to persuade us.

"I think that's fine." Senra said as the redhead beamed.

Urata found the redhead's excitement cute and pinched Sakata's cheek. The redhead whined about the pain while Urata just chuckled. The raven-haired rolled his eyes at their usual interaction before realizing something.

"Don't we have exams next week too?" Soraru asked making Luz, Amatsuki, Mafu and Sakata groan in displeasure.

"I forgot~" Amatsuki whined as the other four males rolled their eyes.

"Maybe we can do a study group to help prepare." Shima suggested as Kashitaro nodded his head.

"Sure."

"How about we instead—"

"We're studying and that's final." Nqrse said as he cut off Luz. The light haired male pouted while the pink haired male shook his head.

"Do you wanna join us Sorato?" The redhead asked as he looked at the male.

Although Sakata didn't like the idea of having Urata and Sorato in the same room together, he didn't want to seem rude to the short raven-haired. Sorato looked at the redhead then towards Urata. He smirked, which irritated the short brunette, before moving his gaze towards the redhead with a smile.

"Sure, if it's alright with you guys."

"We don't mind." Amatsuki said as he smiled at the short raven-haired.

"I do," was the mumbled response given by the green eyed brunette as he sulked.

"We have that volleyball tournament tomorrow right?" Shima asked, remembering that their teacher mentioned it earlier.

"Oh right, I forgot." Kashitaro said as he remembered about the game.

"At least we can get out of class." Amatsuki replied as he smiled.

"That's the only reason you're happy." Soraru retorted as the red eyed brunette grinned.

"Guilty~"

Soraru wasn't even surprised at this point, the red eyed brunette would be happy about anything that got him out of doing school work.

"When are you guys going to the beach?" Sorato asked, switching the topic.

"Doesn't concern you." Urata barked back as the short raven-haired glared at him.

"Probably by around the end of August." Kashitaro responded, ignoring the glaring contest between the two short males.

"Why do you ask? Did you want to come with us?" Mafu questioned the short raven-haired, who looked away from the short brunette to face the albino.

"I was thinking about it but I'm busy on those days so I'll have to say no."

"Okay~"

The bell's ringing can be heard as students began to walk back to class. Sorato got up and waved at the guys goodbye as he walked down the stairs. Urata was still sulking at having the short raven-haired join them in their study group. Sakata tried to reassure the short brunette and telling him that it'll be fine.

"You're not the one he hates. He still seems to try and get you to like him even though you rejected him." Urata muttered as Sakata looked away sheepishly.

"I doubt he'd try to do anything knowing that you two are already dating." Shima commented as he tried to help the redhead.

"You don't know that."

Urata was still insecure, he felt like Sorato was joining them a lot lately and the others seemed to talk to him more often. He was afraid that the short raven-haired would eventually replace him and take his spot in their friend group, along with taking the one person he actually has feelings for. The short brunette just glared at the ground, the redhead then timidly held Urata's hand.

"It's just studying so nothing will happen." Sakata said as the green eyed brunette gave him a side glance.

"Plus we all already know how much Sakata likes you~" Shima teased as the redhead began to turn red.

"H-Hey Shima!" Sakata yelled, his face heating up.

"Www."

Urata just watched the two before chuckling to himself. He glanced down to see the intertwined fingers, a faint smile began to appear on his face. I shouldn't worry about that, these guys clearly care about me. The green eyed brunette was happy that he now had people to rely and talk with instead of just the raven-haired. Guess meeting these guys was good for the both of us in a way. Urata smiled at the redhead as they walked to class.

Soraru was staring at the board, he glanced to his right to see Senra writing down in his notebook. The raven-haired then looked behind the blonde to see Luz doodling on his paper. When he moved his gaze towards the albino, Soraru noticed that Mafu seemed to be glancing towards the light haired male with a serious look on his face. Wonder what he's thinking, Soraru thought as he went back to listening to the teacher.

After a while, they had five minutes to spare as their teacher finished teaching the lesson earlier. Soraru was talking to Senra and Luz, well more like listening and making some side comments, when he felt the albino poke his back.

"What?" Soraru asked as he turned so that he was facing the albino. Mafu seemed nervous, making Soraru a bit concerned.

"I-I'm going to confess to Luz." Mafu said determinedly as the raven-haired's expression faltered.

"R-Really?" Soraru felt that his throat was becoming dry as he spoke.

"Yeah, better earlier than never." Mafu repeated what Luz said to them at the mall the other day.

Soraru was silent as he looked at the albino. But Luz likes Nqrse... The raven-haired felt like punching himself for not telling the albino about Luz's feelings. He was starting to feel guilty for keeping it a secret from the albino because the next day he would see a depressed Mafu. Soraru sighed, the feeling of guilt was slowly eating him away as he put on a fake smile for the albino.

"Well good luck with that."

"Thanks~"

Soraru ignored the pain and stabbing in his heart as he smiled at Mafu. The albino glanced at the light haired male next to him before looking back at the raven-haired. He beamed at the raven-haired with a small blush on his face.

"Are we doing anything after school?" Luz asked, causing Soraru and Mafu to turn to look at the taller male.

"I don't think so," Senra said, "Kashitaro is busy and Sakata says he needs to help his parents with something."

"Ah, oh well."

"Hey Luz, can I talk to you after school?" Mafu asked, he made a side glance towards the raven-haired as he asked the question.

"Sure." The light haired male said.

Mafu didn't noticed how his heart reacted differently to the light haired male's smile. Soraru just stared at the two for a few seconds before looking down. The raven-haired sighed as he smiled sadly to himself.

It was after school, Mafu was walking with Luz around the school. A teacher asked them to help take some things into the gym for tomorrow. Along the way, the albino's thoughts were bouncing back and forth. Once they finished, the albino took Luz behind the school. Mafu was facing his back towards the taller male. The light haired male looked at the albino with a confused expression.

"So what is it that you wanted to tell me?" Luz asked, he was wondering why the albino seem nervous.

"W-Well, u-um....you know I care about you."

"Yes.." Luz said unsure of where this was going.

"Y-You're a kind p-person and I enjoy t-talking with you." Mafu stuttered a bit as he still didn't look at Luz.

The light haired male titled his head as he stayed silent. Mafu continued to speak as he looked at the ground.

"Y-You always make me smile and I have fun being around you.....and.....I...."

Mafu couldn't find his voice and began to worry. A-Ah, n-no! I have to confess now! Mafu straightened his back as he quickly turned to look at the light haired male, slightly startling Luz. The light haired male noticed the albino's slightly red face.

"I-I...!"

Mafu kept stuttering as Luz finally understood what the albino was trying to do and widened his eyes. He was beginning to feel bad, I can't return the feelings. Luz was thinking about a nice way to reject the albino.

"I-I love—!"

Right as the word 'love' left the albino's mouth, a certain raven-haired flashed across his mind. Huh? Mafu was confused and immediately stopped speaking as he blanked out. Why did Soraru..? The albino was silent, which concerned the light haired male.

"Mafu, are you okay?"

The albino then began to think back at the times he blushed whenever he was around the raven-haired. He thought back to how he was always annoyed whenever Soraru was spending time with someone else. He remembered how his heart hurt when he thought about Soraru liking someone. Mafu then widened his eyes as he stared at the ground.

"I-I-I....." Mafu was struggling to get the words to leave his mouth. He kept repeating the words like a broken record.

"I-I love Soraru...."

The words finally left his mouth, they were silent, almost going unnoticeable but Luz managed to hear it. The light haired male smiled as the albino looked up with a blush on his face.

"So you finally realized."

"E-Eh?"

"It was kinda obvious."

"H-Huh?" Mafu let out a confused noise, how come everyone else could see but I couldn't?

"So are you going to confess to him now?" Luz asked, the question made the albino widen his eyes as he looked at the taller male in slight panic.

"AH! I forgot that I told Soraru that I liked you and that I was planning on confessing so now he probably thinks I still like you!"

Mafu began to beat himself up, I might've messed up. Luz could only shake his head at the albino's panicking.

"I'm sure if you just say that I rejected you then he'd understand."

"But....what if he tries to stop his feelings for me because he thinks that you might say yes."

I doubt that, he knows that I like Nqrse. Luz then frowned once a thought crossed his mind. But he'd probably not try to confess because he'd feel like he's taking advantage of your depressed state. Plus, the raven-haired said before that he had reseted multiple times to get rid of feelings. He might do the same thing.... Luz was silently hoping that Soraru wouldn't do anything rash. Mafu sighed before looking at the taller male with a trace of timidness.

"Can you help me Luz?"

"Of course~" Luz said as he smiled at the albino, "plus me and Urata want Soraru to be happy once again." Luz muttered the last part to himself.

"Thanks!"

Mafu began to brighten up a bit as he thought about the raven-haired. It took me this long to realize. The albino was now determined to express his feelings to the raven-haired.
