Today is Christmas, Josie's favourite day of the year, well the one before it anyway. Hope didn't have the same sentiment towards it but Josie is determined to change her mind.

Hope is lay in her bed, curled up under the warmth of her covers, Josie is watching her, for some reason, Hope had woken up the other day and decided that she didn't like Christmas. That's how it seemed to Josie at least.

Hope was fine a few days ago and now she was.. depressed. Not even her family knew how to help her.

Josie was thinking of what this could be about, that's when it hit her.

Josie remembered the note Hope wrote to her. around Christmas a few years back.

Dear J,

I am sorry for not writing back in a few days, I have been feeling down. My parents loved Christmas, and now I have no one to spend it with. So I am lay here in bed watching my family's favourite movie. Polar express.
