You Won't Lose Me
"Good morning, Ms. Sakura..." The brunette girl had slept through the entire night and the couple had checked in on her occasionally. "Ah, good morning. How was your sleep?"
"It was great! I haven't slept in a bed for a while." the girl answers enthusiastically. "Do you need help with cooking? I want to say thank you for letting me stay a night."
"You can cook?" Sakura asks, giving her a small smile as she turned the stove on low. "My parents never made me food, they gave me left overs so I tried to learn a few things."
"Wait, how old are you again?" Sakura asks and the girl holds up five fingers. "I'm five!"
Before Sakura could speak again, Kioshi walks into the kitchen with a smile. "Good morning." He leans in and places a kiss on Sakura's forehead. "Morning, Mr. Kioshi!"
"Ah, you don't need to call us by Ms. or Mr." Sakura smiles kindly. "Just call us Sakura and Kioshi, hm?"
"R-Really?" "Of course!" Sakura serves the omelettes and fruit salads she'd made.
"That reminds me, Kioshi and I bought some clothes for you last night at a store at the mall. We're going somewhere today so I want you to wear them, okay?"
The girl was a bit uncomfortable at the fact that the two were being so kind to her. "Okay..."
"Good," Kioshi smiles, "I'm taking a day off to go with both of you so eat up and we'll get changed and leave, ne?"

After breakfast, Sakura and Kioshi changed into new clothes and Sakura had helped the girl with her clothes. She was wearing a pink shirt under a dark denim jumper shorts. White tennis shoes and her dark brown hair down, the girl followed the couple out to a limo.
"Wow! That car is really long. I've seen those before!" the girl says excitedly, making the couple smile. "Yeah, it's called a limo. We're taking it to go to my friend's work."
"I'm going to ride inside that car?!" "Yup, now come on!" Kioshi laughs, picking up the young girl, Sakura following them.
After a 20 minute ride, Sakura arrives at a famous Parisian hotel called Crown Cliff. "Huh? What's this?" Kioshi asked, confused.
"Exactly what I said, my friends' work. I have to ask a little favor, mind waiting? Or do you want to come?"
"I want to go! I want to go!" the girl says excitedly and Sakura giggles, letting Kioshi pick her up as the three walk into the hotel. After a brief talk with the receptionist, a call was made and soon, Sakura's friends came down.
"Sakura!" The girls' shouts caught some attention in the lobby as they rushed to their friends, their lovers following behind.
"Hey, guys." The baker smiles, "I need a favor, mind helping?" she gestured to Kioshi and the young girl behind her and Olivia smirks. "When did you get pregnant?"
The rest of the Foxes look at her with puzzled eyes and Sakura laughs, shaking her head. "She's homeless, ran away from home."
"So young?" Angel asked and stepped forward, greeting the girl. "Hey, I'm Angel. What's your name?"
Before the girl could reply, Sakura sighs, "That's the problem, her parents never told her her own name. That's why I came. Takuto, mind helping?"
~*****~
After spending some time with research and Sakura talking to the girls about the cake design for Samantha and Takuto, the couple decided to head home with their daughter.
With the Foxes' help, they managed to slip into government files and sign their new little girl, Izumi Su, as their own adopted daughter. Takuto had placed her name in the files and with Riki's government status, they managed to get the papers for adoption.
The group decided to meet up again.
"Well, looks like we found your name, Izumi! And we finally have a little girl!" Sakura squeals excitedly, engulfing the young girl in a hug. "Am I your daughter now...?" she asked, confused.
"Yup! Don't worry, we'll tell your parents." Sakura said quietly, feeling guilty about lying to the young girl.
"So I can call you mom and dad?" she asked bashfully and Sakura hums in agreement. Hugging her new mother, Izumi quietly says, "Thank you... mom..."
After the quick ride, Sakura had convinced her fiance and daughter to get some new clothes and things for their daughter. "Let's go, we'll get you some new things."
"Sakura, calm down. We'll get there." Kioshi laughs, taking Izumi's hand in his as Sakura takes the girl's other hand. "You guys are slow, let's go!"
They circled the whole mall and every store they went to, Izumi felt a bit awkward, seeing as the prices were so high but her mother bought so many things.
Though Sakura didn't make much money working as a baker as she did as an underground hacker, she still managed to save a couple of billions in savings from past things.
Though Sakura was holding a few bags, poor Kioshi was struggling to make sure he didn't drop the boxes and bags he was forced to hold. "I think that's enough for today. Let's head home, ne? We still need to sign you up for school!"
"School? I never went there before, my mom said it wasn't as good as it looked." Izumi hummed, skipping by her parents.
"Never?" Kioshi repeated. "Well, two days from now you'll start. Grade 1."
"Really?! I hope I make a lot of friends." "No doubt you will." Sakura smiles.

After a last minute sign up, Sakura managed to sign up Izumi to a public school. The baker didn't want to sign her up at a private or boarding school. Not to boarding school for obvious reasons but private would most likely be too much for Izumi to handle.
"Calm down, Izumi." Kioshi laughs, "I know you're excited but just one more day, okay?"
"But I want to see what a real school is like! I heard it was so much fun!"
"It is, but still, remember to study hard, okay? It'll help you become whatever you want to be in the future."
Izumi decided to be silly, "Even a unicorn?"
Kioshi and Sakura laughed and both shook their heads as Sakura served the food, Kioshi explaining. "I don't think so, princess. Maybe something else, okay?"
Dinner was much more lively with Izumi, though Sakura and Kioshi usually spoke a lot during dinner, having Izumi made a completely different atmosphere. "I got some friends to send some uniforms over. You can try them on tomorrow, okay?"
"Alright!"

The next morning, a doorbell rang and after hurriedly getting a chair, Izumi had quickly peeked into the little peephole on their door, recognizing her mother's friends from yesterday.
"Hi!" she opened the door and greeted the women. Samantha, Angel, Cecilia and Olivia had come. "Are you here to talk to mommy?"
"Hi Izumi!" Cecilia smiled. "Yes, is your mom home? We're going to be watching you today."
"Oh, girls, you're here!" Sakura smiles, treading down the stairs. "Thanks so much again. I'll try to find a nanny as fast as I can."
"We don't mind. We actually extended our trip here for two more weeks." Angel smiled, patting Izumi's head. "You know, the Foxes are excited to spend more time with her though. Izumi Su Tsukino. A great name."
"Thank you!" Izumi giggled, bouncing on her feet excitedly. "Well, I really am grateful, thanks, girls. I need to head out. Kioshi and I already made a bento and some snacks for Izumi and you if you need some food. Her toys are upstairs in her room."
"There's more than 5 rooms here, Sumiko, be specific." Olivia snickered. "You'll find it. The door's white with stickers spelling her name. It's the only door that has words on it in the whole house."
"Alright, oh and Sakura?" Samantha stops her as she was about to leave.
"Hm?" "Thanks for the designs. If could prepare the first one for us that'd be great." "No problem."

"MAMO!" Shay bursts into the lounge, some paper in hand.
"What, kid?" Shay's ever lazy detective boyfriend turns to her, putting out his cigarette.
"Look look! I just got news from the Foxes!" Luckily, no one else was in the lounge. "Here!"
She hands him a picture of a brown haired little girl with wide brown eyes. "Who's that?"
"Izumi Su Tsukino." "...Tsukino? Is that Sakura and Kioshi's kid?"
"Yeah! Isn't she cute?!" Shay grins. "But she's adopted. Apparently she was homeless."
"I think I've heard that name before... Izumi Su?" Mamoru muttered, scratching his head. "Really? Where?"
"At some hospital I went to, to check for a case. A kid of some model from what rumor I heard in the lobby."
"Another affair? I'm surprised this was carried out though." Shay mutters. "But anyway, I heard the Foxes looked into it, the mother was someone named Hikari apparently."
Mamoru's eyes widen at the name. "Hikari...? Do you know the last name?" "I don't know. She forges last names for some things so it's unclear what her last name was."
"Oh... Just leave the picture there, I'll talk it over with the others later."
"What about Soryu...?" "I'm sure he moved on. He seemed to be back to normal."
"Really?" she uttered, placing the picture down on the table. "Well, if you say so. I have a case to finish at work. I'll see you tonight." Shay quickly leaned in to grab a kiss from her boyfriend before giving a wink and rushing off.
"Shay?" As she ran to the elevator, Ota's voice stopped her and she turned to find all the bidders there. "Where are you headed?" he asked. "Oh, back to work. Mamoru has some news to share with you, too! I think you'll be excited! I have to go, catch ya later."
She ran off before they could ask anything more. The bidders all walk into the lounge, where Mamoru was on his phone, paper in hand as well. "Mamo, what do you have for us?" Baba grinned. "This." he answered shortly, lifting up the picture.
"Who's that?" "Izumi Su Tsukino." the last name definitely rang a bell for the boys and they looked at him in silent questioning. "Is it actually...?"
"Yeah, it's Sakura and her fiance's kid." "She was pregnant with his kid?" Soryu asked, feeling broken.
Mamoru's shake of his head made Soryu slightly sigh in relief, but still, it was their kid. Her kid with another man. "No, adopted. Apparently the kid ran from home and was born from some affair from a model called Hikari."
The bidders all stare at him in shock. There was the big chance that Izumi Su was born from another man that Hikari slept with but... Soryu slept with her too, the slim chance that it could've been his child.
It was scary, really. Despite the girl having brown hair and eyes, not really relating to Soryu, it was scary seeing that she had some of Soryu's features. In the picture, she had a kind smile, which resembled Soryu's own. But nothing more other than that.
"She looks a little like Soryu, doesn't she?"
"Soryu, did you know she was pregnant?" Eisuke demanded and Soryu shook his head. "Hell, I barely knew her when I ended up sleeping with her." he answered bluntly.
"Did you use a condom?" Baba asked, looking at him. Soryu shrugged. "I can't remember. I think so..."
"Think is not good enough." Eisuke sighs. "But that's none of our business-"
"It's my business." Soyru interrupts, shaking his head as he took the picture from Kishi. "If this is my daughter, I need to take responsibility. If she was taken in, I'll at least send money for child support."
"She was already adopted." "Not legally." Mamoru piped in, "Papers of adoption were forged. But they took her in anyway."
"So I can still take her in?" Soryu asked but Mamoru shrugged. "Depending on the DNA results. You can take full responsibility for her if she's your biological daughter. But if you do take her in when she's your kid, it could cause trouble for Sumiko and Tsukino. Probably get them arrested."
Soryu bites his lip and sighs. It was true, he would cause trouble and after going through all that trouble before in Japan with the police, he didn't want to risk her life like that.
"Fine. Just get me a DNA sample of hers and we'll see if she's my daughter."

"Izumi, where are you?" Cecilia calls, Angel walking off to go into the garden with Olivia. They had played a game of hide and seek and it's been 15 minutes but they couldn't find the girl anywhere.
"Not in the garden." Olivia came back with Angel, shaking her head.
"What? We've checked everywhere!" Samantha exclaims. "We checked in the bathrooms, the bedrooms, dining room, kitchen, garden, living room... She's not in the front yard."
"Where did she go then?!" Just then the front door unlocks. In steps Sakura and Kioshi.
"Hey guys! Sorry, we meant to call that we were coming home earlier but my phone died and Kioshi didn't have your numbers." Sakura smiled. "Where's Izumi?"
The room was silent and neither one of the girls said anything. "Girls?"
"She's somewhere here. We were playing hide and seek and she disappeared all of a sudden."
"Where did she go...?" "She didn't leave the house, that's for sure. We counted against the door." Olivia sighed, ruffling her hair.
"File a police report." Sakura said. "Wait, what do you mean? You could-" "Just do it."
She said, walking upstairs to make a few calls. Kioshi stared after her fiancee.
You lost your family... Your first love and best friend... Now you lost your first child.
But I promise you, you won't lose me.
