The nursing lab is going to gone for a week on a field trip, Lily, Kayla, Hannah and Hailey are hanging out on Hannah's and Hailey's balcony

'Is it just me or does it seem less loud without the others being around?' Kayla asks

'I know what you mean I'm waiting for Damian to pop up and scare us to death' Lily says

'I feel like that when it's just me and Hailey are in our dorm apartment and she's so quiet that I have to check to see if she's still the dorm apartment' Hannah says

'I guess I'm use to being alone that I'm not use to being with someone almost twenty-four seven because I'm so use to having my alone time' Hailey says

'Even in high school?, like after school?' Kayla asks

'Yeah even when I'm home alone I don't go out or hang out with you guys as much is because I knew that I would see you guys again the next day' Hailey says

'There were days where I wouldn't hear from her so I would have to physically go to her house and make sure she's ok because I would text and call her but she would never answer or call back' Hannah says

'That's when you know that you're a introvert' Lily says

'Yeah, I kinda of figured that out even before I met you guys, I love how people think that we all have known each forever but we didn't know each other until freshman year going into sophomore year of high school' Hailey says

'But it does feel we have known each other from a young age though' Kayla says

'Imagine if we were friends since young kids and it took us this long to date each other' Hannah says

'I think by high school hit we all would be dating the people that are dating now' Kayla says

'What makes you say that?' Lily asks

'Because if we just have our friend group hanging out every day at school with hormones starting to kick in I don't think  none of us would be dating any guy at school because we would be focusing on our friend instead, then again I might be wrong because we all day hang out every day at school and nobody dated each other until now' Kayla says

'Here's the difference between being friends with each other all of our lives versus the four years that we did become friends, the difference is that we didn't all hang out together like we do now at first it would me and Kayla, then me, Hailey, Kayla, and Lily, then just Bailey, Michelle, Damian and Jacob, then just Hope, Anna, Marlisa and Tasia, we all had our own little friend group in high school for a couple of years until my car accident and that's when all of you guys came together' Hannah says

'I think that's because everybody knew that you were the girl that anyone can go to for advice, a hug, just to talk or vent to, and when you were taken out of that position people started to lose their minds because what would happen if you did die who would we go to, to have those talks with' Hailey says, Hannah smiles

'And that's whenever I called or texted you, you would answer the phone call or text back' Hannah says

'In a way you were everybody's therapist without getting paid' Kayla says, they laugh

'But other hand we never hear you talk about what was going on with you, we were selfish to just talk about our problems that we never heard about your problems until after your car accident is when everyone would hear about your problems too' Lily says

'That's funny how you say that because truth be told I didn't have the problems that everybody else had that's why I didn't talk about my own problems because I didn't have any to being with' Hannah says

'Except for that one problem that you couldn't tell me about' Hailey says, Hannah looks at her

'What big problem?' Hannah asks

'That you were in love with her for two years' Kayla says

'Ohhhhhhh, yeah, ok now I got it' Hannah says

'If Hannah did tell you that she had feelings for you in high school, what would you do?' Lily asks

'If you think her being in love with me for two years was crazy then try all four years of high school' Hailey says, Hannah smiles

Lily and Kayla are in shock but Hannah isn't though

'Wait you're not surprised by that?' Kayla asks Hannah

'No because she already told me that when first started dating, for some reason we both didn't have the courage to tell each other how we felt about each other at the time' Hannah says

'Well that's because Hailey was going through some things at the time, you having your car accident, the timing wasn't always right for you guys until now why I don't know' Lily says

'Because now we can't run away from our feelings for each other and we both are more mature, well she is, I'm some what more mature' Hailey says, they laugh

So they talk some more then Lily and Kayla goes back to their room for the night

'Well I'm getting tired too, I'm going to bed, I'll see you in there shortly' Hannah says

Hannah gets up and kisses Hailey on the lips as she's about to go inside

'Thank you for not giving up on me when I was try to change for the better, like most people did before you' Hailey says

That stops Hannah dead in her tracks and turns around she walks up to Hailey and stands beside her, she leans down in Hailey's face

'You are very welcome and I never give up on you especially when you want to change for the better' Hannah says, Hailey smiles

'I love you' Hailey says, Hannah smiles

'I love you too' Hannah says, they kiss each other on the lips, then they both heads inside for bed
