It's been a couple of days since the bad storm and Hope is sitting at the picnic table working on her lab stuff and then Lily walks up behind her and puts her arms around her

'Hey' Hope say

'How are you doing?' Lily asks, she sits down beside her

'Worried' Hope says

'About what?' Lily asks

'About Bailey' Hope says

'Does she have to claim Dustin's body?' Lily asks

'Yeah, she's going today to do that' Hope says

'I can't imagine what she is feeling right now' Lily says

'Me either' Hope says

'I'm just throwing this out because we don't know what the future holds for any of us, but let's just say that we are married and you died before I do, can I claim your body or does Anna and Marlisa have to since they are blood related?' Lily asks

'I think as long as it's one of you guys that claims my body, I don't think that the hospital would care who claims it, as long as it gets claim by some family member or wife or husband' Hope says

'I say that because ever since that day that we found out that Dustin died I have been having dreams about death not just you though, everybody actually' Lily says

'Yeah I have been having some lately too' Hope says, Lily looks around the campus

'I'm guessing people left early for the holidays' Lily says

'That and because of Dustin's death the school let people leave early for Christmas and New years' Hope says

'How come you guys didn't leave yet?' Lily asks

'Because Bailey is going have Dustin's funeral this week and he's going to be buried on Bailey's family ranch and she wants us to attend it' Hope says

'Like she said the other day she knows him better than we do' Lily says

'That's why I didn't say anything about when Hailey said something wild because I didn't know her like Hannah does' Hope says

'I think that's what all of us did because we all knew that Hannah would explain it in a different way she understands Hailey's wild language' Lily says

'Now that they are together Hailey doesn't really say those wild things anymore' Hope says

'Yeah because she's with Hannah now, and now she can't get away with it anymore' Lily says

'I think it's only fair that we all go to Dustin's funeral out of respect for the dead and for Bailey too' Hope says

'Agreed, Michelle said that he lost some weight and looked pale in the face' Lily says

'He must have not eaten a lot' Hope says

'I wonder what made him stop eating that much though' Hope says

'Yeah me too' Lily says

Lily has a flashback of seeing Dustin writing in a black notebook and she gets an idea

'Come with me' Lily says, Hope looks at her

'Why?' Hope asks

'Because I think I know how to figure out what was wrong with him' Lily says

'Alright let's go' Hope says

At Dustin's dorm apartment everything is pretty much the same until Bailey cleans it out then Lily and Hope walks in his dorm apartment with Bailey and Michelle

'Ok what are we looking for exactly?' Bailey asks

'Lily thinks that we can figure out what was wrong with Dustin before he died' Hope says

'How?' Michelle asks

'I saw him write in this black notebook everyday last week' Lily says

'Check the bedroom' Bailey says

Lily goes in his bedroom and grabs his book bag and walks out and puts it on the couch and goes through it and finds the black notebook out

'Found it' Lily says

'Read it' Michelle says, Lily looks at Bailey for permission

'Yeah, go ahead' Bailey says, Lily opens it and starts reading it

'What does it say?' Hope asks

'This page just says how he misses Bailey a lot but knows that he won't win her back because of Michelle being a brick wall in his way' Lily says, they chuckle a little bit

'I'll give him credit he is funny' Michelle says

'Ok that may be a reason why he was in poor health because you never forget about your first love' Hope says

'You said that his dad was in jail right?' Lily asks, she looks at Bailey

'Yeah, why?' Bailey asks

'How was their relationship?' Lily asks

'Rocky' Bailey says

'Will on this page it says that his dad is getting out soon for good behavior and he's coming after Dustin, for what I don't know' Lily says

'Is that all in the book?' Michelle asks

'Yeah, because every other page is torn out' Lily says

'Let me see the notebook?' Bailey asks

Lily hands her the notebook and Bailey looks at it

'Ok I feel like we have more questions than answers right now' Hope says

'Something isn't adding up here' Michelle says

'But it makes sense that he lost so much weight because of his dad getting out on good behavior and coming to find him because he's worried about his dad and he couldn't come to you for protection because he probably didn't know if you guys were on good terms or not' Hope says

'Did you guys break up on good terms?' Michelle asks

'Yeah, it was a mutual decision' Bailey says

'Maybe he was afraid of Michelle' Lily says

'Truth be told I'm afraid of you too' Hope says, they laugh

'Yeah but even if he was afraid of Michelle he would found a way to talk to me though' Bailey says

'Ok if it's not because of Michelle then what could it be then' Lily says

'I think that's a mystery that we will never know until later on in life' Hope says

'I need some air' Bailey says, she leaves with Michelle behind her

'Yeah you might be right' Lily says

'Come on let's go back to dorm apartment' Hope says

'Yeah let's go' Lily says, they leave and goes back to their dorm apartment
