THE NIGHT OF CHRISTMAS EVE WAS DRAWING TO A CLOSE AS THE TWO FAMILIES STAYING AT THE HALL HOME HAD ALL HEADED TO BED AFTER HAVING PLAYED MULTIPLE BOARD GAMES. Due to having to sleep downstairs, Eliza and Jaden had gotten their pyjamas from her bedroom, the two teenagers taking a few photos in her full length mirror.

Now, the two teenagers was cuddled up onto the large sofa, the sofa large enough for the two to be able to sleep effectively. Eliza was in her usual position of laying of Jaden's shoulder, until a few moments ago, where Jaden was now resting his hand on the girls lap, Eliza kneading her hands through the boys hair.

Jaden looked up at the girl looking down at him, smiles being exchanged between the two teenagers, as the house grew quiet as the hall and Hossler families went to sleep.

"You excited for tomorrow?" Eliza asked, Jaden noticing the girl not being able to hide her excitement as she asked the question. Responding with a nod of his head, the two teenagers engrossed themselves in conversations, both of them dropping subtle hints as to what the two had gotten one another for Christmas.

as the two spoke, Eliza began to think about how the last few months have changed so much. from having only planned to stay with Bryce for six weeks to now permanently living in Los Angeles, in her own apartment.

not only was that different with Eliza, her and her relationship with her brother was even stronger than it ever had been. At first, sure the two siblings had always been close, but Eliza was worried when she first stayed at the sway house earlier this year, that it would strain her and Bryce's relationship.

but it didn't.

instead, the two were closer than ever. the one thing that surprised Eliza the most about her brother, was his reaction to Jaden and her dating. In previous relationships the girl had, Bryce made it clear that he was not a fan of them, and did occasionally make it his plan to make Eliza's previous boyfriends uncomfortable.

but with Jaden, he was the most supportive ever. alongside kio, he was very much team jeliza from the very start.

and Eliza as well as Jaden, couldn't be more thankful for that.

"okay what's got you thinking?" Jaden whispered, as Eliza had stopped talking about the topic of Christmas, allowing Jaden to mentally see the clogs turning in his girlfriends head.

"i was just thinking of what's happened the last few months."

"what about it?" Jaden questioned, grabbing Eliza's hands out of his hair, placing them in his own. Eliza shrugged as she smiled down at Jaden, squeezing his hands.

"just how me and you didn't know eachother and now we're saying we love eachother."

"well when you say it like that." the two teenagers laughed at one another as Jaden lifted himself up, allowing Eliza to retake her place of leaning her head against his shoulder, the two enjoying each others company.

"It's just weird." Eliza commented, Jaden nodding his head before leaning his head on top of Eliza's.

"I guess it is. But i wouldn't change to for the world."
