Chapter 81- You Have A Brain, Use It. Ring The Doorbell Before I Lose It
Inspirational quote: Those that have said 'I will do this tomorrow' are in the graveyard. Therefore please do not procrastinate, you really don't know if God decides to wake you up the next day or not.

Kieran had had enough.
Why?
Because he was tired of riddles, man.
He had encountered them more than enough times on Dr Kozak's Test Of Justice, and they had driven him insane.
And the riddle that they were in front of right now did no justice either, as it was really difficult, with neither Kieran or Esperanza knowing the answer to it either.
What the riddle had said?
Here.
Only one colour
But not one size
Stuck at the bottom
But easily flies
Present in sun
But not in rain
Doing no harm and feeling no pain
What is it?
Esperanza just stared at him blankly, asking Kieran if he knew the answer to the question.
He didn't.
And the worst thing was that he had actually seen the riddle before, in Dr Kozak's test, but he didn't seem to know the answer.
Come on, Kieran, think! He thought to himself. You've seen this question before. What was the answer again?
Then he remembered.
After about five minutes, he remembered.
There was no time limit, but they only had one guess. So if they had gotten this answer wrong, then they wouldn't have been allowed at DIE ANNA INCORPORATED for good, and they didn't want that.
The answer to the question was shadow, and after that, the gate had opened.
Although it must have gotten Kieran's and Esperanza's hopes up or something because they weren't actually at DIE ANNA INCORPORATED, they were just in front of a hill leading there.
But they weren't actually there.
"You've got to be kidding me. They're smart though. Knew it was too good to be true," Kieran hissed, trying really hard to get up the hill but failing.
"You OK?" Esperanza barked, looking a little bit concerned after Kieran had tripped over his shoelaces, causing him to fall on the floor.
He didn't know if he was OK to be honest, but despite this he didn't act this way.
He just lied and said that he was fine, before both of them had headed up the hill once and for all.
Even though Esperanza didn't exactly believe Kieran when he had said that he was OK, she didn't say anything much.
She was tired, so was Kieran, she could sense this so she shut up about it.
Kieran and Esperanza were both walking up the hill for a very long amount of time, this being due to Kieran continuously tripping over her shoelaces and Esperanza falling over right behind him.
Then he had done his shoelaces properly, where luckily, the problem had finally stopped.
"Whoa... Dr K never told us that DIE ANNA INCORPORATED was a castle!" Esperanza told Kieran in admiration, as soon as they had crossed the castle moat and arrived at the doorstep of the castle.
"Yeah..." Kieran agreed, eyeing Esperanza peculiarly. "He doesn't tell us much things nowadays," he added, indirecting the fact that Arista was Dr Kozak's daughter but neither of them had actually known this yet.
As soon as they had arrived at the castle door, Kieran and Esperanza were slightly arguing over who the heck should press the doorbell.
"In my opinion, I think that you should press it," Esperanza hollered to Kieran.
"Why me?!" Kieran snapped back.
"Because, it's my birthday," Esperanza sneered at him, crossing her arms boastfully and smugly. "And I'm older than you."
"Don't let today being your birthday be an excuse for everything," Esperanza warned her. "It will start to irritate people after a while; like me!"
Esperanza and Kieran were still full on bickering, and Kieran was so fed up that he carried Esperanza, bringing her closer to the doorbell, where Esperanza just screamed.
"Put me down you imbecile!" Esperanza had practically screamed.
Kieran listened to her. Except he didn't put her down, he practically threw her down and lightly jumped on Esperanza three times.
"That was your birthday present from me to you, for being so irritating," Kieran told her, where Esperanza just stood up and slapped him.
Kieran slapped her harder.
"I can't believe you just did that! Are you trying to kill me on my birthday? You haven't even said happy birthday yet!"
Kieran rolled his eyes in disbelief.
"Happy birthday."
Esperanza grinned, until what Kieran had said next.
"Not! Ring the doorbell before I lose it."
"Fine!" Esperanza bellowed, throwing her hands up in the air in downright frustration, pushing Kieran out of the way so that she could ring the doorbell.
"Ya happy now?"
Kieran didn't reply, this was mainly because he thought that what she said was a rhetorical question that didn't need a physical answer and by the time Esperanza had pressed the doorbell, a voice came up.
One would have thought that it would have been Diana Valentine or Cynthia Rose but it wasn't either of them.
It was a male voice, for some reason, who sounded kind of annoyed but luckily that didn't last for long.
"Who are you guys?" The voice of the unknown man asked them malevolently.
"Erm...." Kieran didn't know what to say, so as a result of that, he turned to Esperanza, half whispering something in her ear, even though the voice could hear them.
"Should we tell them our real names?"
Esperanza just smacked Kieran in the head.
"Yes; you idiot!"
Kieran ignored her, and turned back to the doorbell again, who was even more frustrated than before.
"Who are you guys? Sometime today would be nice, you know.."
"We're really important," Kieran lied, in a posh American accent. "We're Donald Trump and Theresa May."
Esperanza did a massive face palm, as the person voicing the doorbell, just scanned them, not saying anything.
"Hmmm... Let me check."
Access denied.
"Access denied?" Kieran and Esperanza repeated, almost simultaneously. "What does that mean?"
"It means that you guys aren't Donald Trump and Theresa May and also you guys aren't allowed to come inside!"
"We are Donald Trump and Theresa May."
"Really?" The voice answered back very sarcastically. "You guys look a little young to be Donald and Theresa."
"We're... Their kids!" Kieran filled in quickly, before something bad had happened to them.
"Their kids? What are your names?"
Kieran had no idea.
What the flip were Donald and Theresa's kids called?!
Did they even have any in the first place?
Kieran and Esperanza were doomed.
He asked this to Esperanza, who just hollered back 'hey! You got yourself in this trouble, you get yourself out of it. I'm not helping you whatsoever' making Kieran groan internally before turning back to the doorbell again.
"Uhm... Pineapple and Watermelon?"
"Pineapple and Watermelon ? Who would name their kids Pineapple and Watermelon?"
Esperanza did another face palm, turning to the doorbell.
"Excuse me... May I talk to Kieran privately for a minute, please?" She asked the doorbell, twisting Kieran's hand and taking him away to some place far away.
But not that far.
"Kieran! Give it up! Just tell the doorbell our real names! You idiot!"
Kieran muttered fine as they went back inside, the voice of the doorbell not saying anything.
"Well, you guys took forever."
"We have a confession to make," Kieran admitted. "We're not really Donald and Theresa. Or their kids."
Doorbell: *really sarcastically once again* Oh really? Who would have thought?
Kieran: *shouting at the doorbell, absolutely enraged* Stop with the sarcasm!
Doorbell: Don't tell me what to do.
No one said anything, or replied.
Doorbell: But in all seriousness. What are your real names?
Esperanza: Esperanza and Kieran.
Doorbell: *sounds as delighted as ever* Esperanza and Kieran ! What beautiful names! And I'm not being sarcastic.
Esperanza and Kieran grinned.
Too bad that their happiness didn't last for that long though, sadly.
The doorbell scanned them, where, once again, it said, really deafeningly for the whole world to hear, access denied.
Doorbell: Hang on. Esperanza Garcia and Kieran Harper? You guys work for Dr Kozak, don't you?
Esperanza: Uh...
Kieran: *is lying helplessly* Who's Dr Kozak? We don't know him.
Doorbell: *annoyed* Yes you do! Dr Kozak sent you guys here to get the trophy back from Diana Valentine aka my mother.
Kieran: That doesn't necessarily mean that you can't let us in.
Doorbell: Read that message over there.
Kieran: *is desperately looking for the message* Where?
Doorbell: Where do you think Kieran? The sign is on your right.
Kieran read it, Esperanza asking him what it said, where Kieran read it out loud:
If you work for Dr Kozak, or if you are related to Dr Kozak or if you are Dr Kozak yourself, then you can't come inside!
-Strictly, Diana Valentine.
Esperanza: You've got to be kidding me.
Kieran: *ignores Esperanza's statement and turns to the doorbell* Yeah, uhm, we don't know who Dr Kozak is.
Doorbell: Want me to prove you guys wrong? Let's have a quiz on Dr Kozak why don't we? Kieran, you answer.
Esperanza: *to herself mainly, even though everyone can hear her* You're making a huge mistake, doorbell.
Doorbell: *also ignores Esperanza. Says this to Kieran* Okay. First question. What is Dr Kozak's first name?
Demetrius...
Kieran: Cucumber.
Esperanza burst out laughing to herself.
Doorbell: Cucumber?! So you're telling me his name is Cucumber Kozak?
Kieran: Yeah.
Doorbell: Okay... Second question. When is Dr Kozak's birthday?
June 20th, 1981...
Kieran: 103rd of July, 1786.
Doorbell: Kid.. He's alive. And 103rd July? Seriously?
Kieran: Told you I don't know him.
Doorbell: How old is Dr Kozak? As of today?
Thirty five...
Kieran: One thousand and sixty two.
Which made no sense actually, as his age and today's date didn't correlate.
But oh well. No explanations needed, haha.
Esperanza burst out laughing once again.
Okay so maybe it wasn't a mistake to pick Kieran instead of her to answer the questions.
The 22 year old man voicing the doorbell sort of laughed along with Esperanza as well.
Doorbell: Last question. What is Dr Kozak allergic to?
Raspberries....
Kieran: Ugliness. *turns to Esperanza* That's why everytime Dr Kozak sees Esperanza he gets an allergic reaction and wants to throw up.
