Chapter 12

The classroom was somewhat quiet as the teacher was writing on the board. Some students were listening to the lesson while others quietly talked to their friends. Soraru wasn't paying attention to the teacher as he was looking out of the window, zoning out from time to time.

Urata was floating around the room, sometimes making small talk with the raven-haired. The short brunette had forgotten how fun it was to be a ghost. He always did enjoy scaring people a lot back then. He decided to annoy the guys and began to poke them.

They tried to act as if the short brunette wasn't there and didn't say anything which made Urata pouted at them.

"You guys are boring." Urata mumbled to himself.

He knows that he said to act like he wasn't there but he wasn't expecting the guys to be able to do so. He decided that Luz would be his next victim. Urata was poking the light haired male's cheek.

Luz was getting irritated at being constantly poked by the ghost, especially since it would make him jolt in his seat a bit because of the coldness of the touch. After the green eyed brunette kept poking and messing with him for a while, Luz slightly turned his head to glare at Urata, who smiled innocently.

"You're suppose to act like I'm not here~"

"How am I suppose to do that when you're constantly poking and annoying me?!"

"Www"

"You're lucky you're a ghost at the moment so I can't do anything."

"You wouldn't do anything even if I wasn't a ghost."

Luz ignored the green eyed brunette and looked away with an annoyed expression on his face. The light haired male went back to paying attention to the teacher.

Urata then looked at the redhead and smirked devilishly. He floated in front of the redhead, who blinked his eyes, surprised at the short brunette's sudden appearance. Sakata was becoming uneasy at the green eyed brunette's smirk.

Urata cupped the redhead's face in his hands and gave him a small peck on the lips. Sakata's face became fully flushed as the short brunette chuckled.

The redhead glared at him as he managed to hear some of his classmates' thoughts. They were wondering why his face was red. Sakata buried his head in his arms to hide his face. Urata just laughed at the redhead's embarrassment as he ruffled Sakata's hair.

Urata then went back to bothering the other guys, who were beginning to become unamused at the short brunette's action. The guys tried to continue ignoring the short brunette but they were clearly annoyed.

At one instant Amatsuki was about to yell at the short brunette to quit it but stopped himself when he remembered that people would probably think he's weird for suddenly shouting.

Soraru made a side glance towards the green eyed brunette, who was teasing Senra. The blonde was trying his best not to suddenly shout in protest. Soraru sighed as he rolled his eyes. He's always more mischief when he's a ghost.

The raven-haired felt someone poke his cheek and looked to see it was none other than the short brunette.

"Soraru~ I'm bored."

"And what do you want me to do?"

"Something."

"You seemed to be enjoying yourself with annoying the others."

"Www it was fun, but they're getting mad and aren't reacting as much now which makes it boring."

"Then go look for something else to do."

"Okay~" Urata grinned as he began to leave the room.

"Oi! Don't do anything that would cause me problems."

Urata just waved his hand lazily, not even looking at the raven-haired, as he left the room.

"How much do you wanna bet that he'll cause trouble?" Kashitaro asked the guys as they all sighed.

"He's definitely going to do that." Soraru said as he remembered about all the times the short brunette would pull pranks on people just to see their reactions.

They brought their attention back to the teacher as the class went on by. The school day was the same as usual, Urata came back eventually and by seeing the mischief smile of his face Soraru can tell that he was scaring people.

The guys were at the albino's house playing games and talking about pointless stuff. They didn't have school today so the ten of them decided to hang out with each other. Mafu was the one to offer going to his house and the guys agreed to it.

While Mafu and Amatsuki were playing a game the others either watched or talked to each other. The room was filled with joking taunts, banters and Mafu's laughing as Amatsuki kept shouting at him.

Nqrse turned his head away from the screen to look at the raven-haired.

"So how have your memories been?"

"Okay I guess." Soraru said as he looked at the guys.

"It's been like a couple of months and you still don't have all your memories." Shima stated as the raven-haired lazily shrugged.

"Senra, try giving him another memory." Sakata said as the blonde looked at the raven-haired.

"Only if Soraru wants to."

"I don't mind." Soraru replied as the blonde gave him a small smile.

Senra then grabbed the raven-haired's hand as his tattoo changed its color. A few seconds passed before Soraru quickly retracted his arm as he tried to calm his fast-beating heart. Senra gave the raven-haired a worried and pitiful look.

"What memory was it?" Urata asked as the raven-haired began to calm down.

"J-J-Just a memory of one of you guys d-dying. It was L-Luz's death to be exact." Soraru said as he looked down.

Luz tensed up a bit at the recollection of his own death. Even though he doesn't remember it, Luz still gets scared a bit at the mention of it.

"I kinda feel bad making you go through all of this again." Senra said as the raven-haired shook his head.

"It's fine. I'll......eventually get used to it."

"I'm curious on why your memories are coming back. Like what was the point of giving them away when you'll get them back either way?" Kashitaro questioned as the raven-haired frowned a bit.

Seems like Kashi was also wondering about that. The raven-haired was debating with himself on whether he should tell them about his uneasiness towards all of this. They should know at least, in case things happen to get worse.

"I've actually been wondering about that too."

"Really?" Sakata said as the raven-haired nodded his head.

"I actually asked Akiza about it, but seems like even she doesn't know why."

"Now I'm starting to get nervous." Shima jokingly said, though he was also serious about it.

"Just when we were enjoying our finally peaceful lives, something just happens to come up to ruin it." Urata muttered as he crossed his arms in irritation.

"Guess this means that we'll have to worry about what could possibly happen." Nqrse said as Mafu turned to look at them. Their game was over and the two males decided to join the conversation.

"What are you guys talking about?" Amatsuki asked as the short brunette replied.

"About how fate still seems to hate us."

"But Akiza said that she changed our fates so we don't have to worry about things like that." Sakata stated as the albino rubbed his chin as he thought about something.

"Maybe she isn't able to change everything, I mean some things are probably still fated to happen no matter what." Mafu said as the guys looked at him confused.

"What do you mean?" Senra asked as the albino responded.

"Like how even though our fate has changed, one of you still ended up getting hit by the bus back when you were younger." Mafu said as he looked at the raven-haired and green eyed brunette.

"True....no matter what happened, the incident on that day was still going to occur, whether it'd be me or Soraru." Urata said as he bitterly laughed. How great, he thought sarcastically.

"Honestly, all these resets have messed with my mind a bit. Like even though we've been through all of it, I still sometimes get confused." Amatsuki sheepishly said as he rubbed his head.

"Well, there's nothing that could really possible happen at the moment." Sakata said as the light haired male nodded his head in agreement.

"Yeah, I mean the things that we used to worry about are gone. Sorato and Mafu's granduncle don't exist anymore."

"We should just keep this in the back of our mind." Kashitaro suggested as the guys nodded their heads in agreement.

"Well now that that's out of the way. Who wants to play next?" Amatsuki asked as the redhead and purple-haired grinned.

The guys went back to chatting with one another, deciding to forget about the doubts that were crossing their minds at the moment.

Soraru sighed as he rested his head on his arm. Guess I shouldn't worry about it now. The guys spent the rest of their time fooling around and having fun. They began to leave the albino's house once it was starting to get dark.

Soraru walked to his house as he let his mind wander around. He began to feel like he was remembering almost all of his memories. Just a few more are left. The raven-haired was slightly happy about it.

He reached his house and opened the door. The house was empty as his parents were out for work so the raven-haired headed towards his room.

It was still early to go to sleep so he decided to lay around on his bed. He didn't have anything to do at the moment. Soraru looked at his bookshelf and figured that he might as well just look at the book to see if that would help his memories.

Soraru grabbed the book and flipped through the pages. He had seen most of his memories of the guys' deaths, thanks to Senra using his ability to make him remember.

The blonde would always feel guilty for making the raven-haired remember the fear and trauma he had felt and been through back then. But Soraru would always reassure the blonde that he was fine.

The raven-haired saw that the redhead's tattoo was no longer faded. He unconsciously smiled as he sighed in relief. At least I don't have to worry about any of the guys dying. He looked back at the blank page, or what used to be a blank page, the same words that had appeared before were still there. So I can definitely say that those two no longer exist in this world.

Soraru flipped the pages some more as he passed the time looking at the tattoo designs and stories that came after them. The raven-haired looked at his tattoo, well the tattoo he used to have.

The angel wing was still its black color, though the raven-haired could noticed that it seemed blurry. He was concerned but then spotted a written sentence that wasn't originally there.

As your memories are a blur, so is your ability.

Soraru was glad that it wasn't for any reason that could have led to something bad happening. Though he still had his doubts at how peacefully and calm their lives have been for now. Something is bound to happen.

Soraru closed the book and put it back on the shelf. He could hear his mom talk as she entered the house. He left his room to head downstairs, deciding to leave those thoughts for now. I can think about it later, I'll just enjoy this happy life in the meantime.
