Taehyung's P.O.V - Saturday Morning

No alarms were needed this morning. It wasn't even 6 a.m. and Taehyung was already up and beginning to get ready for the day. After months of preparations and excitement, two of his best friend's were getting married today and he was through the moon with excitement. Knowing that Jimin hardly got any sleep last night, he decided to get a headstart on breakfast preparations so that once the cute mochi woke up they would be able to eat and head out. 

Making his way into the kitchen and putting some coffee on for Jimin, Tae couldn't help but feel warm and fuzzy inside, knowing how long Jimin has been waiting for this day. 

FLASHBACK - 2018 

"T-Tae... are you awake?" Jimin whispered trying not to wake up Jungkook who was asleep on the bed next to Tae

Through cloudy eyes Taehyung barely managed to let out a hum before Jimin yanked his arm out of bed and dragged him to their back patio. "aghhh, pabo I'm tired. What do you want?"

"I can't sleep...I need to talk to someone and you're the only one I think I can talk about this with.."

"You're scaring me chim, you didn't murder someone did you?" Tae chuckled, trying to help his nervous friend

"Tae, I-I, I don't know what to do. I think I'm developing a crush on someone, someone we know, someone we are very close to and I don't know what to do about it." with watery eyes Jimin was shaking and it didn't go unnoticed by Taehyung who quickly took him in for a hug. 

"Who is it Jiminie? You know you can tell me anything. It won't leave this patio."

"D-don't make f-fun of me... p-please"

"Of course not Chim. Now spit it out?"

"U-um.. well.. it's Yoongi-hyung..." Jimin clenched his eyes closed and faced the ground 

"Oh Jiminie, you're so cute!" Tae squealed and took him in for an even tighter hug "I don't think you're stupid at all for this crush, in fact if you ask me I think it's probably mutual!"

"D-do you really think so?" 

"I wouldn't say it if I didn't"

END FLASHBACK

If only I would've been around whenever you finally expressed those feelings.. Taehyung had to remind himself that it didn't matter what he missed in the four years that he was away. What mattered now was that he was here, on their wedding day and would be standing right by Jimin's side as he married Yoongi. He honestly wasn't sure of anything that could make him happier...when suddenly his phone pinged and he remembered just ONE thing that could possibly make him happier on a day like today. 

As if he needed anymore of a reason to love the younger male, Tae really felt bad for forcing this separation on them because Jungkook never failed to send words of love to Taehyung even whenever Tae was too busy to even remember to send a reply. It was moments like these whenever he truly felt that he wasn't worthy to be loved by someone so much but it also made him even more excited for his proposal of house shopping this evening. However, first thing is first...the wedding! 

Jungkook's P.O.V

Today Jungkook was especially grateful that Yoongi chose him to be his bestman instead of Jimin...well honestly, they both wanted Tae but Jimin called dibs so Yoongi took the next best thing but that's besides the point. Yoongi isn't especially particular with his appearances or make up so they didn't actually have any prep to do until later in the morning. This worked out for Jungkook because it gave him time to make his final arrangements at his home. Sneaking down the hall hoping not to wake his hyung, Jungkook peered into the room that he has spent many many nights working on. Finally the room was completed and only one step was left..to bring Taehyung here.

Staring into the room he was overwhelmed with excitement and anxiety. Even though he doesn't doubt Taehyung's feelings for him anymore, he still finds himself worried on occasion that the older still might not be ready to take these next steps. Despite his efforts to remind himself that it's okay if Tae doesn't want to move in right away, it is hard not to want the older to. There is nothing holding them back now so the only thing they have to do is willingly love each other--which they already do. After setting up the final pieces in place that he wanted to be ready for whenever he brings Tae here later...Jungkook let out a deep sigh and tried to shake off his nerves. Deciding to get a workout in to clear his mind he headed down to the basement. 

Receiving a text from Jimin just worked up Jungkook's nerves all over again. As excited as he was for today he honestly felt that he could throw up at any moment, so he sat his phone down and blasted music--fully prepared to work any anxiety out of his body so that he was cool and relaxed whenever he finally got to see the man he's been longing for all of these months. 

~Time skip ~

Taehyung's  P.O.V

"Holy shit Tae. Why am I so nervous? I feel like I'm going to pass out!" Jimin was frantically pacing the dressing room 

"Ahhh, Jimin-ah relax! You have no reason to be nervous, you should be excited! You and hyung have both been ready for this for years. It's finally happening be happy!" Tae started massaging the older's shoulders hoping to ease some of his tension

"I know, I know..it just doesn't feel real you know. I'm scared I'm gonna walk out there and right as we go to say 'I Do' I'm gonna wake up and still be a chubby 17 year old." 

Tae smirked and gave Jimin a sharp pinch on his side whenever he yelped in pain Taehyung chuckled loudly "There's your proof that this is real Jiminie. You're marrying Yoongi, it's happening, right now, in ten minutes!" 

Jimin smiled while rubbing the pain from his side "Speaking of thing's we've been waiting for...are you doing it today?" 

fighting back a blush "I'm gonna play it by ear but if all goes well, yes. I'm gonna talk to Kookie about moving in together. I mean, I know it's kinda soon but I feel like we've both been waiting for so long and I'm ready to be back in Seoul. It just makes sense, I think...I hope he feels the same way."

Jimin was trying to keep a poker face, unsure how this will playout considering Jungkook just bought a new home. He almost debated saying something but figured he should just let it play out how destiny wants it to. "I'm excited for you guys. I've honestly kind of always been hoping you guys would end up together, so next to my own wedding day yours is the one I'm most excited for" 

Taehyung couldn't hide how flustered he was at the mention of a wedding "Hey now, I mentioned moving in not getting married. Besides I'm pretty sure there's some rule that you have to be divorced for so long before you can remarry. It hasn't even been 6 months Chim. For now I just want to be with Kookie. We don't need to be married anytime soon."

Jimin was about to argue back whenever Hoseok knocked on the door "You about ready Jimin? It's almost go time!" 

The three looked at each other and smiled. "Well, I guess it's time for me to go meet Jungkookie..I'll see you at the altar Jiminie! Love you." 

The two hugged tightly before Tae left the room. Feeling a million butterflies in his stomach because he was about to see Jungkook again. 

Jungkook's P.O.V

"Hyung, you about ready? You've gotta go get ready. Then Tae and I walk in behind you, then Jimin. Then you're married!" 

"I know how this works Kook. I was at the rehearsal" Yoongi scoffed "the real question is, are you gonna have the balls to ask Tae to move in with you or are you gonna pussy out?" 

"Gah! I'll worry about that at the reception, right now it's Yoonmin time...LETS GET IT!"

"Well, let's go. Tae is probably already waiting outside the ceremony for you anyway. Let's get this over with. I'm just ready for the honeymoon." 

Jungkook took in a deep breath before following Yoongi out into the foyer, mentally preparing himself to NOT swarm Taehyung the moment he sees him. 

Third Person P.O.V

Taehyung was waiting by the entrance to the ceremony hall, whenever he heard Yoongi talking behind him and a certain voice that he's missed for a long time. His head snapped around immediately and he lost all of the air in his lungs whenever he locked eyes with Jungkook.

Jungkook's reaction was no better. In fact he actually thought he was going to die. He didn't even realize he started walking faster until he was all of a sudden right in front of the male. 

"Kookie-" Tae wasn't able to get anything else out before he felt himself being embraced into a hug and lifted up. Both of them were holding on tight to the embrace whenever Jungkook let the older down to the ground and brought their foreheads together. 

"I didn't know it was possible for you to look better than you do in my dreams, yet somehow you always surprise me"

"Gah! Don't make me blush right before we walk!" 

They were snapped out of their trance by Yoongi's cough. "No words for the groom before I go to the altar? Ouch." Tae smiled and ran over to his pouting hyung. 

"I'm sorry Yoongs! Congratulations! Warning you now, Jiminie looks like sex on legs." Tae wiggled his eyebrows "You look good too hyung! You better hurry though, it's almost time!" 

Yoongi just shrugged his shoulders and made his way to the altar. Tae was about to head back towards Jungkook whenever he felt two strong hands on his waist spinning him around quickly and before he could mutter out any words Jungkook had pressed their lips together. Once again it was as if time had stopped, despite what they wanted to do. The two pulled away from the kiss after a few short moments and smiled brightly at each other. "Four months is too damn long to go without that, Taehyung. I'm never letting you stay away from me for that long again." 

Feeling all types of butterflies swarming in his stomach Tae gently placed his hand into Jungkook's already bent arm as they prepared to head down the isle "Well, lucky for you, I wasn't planning on going anywhere" and as if for the first time since they were teenagers, both men felt an overwhelming sense of happiness in this moment. 

As the music began, there wasn't a single dry eye in the room. Taehyung and Jungkook hadn't managed to look away from each other--not even whenever all of the guests stood and the doors swung open for Jimin to enter. It was as if they were both locked in a daze that they were unable to snap out of. 

Jimin gasped at the site whenever he made his way into the beautiful space and took in his surroundings. He had left the decorating for the ceremony entirely up to Taehyung because he was already overwhelmed with the reception. Of course he knew that he would hit it out of the park but he couldn't help the tears that swelled up whenever he searched the crowd and saw all of the people he loves the most. His family, Yoongi's family, their hyungs. As if this moment couldn't be any more perfect, he glanced up to the altar and locked eyes with his very soon-to-be husband. Both men couldn't fight back the cheesy smiles that took over their faces and everyone in the room was cooing at how in love they were.

It was just the beginning of what was sure to be a perfect day...
