Thursday 10th February 2022

Hope hasn't left her room in 3 days. Refusing to leave until she can see Josie.

But Dr Saltzman forced her to get ready and go down for breakfast, she had to sit in his office so he could make sure she doesn't go back to her room. Or talk to her girlfriend.

But as she went to grab lunch she hears a bang and she instantly freezes, and turns to leave the room. She feels her knees weakening underneath the weight of herself and her pulse Is loud in her head.

Beating way too loud to be normal, but then again she isn't very normal.

She bangs loudly on Dr Saltzmans office "Come in Hope" he yells. she can't really decipher the words. Her stomach is spinning and so is her head.

He is drawn from his conversation when she wobbles slightly into the door and she hasn't got her tray.

"Wait Freya. She's here. But I don't know what's wrong with her?" He says, Hopes eyes are flickering everywhere.

her family can see this "shit. Ric. she's having a panic attack" Davina says, remembering when she was like this

"J-Josie. g-g-get Jo" Hope stutters out.
Ric sighs. "Okay" he sends off a letter to Josie's class.

It read;
Send Josie Saltzman to my office immediately, it's urgent.

moments later Josie rushes into the room and her eyes land on her shaking girlfriend.

"Hope. Babygirl, can you hear me?" Josie says softly, moving towards Hope. Hopes eyes flicker erratically "j-Jo" she mutters, reaching out to grab onto her girlfriend, Josie just leans In and wraps Hope in her arms, pressing a kiss against the damp forehead,  a sheen of sweat coating her face.

Hope just curls into the embrace and miraculously she calms down almost instantly, eyes closed while her head is pressed against Josie chest, against her heart.

"I love you" Hope mutters, her voice raspy and dry.

"I love you too, pretty girl. I love you so much" Josie admits kissing her softly.

I myself have never had a panic attack so i'm not incredibly well informed on the topic, nor do I know how you calm them down but I thought this was cute.

Now I am exhausted from school and will probably not post more tonight, sorry.
