Dr Kozak would not believe what he had just heard. He stared at Cynthia Rose blankly for a while, then looked away, then stared back at her again.

He was surprised really. When Cynthia Rose had asked him if she could ask him a question that was not what he was expecting at all.

Dr Kozak didn't really know how to reply so as a result of that he helplessly found himself lost for words.

"Erm...." he trailed off melodramatically. "I'm sorry. Could you repeat the question please, Cynthia?"

Truth was, he had heard what she had said the first time. He just didn't know how he had felt about it.

"I said 'can I please join KOZAHKISTAN HEADQUARTERS?'," She had asked again, smiling at Dr Kozak.

"I don't know." Was the reply. "Let me think about it."

And he thought long and hard about it. He could tolerate Cynthia Rose as a person but what if she was secretly evil and wanted to destroy him?

No... I'm too paranoid... Dr Kozak thought. Cynthia Rose would never be out to kill me...

Or could she?

"Have you finished thinking about it yet?" Cynthia wanted to know through the computer screen.

"No not really."

Dr Kozak then brought out a book that Professor Florentine had typed, which was a rule book of all the things that one could and couldn't do at KOZAHKISTAN HEADQUARTERS.

Dr Kozak looked for a specific rule, and then flicked to page 396 once he found it.

Hang on a second though. Professor Florentine was dead wasn't he? Kozak had killed him. He could disobey the rules all he wanted.

Plus Kozak was the boss of this place. Boss or second boss, it didn't matter. He was still pretty much at the top of the hierarchy.

"Cynthia Rose I've made my decision." Dr Kozak told her eventually, putting the red fluorescent rule book away and staring at her, whose eyes were beaming.

"Yeah?!" Cynthia Rose was over the moon now even though Dr Kozak didn't even say anything.

Dr Kozak: You're probably going to hate me for this but...

Cynthia Rose: But what?

She frowned slightly, Kozak smiling at her, thinking something that no one had known.

Dr Kozak: I'm sorry but you can't join KOZAHKISTAN HEADQUARTERS...

Cynthia Rose frowned at that, Dr Kozak doing the same thing. He could tell she was really upset, annoyed even, over what he had said.

Dr Kozak: ....without bringing Esperanza some sort of birthday present!

Cynthia Rose squealed with joy, triumphantly dancing, Dr Kozak just smiling at her when she wasn't looking.

Cynthia: Oh my god! Thank you so much! I wish I could hug you right now!

Dr Kozak: No need to thank me, you're welcome....... And same here.

Cynthia Rose: *genuinely surprised* I honestly thought that you'd say no though!

Dr Kozak scoffed.

Dr Kozak: No! Of course not. How can I say no to you, you're Cynthia Rose!

Cynthia Rose: But I'm your arch nemesis' daughter...

Dr Kozak: My arch nemesis is dead though, isn't she?

Cynthia Rose grinned before seriously crying tears of joy.

Cynthia Rose: But why do I have to get Esperanza a birthday present? She's been so rude to me recently. I know it sounds hostile but I don't think she deserves one from me.

Dr Kozak: It may sound hostile.... *spins around in his spinning chair really slowly with a toothpick in his mouth* But you're right. And Esperanza said that she is going to be mad at me if she doesn't get at least twenty birthday presents today.

Goodness knew why she was going to be mad at him though, but it was probably because twenty presents for her birthday was usually the minimum amount of presents she had ever received and she didn't want anyone to break or ruin that for herself at all.

Cynthia: And how many has she received?

Dr Kozak: None... yet. I'll probably force or bribe people to get her one, whether they know her or like her or not.

Cynthia Rose: I'll think of something to get her. You've known Esperanza for ten years haven't you? What kinds of stuff does she like?

Dr Kozak: Anything turquoise. Esperanza loves the colour turquoise. And in the meantime how are you going to get here?

Cynthia: I don't know actually.

Dr Kozak: I can come over to DIE ANNA INCORPORATED and drive you here...

Cynthia: Nah, that'd be too much effort for you though! I don't want that! I'll just use Martinez's teleporter.

Dr Kozak: Your brother has a teleporter ?

Cynthia Rose: Yes. You sound surprised. Why?

Dr Kozak: Jut can't really imagine Martinez having one.

Cynthia: It's silver, and it can...

Dr Kozak: *interrupts her halfway, Cynthia doesn't really seem to mind though* Are you sure you know how a teleporter works? It's kind of dangerous if you don't.

Cynthia: I know how it works. I've used it several of times before. Martinez has let me.

Dr Kozak didn't say anything, mainly because Cynthia told him that she was going to end the video chat and teleport to KOZAK HQ, although before she could hang up, Dr Kozak quickly shouted something in her face.

Dr Kozak: Wait. Cynthia Rose... I just realised something.

Cynthia Rose: What?

Dr Kozak: You're not part of the 37K people that can see KOZAHKISTAN HEADQUARTERS on the outside. And if you're not then that means you also can't see it on the inside either.

Cynthia: *smiles* Okay well can you please edit that and let me see it?

Dr Kozak didn't reply.

After hearing that, he instantaneously went over to the machine that let him control who could see KOZAK HQ from the outside, punching in 'Cynthia Rose Valentine' on the add new name thing. He then used his blue spinning chair to slide over to Cynthia before saying or doing anything else.

Dr Kozak: Right! Cynthia! You've officially been added to the list of people that are allowed in KOZAK HQ!

Cynthia Rose screamed with jubilance before unknowingly using Martinez's teleporter, then the next minute she was at Dr Kozak's laboratory, staring at him in real life again.

Dr Kozak: You made it!

Cynthia Rose: Thank you so much!

She then came over to hug him, spinning him round and round in his spinning chair, Dr Kozak just smiling all the way.

Cynthia Rose: I love you!

Dr Kozak: And I love you too.

Although just as Dr Kozak was going to go over a few rules with Cynthia, that was when someone knocked on- no banged- the laboratory door.

Dr Kozak: Who is it?

They didn't reply.

Dr Kozak: If it's Kieran, go away!

Kieran: It's Kieran.

Dr Kozak: *yells in annoyance* Go away!

Cynthia Rose: You two fallen out again?

Dr Kozak: Yep.

Cynthia Rose: What did you do now... I'm assuming you started it.

Dr Kozak just stared at her blankly, then gave her a death glare once she thought something and he read her mind.

Cynthia Rose: Oh! I wasn't aware that you are a mind reader.

Dr Kozak: Yeah I am... and you better not be thinking rude stuff about me again otherwise I'll change my mind about you being here and I'll remove your name from the list of people that are allowed in KOZAK HQ.

Cynthia Rose: Right. Got that.

Dr Kozak: Plus I didn't start this argument. Kieran did. Surprisingly enough...

Cynthia: Seems unlikely. Plus why are you guys even arguing with each other in the first place?

Dr Kozak: Kieran killed my niece.

Cynthia: Kieran killed your niece?

Dr Kozak: Yes. *is annoyed as he is reading her mind again* Why are you against everything rude I say about Kieran? Do you fancy him or something?

Cynthia: Maybe.

Dr Kozak gasped.

Kieran: *exasperated, banging on door furiously* Are you guys going to let me in or what?! I forgot my phone in there!

Dr Kozak sighed as he had reluctantly used his telekinesis to open the door.

Kieran: *to Dr Kozak, obviously* Why didn't you open the door earlier for me you idiot?

Dr Kozak: Hey if anyone's the idiot here it's you. You shouldn't have left your phone in here you imbecile.

Then of course, Kieran and Dr Kozak shot each other dirty looks at exactly the same time.

Cynthia Rose: Hey Kieran.

Kieran didn't reply at first, just scanned Cynthia Rose up and down a bit, presumably judging her like he did with everybody else when he first met them.

Kieran: *kind of confused* Aren't you Diana Valentine's daughter?

Cynthia Rose: Yes I am.

Kieran: They why are you here? And where's Martinez?

Cynthia Rose: Martinez is going to California tomorrow for holiday and he isn't coming back till August. He's visiting an old friend and he loves California a lot.

Kieran: I'm sorry. Was I supposed to care?

Then he thought something really rude about Cynthia Rose. So did Cynthia Rose about Kieran.

Neither of them knew this of course. Except Dr Kozak.

But they had completely forgot that Dr Kozak knew this.

Dr Kozak: *screams at both of them* Are none of you aware that I can read your minds?

Cynthia Rose: What you said before wasn't very nice Kieran.

Kieran: I'm sorry but if I'm not nice to Dr Kozak then I'm not nice to any of you.

Kieran then made his way out although Dr Kozak stopped him halfway.

Dr Kozak: Oh and Kieran?

Kieran: What?

Dr Kozak: *is smiling really* Your girlfriend Vanessa broke up with you.

Kieran: *rolls his eyes in disbelief* Yeah right.

Dr Kozak: You stupidly left your phone unlocked. And even if you didn't I would've known your phone password anyway because I know everyone's phone password.

Kieran: So you were eavesdropping on my text messages?

Dr Kozak: *nods then smiles* Yes. It's the least thing I could do for someone *he frowns* I don't like.

Kieran then rolled his eyes again as he read the message in his head that Vanessa had sent him. And it turned out that Dr Kozak was right.

Hey Kieran! This is Vanessa here x And I've got some terrible news.

I'm breaking up with you! Why? Because it turned out that my boyfriend from two years ago, who everyone thought had committed suicide because of me, is alive!

Turns out he just went on holiday for two years but he didn't tell anyone because he didn't think anyone would care.

Kieran cried his heart out then stared at Dr Kozak who was smiling at him.

Then without warning anyone he forcefully slammed the door.

Then he walked out once and for all.
