"AMY I AM SORRY BUT I AM A SIMP FOR YOUR SON." amy let out a laugh as eliza walked out of the kitchen, into the living room of her apartment, as she waited for jaden, john and bryce to come to the apartment.

"i am well aware of that eliza, by the way you were just screaming over his tattoo's."

"i- don't expose me like that please amy."

the two girls let out a laugh, as they sat comfortably on the sofa, the two looking through eliza's phone as they looked through the last minute preparations they had aligned up for jaden's birthday.

"i am so excited for him to see this, he's going to love it!"

"whose going to love what?"

eliza and amy grew alerted, eliza locking her phone, throwing it to her side as they looked to the apartment door to see the three boys standing before it.

"what do you think it is?" eliza questioned her boyfriend as she got up from the sofa, making her way over to bring him into a hug, followed behind by giving her brother one too. john too received a hug before heading over to his wife, giving her a quick kiss.

"oh my I'm surrounded by couples, eliza can you grab me the box of my clothes please?" bryce spoke, covering his eyes, making the two couples laugh in response.

to avoid suspicion about jaden's surprise birthday party, eliza and bryce referred to the box of decorations she had in her room as bryce's clothes, the girl nodding at her brother, heading off to get the box.

"why does she have a box of your clothes dude?" jaden asked, his curiosity filling his thoughts, as bryce tried not to show that he was thinking of an excuse to give jaden, not wanting to expose their plans.

"when we went home for christmas, bryce placed his clothes in my suitcase because he had too many
clothes."

bryce breathed a sigh of relief as eliza re-entered the living room, the cardboard box in hand, giving it to her brother.

the lie eliza came up with seemed to have jaden believe it, him no longer being curious about the whole box.

"well, thank you my lovely sister." bryce said, eliza rolling her eyes at his sarcastic tone, him giving the girl a wave before announcing he was leaving to the four in the apartment, before leaving.

"can you dye my hair please?" jaden whispered as he walked over to his girlfriend, placing his head on her shoulder. eliza let out a scoff, shaking her head as amy and john watched the two teenagers from the sofa.

"i never have time to relax do i?"

"eliza you've been relaxing all day, hush."

"you think baking is relaxing? not with me and amy here who are perfectionists."

jaden let out a faint laugh as his mother nodded her head in agreement. he lifted his head off his shoulder, walking over to the bag, of which held the recently bought hair dye, the boy lifting it out of the bag, shaking it in eliza's direction.

"Okay fine, don't say i don't do anything for you."
