AUTHOR'S POV   

When Laurent got settled in his room the previous day he went online and searched for various places but mostly resorts to find Larry. He came across a place called River View Cabin Resort...a family friendly place that includes different activities...but the one that stood out the most is the boating as that was the one vision vividly clear to him. The more he searched the website of the resort he started having a gut feeling that this is where Larry is so he's on the train now and should be there soon. The resort being only two hours away and one hour already passing Laurent is in high anticipation of seeing him as he's positive that's where he is. The last hour will probably feel like the longest ever because he's so ready. He misses him more than he's ever missed anyone in his life and he can't wait to hold him, make love to him and assure him that everything will be ok. Christina decided to go back to her family who lives in another state and Laurent is relieved. Not that she was a problem because he was more than happy to help her but with he and Larry going through so much, not to mention all of this making Larry leave in the first place, it was best that she left. Now he can concentrate on the person who matters the most to him...Larry.

Larry woke up this morning not really wanting to do anything mostly because of the bad bruise on his abdomen where he ran into the counter. He went for breakfast but since then he's remained in his cabin. Now he's stretched out on the couch watching TV and missing Laurent like crazy. He's thought about calling him but he still can't bring himself to. Even though Laurent said he didn't mean what he said a part of Larry truly believes he did otherwise he wouldn't have said it...but truth be told Larry isn't mad at Laurent for saying it. He's mad at himself because it's true. He feels himself on the verge of crying again but he's not even sure if there's anything left in him as he's been so emotional lately. It turns out he's wrong about that as tears are slowly but surely sliding down his temples. What he isn't aware of is the surprise that will be on his door step very soon...

Laurent's train finally arrived and he immediately waved down a cab to take him to the resort. He already feels butterflies in his stomach because as much as he's ready to see him he's also nervous because he's unsure of what Larry will do...but he remains hopeful that Larry won't turn him away. It's possible since he was so hurt and upset the last time they saw each other but he doesn't want to think about the possibility of being turned away...but even if Larry tries Laurent will refuse to leave. They need to talk and Laurent really needs to tell Larry that he's wrong. Laurent isn't a one man team. His life would be completely empty without him. That's why he feels so strongly about protecting and keeping him safe. When the smooth gravel turns into a bumpy road Laurent can tell that he's essentially there and it will be just a few more moments. The driver ultimately stops in front of the office so Laurent asks him to wait while he goes inside and hopefully get some information. He sees a lady behind the counter and says a silent prayer to himself that she can help him as he walks up to her...

*smile* "Hi. I'm Stacy. Welcome to River View Cabin Resort. Are you checking in"?

Laurent: "Hi Stacy. Um no, I'm not checking in". *pause* "I think my twin brother is here and I really need to see him. Can you tell me what cabin he's in"? 

Stacy: "I'm sorry sir but I can't give out that information for privacy and protection reasons".

Laurent can certainly understand and appreciate rules...but he also didn't come this far and be this close to Larry to just turn away now...

Laurent: "Stacy, please help me. I swear to you that 'm not here to cause trouble. I just really need to see him". *pause* "Look we had a big fight and now I'm really worried for him. His name is Larry Bourgeois and I have a feeling he's here". *pause* "Will you please help me"?

Laurent is near tears as he spills his heart out and for a minute Stacy merely stands there in silence. He can't read her face exactly but it does look much softer as if she's empathizing with him and he can only hope that means she will help. Then...

Stacy: *nods* "Sure. I'll you help you. Just give me a few minutes ok"?

Laurent let out the biggest sigh of relief...

Laurent: "Thank you so much".

Stacy: *smile* "My pleasure".

Laurent takes a seat next to the counter and his leg bounces slightly as he waits for her. He doesn't have to wait too long because minutes later she's walking over to him so Laurent stands up to converse with her and the first thing she hands over is a piece of paper...

Stacy: "Ok, this is the cabin number and this is a map of the property. I highlighted the route you need to take to get there and it will only take a few minutes".

Laurent gently takes the paper from her then grabs that same hand to place a soft kiss on the back of it...

Laurent: "I really appreciate this. What can I do for you"? *pause* "Wait, I have money".

Stacy: "Mr. Bourgeois that won't be necessary". *pause* "Just go and get your brother, ok"?

Laurent nodded then mouths "thank you" once more then turns and bolts out the door. Once he's back in the cab he quickly gives the driver the map and asks him to drive as fast as he can...

*Larry*

Larry woke up roughly ten minutes ago and decided to take a walk to clear his head. There's still a lot to do at this resort but he just isn't feeling it but not wanting to be inside all day he figured this is the best thing he can do to get out and do some thinking. He's about to put on his jacket and shoes when he hears a knock at the door. His face scrunches into confusion as he's unsure of who this can possibly be. He walks over to answer it...but of course proceeding with caution. When he looks through the peephole his heart drops into his stomach when he notices it's Laurent. He asks himself how Laurent found him but that really doesn't matter since he's here now. He slowly unlocks the door and opened it just as slowly. Their eyes connect and tears wasted no time falling from Laurent's...

Laurent: "Hi bebe", he whimpers.

Larry drops his head trying his best to hold back his own tears. Then he innocently asks in the softest voice...

Larry: "How did you find me Laurent"?

Laurent: "Determination".

Larry lifted his head up to look at him...but unable to take such a sweet gaze he lowered it again. It wouldn't stay down for long because Laurent looked nothing short of beautiful and although Larry still feels responsible he wants to capture that beauty so he looks back up. Laurent instantly steps forward and takes Larry's face in his hands to start kissing him. In between those delicate kisses he whispers...

Laurent: "I'm so sorry for everything bebe". *kiss* "I missed you so much". *kiss* "Please don't leave me again".

Larry: "Laurent....."

Laurent: "Shhh. Don't say anything. I'm going to make love to you right now".

The feeling of Laurent's lips on his are enough to make Larry weak...and they do. The more he kisses Larry, the weaker he becomes. His eyes are closed and when Laurent moves the kisses to his neck Larry lets out a beautiful gasp at how soft they feel against his skin. As much as he wants to make love too he has something to say so he attempts to stop him...

Larry: "Laurent, stop", he whispers.

Tears are threatening to pour from Larry's eyes and when Laurent notices...

Larry: "It is Laurent! You told me yourself that if I didn't kiss you that day we wouldn't be in this and you meant it Laurent so don't say it's not true"! 

Laurent: *soft sigh* "Bebe, I have never regretted anything more in my life than when I said that to you. It's not true and I know I hurt you. I'm sorry".

The tears that were on the cusp of falling from Larry's eyes just moments ago are now coming down with a vengeance as his body trembles. It's so hard for Laurent to see this so he walks towards him and lifts his chin up with his finger so they can look at each other...

Laurent softly patted the space next to him on the couch signaling for Larry to come over and have a seat to which Larry quickly obliges. Larry thought he was coming over to watch whatever Laurent is but as soon as he sits down Laurent shut the TV off...

Larry: *looks confused* "What's wrong baby"?

*brief pause*

Laurent: "Bebe, I know we were growing apart and I want a new start for us with no more secrets so I'll tell you what happened".

Laurent spends the next several minutes telling Larry everything. In between he studies Larry's face and it becomes very clear that Larry is beyond mad...he's boiling...

Larry: "Really". *pause* "So he's trying to keep me from dancing with you and he's blackmailing us"?

Laurent: "Yeah bebe and I'm so sorry I didn't tell you before. You deserve to know and now that you do maybe we can come up with a plan".

Larry: "It's oki baby and...I already have a plan".

Laurent: "You do? What is it"?
