Shinobu-san pov:

I was walking by Tanjiros, Zenitsu's, and Inosuke's room when I saw that tanjiro was sweating really badly, so I went to get a closer look. The closer I got to the sleeping boy, the worse he looked. He was shaking and crying as if calling out for something or... someone." Tanjiro.?" I whispered. "Ara ara, do you need help dear boy?." I figured he was having nightmares so I slightly taped his head. After a little while his eyes opened full of tears. "Wow, I forgot how beautiful his eyes are." I thought.

Tanjiro pov:

As i was crying i was also slowly disappearing into the darkness just like nezuko when i suddenly woke up. I saw shinobu-san in front of me. I was crying even more because I wont ever get to see nezuko again. I leaned forward, grabbed shinobu and gave her a hug. I could tell that she was shocked because of her facial expressions but, she got more comfortable and leaned in to the hug more

Inosuke pov:

After I sat up in my bed, and I saw the weirdest thing. Shibonu and Monjiro are... Hugging?! "Oi, kamaboko, what are you doing?!" I yelled. He looked up at me and he was. Crying? I stood up but I didn't know what to do so I ran outside to get something..... I wonder where that demon girl is. Maybe she can cheer him up

Tanjiro pov:

I heard someone wake up. Afterwards they looked at me and shinobu-san. I looked at the person just to figure out who it was. It was inosuke and he looked completely dumbfounded. he yelled something. then became silent again I wouldn't blame him because waking up to someone hugging shinobu san is kinda weird to see. (including the fact that she does not like hugs) He then ran outside. I don't know what for, but i don't really care.

Inosuke pov:

BAHAHAHAHA!!I found them. I yelled. I ran inside to put some of my treasure /acorns/ on manjiros head but I didn't see him. Shibonu was there folding some blankets and she told me he went to the bathroom. "Fine, I will wait for my underling to come here so I can make him feel better!!" I said with my arms crossed. "How sweet of you inosuke." Shibonu whispered. "Noo, it's not sweet. I'm just doing what the mountain god is supposed to do to protect my loyal servants." I yelled. "As you wish." The woman giggled.

Tanjiro pov:

I walked back into my room to see zenitsu sitting on his bed, inosuke laughing, and shinobu san folding some blankets. I figured that she was annoyed because Inosuke was causing a ruckus by yelling so I went over to him to try to calm him down. As soon as I got over to him he put something on my head but then he paused. "hmn , what's wrong inosuke?" i whispered. He snapped back to reality and stuttered. "U-umm, nothing." He backed away and hid behind his bed while looking at his hand. I shrugged it off. I then raise my hand to see what was wrong with my head but there were only some acorns. "Haha silly inosuke." I giggled slightly.

Inosuke pov:

As I was putting some of my treasure /acorns/ on Monjirou's head I felt something. Something so soft. His long silky, slightly messy hair was tangled around my hand ( this au tanjiro's hair is long, so deal with it.) his beautiful maroon locks of hair in my hand nearly sent me to heaven but luckily, tanjiro snapped me out of my thoughts. I blushed out of embarrassment and went to hide by my bed. Then I had a question. "Hey kentoro!" I yelled. "Yes inosuke." Tanjiro said, looking slightly dead. "Umm, where is the demon girl..
