Soraru was walking to school with Sakata. The redhead had spotted the raven-haired along the way and decided to walk with him. It had been a few weeks, nothing seemed to have happened so far so the raven-haired hadn't been worrying about any of his friends dying. The days have been calm and Soraru was hoping it'd stay like that for a while.

Urata was floating behind them, he was slightly frowning at the sight of the redhead happily talking to the raven-haired. Sakata had seemed to have gotten close to Soraru ever since the raven-haired had gone to check on him. Actually, it was just the day after that when Sakata seemed to always be by the raven-haired's side. Did something happen while I wasn't there? Urata felt uneasy seeing Sakata grin at the raven-haired. He knew that Soraru wouldn't try it steal Sakata, but that didn't help ease his heart.

"Hey Soraru."

The raven-haired looked at the redhead, who seemed nervous. Urata was curious about the redhead's unusual behavior, Sakata was normally energetic but he seemed a bit uneasy at the moment.

"Um..." Sakata kept opening and closing his mouth a couple of times before shaking his head. "Never mind."

Urata was confused by the redhead's words. The brunette floated in front of the redhead and ruffled his hair in an attempt get rid of his nervous expression. Sakata was annoyed at the action, but it changed to confusion when he realized that no one seemed to be doing it. Urata grinned as he looked at the raven-haired.

"Urata, you're going to make him become suspicious."

"Like this idiot would figure out that a ghost is doing this."

Soraru sighed before turning back to the redhead, he seemed to understand what the redhead was trying to say because he reassured Sakata.

"Don't worry about it."

Soraru was looking at the redhead with a warm smile. Sakata noticed the raven-haired's gaze and just smiled back, feeling calmer.

"What was that?" The brunette asked the raven-haired, who just looked at him. Soraru seemed to be thinking for a while before replying.

"It was nothing important."

"Eh?"

Urata was even more confused at the two. He bobbed his head to the side as he gave the raven-haired an accusing look. Soraru didn't meet his gaze, which only raised the brunette's suspicions.

"Soraru do you like anyone?"

"Why's he asking that?!" Urata exclaimed as he swiftly moved his head to glare at the raven-haired.

"Eh? Why are you glaring at me, I did nothing."

"Because you seem to always have people fawn over you." Urata grumbled as he crossed his arms in irritation.

"Why are you asking that?" Soraru asked, ignoring the sulking and irritated brunette.

"Because I heard Luz say something about you liking someone."

Damn it Luz. Soraru sighed as he glanced at the redhead. Might as well just say it, no point in hiding it.

"Yeah."

"Is it Mafu?"

Soraru choked on his own spit as he stared at the redhead in surprise. Urata's irritation dimmed down as he smirked at the raven-haired.

"See it's soo obvious, even this idiot found out~"

"W-What makes you say that?"

"I overheard Luz."

"Of course."

"Don't worry, I think he might like you back."

"Eh, but he likes Luz, I mean have you seen how he acts around him? He's lovestruck."

"True, but he seems to look at you from time to time."

"Eh?" Soraru stopped walking as he stared at the redhead.

"Luz told me."

"Can Luz ever keep his mouth shut?" Soraru mumbled under his breath.

"I'll support you." Sakata said with a bright smile on his face. That's the best I can do for Soraru since he's....

Urata forgot about the two male's unusual behavior and smiled at the redhead. He looks so cute when he's happy. Soraru felt himself smile back at the redhead before ruffling his hair, much to Sakata's dismay. The two arrived at the school gates.

"This is a weird pair." Shima jokingly said as he saw Soraru and Sakata arrive.

"Are you two dating~" Kashitaro teased while Soraru rolled his eyes.

"Sorry to burst your bubble but no."

"I decided to annoy Soraru and walk with him." Sakata said as the grinned.

"Www so now Sakata seems to enjoy being with Soraru, next thing you know Amatsuki and Senra leave their boyfriends for him." Nqrse said.

Shima and Kashitaro glared at the pink haired male, who smiled at them. Amatsuki giggled to himself while Senra shook his head at their antics. Luz smirked to himself as he looked at Urata, the brunette glared at the light haired male.

"Don't say anything."

"I wasn't going to~"

"Yes you were!"

"Nope."

"Luz I swear—"

"Oi. Stop bickering, it's starting to give me a headache."

The two males stopped their banter, Urata crossed his arms as he gave Soraru an irritated look.

"Good."

"Is Urata jealous~" Amatsuki laughed to himself when he saw the brunette's face turn slightly pink.

"OI!"

"We should probably go now." Kashitaro said as he noticed that class was about to begin in a couple of minutes.

"We can't be late!" Mafu said as he linked his arms with Luz and Sakata.

The redhead turned his head slightly and waved goodbye at Soraru. The raven-haired smiled in return. Mafu noticed the gesture out of the corner of his eyes and slightly frowned. Does Sakata like Soraru? The albino then shook his head to get rid of the thought. Of course not, they already said they aren't dating. Sakata felt the albino's strong gaze and became a bit nervous.

"I-Is everything okay Mafu?" Sakata asked, unsure by the albino's stare.

"Is something going on between you and Soraru?" Mafu widened his eyes as the words just flew out of his mouth. He didn't mean for in to sound accusing but it did.

"Eh? N-No..." Sakata averted his gaze, "hey did you guys do the homework?"

"Let me guess, you want to copy it from me again." Luz bluntly said as the redhead sheepishly smiled.

Mafu was still staring at the redhead, who was now talking with Luz. Sakata seemed to avoid the topic. Something's wrong here. Mafu was pondering on what could've happened. Now that I think about it, those two have been close ever since that day Sakata said he went to get his lunch. Mafu then began to remember that Soraru would always make up some excuse to go to the redhead whenever Sakata went somewhere alone. He frowned at the idea of his friends seeming to hide something from him. I should probably question Soraru later.

Urata was glaring holes at the raven-haired, who was jotting down notes in class. What is going on? The brunette was really curious on knowing why Soraru and Sakata seemed close to each other, whenever he asked the raven-haired all he would get was an 'it's nothing'. Urata decided to go to Luz's class, to see if the light haired male knew why. When he arrived to the class, the first thing he did was bop the taller male's head.

"Why are you here Urata?"

"Do you know anything going on between Sakata and Soraru?"

"Eh?" The light haired male looked at the brunette confusingly.

"Just answer the question."

"No."

"So he didn't tell you either."

"Are you jealous?"

Urata stayed silent at the light haired male's words before groaning in frustration. He pouted before continuing to talk.

"No. But they seem to always be at each other's side ever since a few weeks ago."

"Now that you mention it, Soraru always goes to check on Sakata. And Sakata always leaves the classroom quickly."

"Eh?"

"You haven't noticed that he'd come late to the roof sometimes or always be the first one by the gates?"

"No...."

Urata glanced at the redhead that was sleeping at the moment. Luz went back to focusing in class while the brunette sat in silence. Urata then had an idea pop into his head. Soraru just probably doesn't want any one of them to be by themselves because they could die. Urata decided that that was the excuse, yeah I'm getting worried over nothing.

Urata sat on the redhead's desk and began to play with Sakata's hair. He began to feel calm and smiled to himself as he saw the redhead's sleeping face. Luz saw the action from the corner of his eye and smiled sadly. He can't do anything about his feelings but just watch.

January was just beginning, the breeze was chilly as the sky was gray. It had been a few months with no incident, which pleased the raven-haired since he didn't have to worry about his friends dying. Soraru was walking to school, listening to Urata talk about random things. The brunette was still curious about Soraru and Sakata but pushed away the questions on his mind. They made it to the gate, where the others were waiting.

"You finally arrived." Luz said as he crossed his arms in fake anger.

"Yeah, yeah let's just go to class." Soraru lazily dismissed the light haired male's words.

"Someone seems a bit moody today." Shima jokingly said as the raven-haired glared at him.

"I just wanna go home already and sleep."

The raven-haired had been mentally tired the whole week, which confused the brunette since Urata had no idea what he was tired from. Soraru just wanted the weekend to arrive so he could rest.

"Www you're so lazy." Sakata said as the raven-haired rolled his eyes.

"Oh so you don't glare at Sakata, I see how it is Soraru." Shima commented.

"Wwww that's cause Sakata has this pure aura around him, no one can hate him." Mafu said, the redhead slightly tensed before laughing.

"Y-Yeah, who would hate this innocent face?"

Sakata put his hands on his cheeks in a cute manner, which made Urata's heart flutter, as if to prove a point. Soraru shook his head before noticing the redhead's scarf was becoming undone. He walked up to the redhead and fixed his scarf. Sakata was confused but then widened his eyes in realization after Soraru muttered something to him.

"Thanks Soraru!" Sakata beamed at the raven-haired, who sighed.

"I seriously am acting like an older brother to you."

"Yep~"

"Soraru is being nice?" Luz said in exaggerated shock.

"Www so he does have a heart." Amatsuki joined in on teasing the raven-haired, who glared at them.

"Let's get to class now." Senra said as he walked ahead of them. Urata was floating besides the raven-haired, he looked at Soraru with a questioning look.

"What'd you say to him?"

"Nothing important."

"Seriously what is going on between you two? Why won't you tell me?"

Soraru stayed silent, it was enough to make the brunette frown.

"You don't trust me."

"It's not that—"

"Fine. Be like that then."

Urata crossed his arms and looked away from the raven-haired. Soraru sighed, sorry Urata but I promised. The raven-haired was hoping that it would stop eventually so that Urata wouldn't have to get worried anymore. Though that was unlikey, so all he had to do was wait for the end of the school year.

The raven-haired thought back on the book, a sakura and leaf. After thinking about it for a while, he finally decided that it meant that two of them will die this time. But the question now was, which two and when?

Soraru sat down in his seat and stared at the cloudy sky. He was just hoping that the others wouldn't catch onto his and Sakata's weird behavior. But Urata already is and knowing him, I'm sure he asked the others. He expected them finding out eventually but for now he hoped they didn't find out the hard way. I'm surprised they haven't noticed the.... Soraru stopped his thoughts, he felt uneasy thinking about those again. He sighed, hang in there.
