It was a new day, and still, Soryu awoke to a cold empty bed. No Sakura.

She's got to be home, now, right? Maybe she was cooking breakfast. 

The mobster exits out to the lounge, where all the bidders sat quietly, drinking coffee or reading. "Hey Sor, Sakura awake yet?" Baba turns to the man once he spots him. 

The mobster shakes his head, "She's not even there. I thought she'd be out here cooking breakfast..."

"Huh? No. We haven't seen her." Ota shakes his head, looking to Soryu with confused eyes.

"The kid's got business." Mamoru suddenly piped in, making everyone turn to him. "She said she had business to finish somewhere. Don't know where."

"Then why didn't she tell me?" Soryu asks, gritting his teeth slightly. This wasn't right at all, Sakura would usually tell him first. The detective replies, "She tried contacting you, but you didn't pick up or anything."

Soryu checks his phone, and sure enough, there were about 10 missed calls from Sakura. But when did that happen?

"When did you call him?" Shay asks as she begins packing her stuff to clean up.

"I didn't. I got a new phone, used my number and called Soryu. It must've showed up on his phone as me." Sakura shrugs, helping the detective pack the last of her things. "But anyway, thank Mamoru for covering me, 'kay?"

"Totally," she nods, "Say hi to the girls for me, they're coming later today, right?"

"Mhm. I'll thank them and such later, the girls'll be coming later."

Shay left after a short conversation with Sakura, leaving the hacker to go back to work. Hours passed and soon, she received a call.

"Hello?" "Sakura! We're here! We're coming out the airport right now, where are you?"

"Ah, the jet arrived early... I can't come myself right now, but I'll send my driver to come pick you up."

"Alright, what does he look like?" "Black stretch limo like usual. He's a man, a brunette with about 6'12 height."

"Got it, see you then." She ends the call with Angel, calling for her driver and giving the commands to pick up the girls.

"Sakura! There you are!" Sam was the first to come running up to her, hugging her friend. "How've you been? Shay talked to us last night about everything."

"I'm fine. A little better, I'm just trying to focus on other things." Sakura nods with a slight smile. "Anyway, you might have to stay here a few nights. I've bought condos for all of you and the new LRN base here is already finished."

"Whoa! You weren't lying!" Mica laughs, sweeping her long hair aside, showing off a little of the phoenix tattoo on her chest. 

"No, I'm not. But ya'll need to find more members for the team or you'll have a hard time managing all this." Sakura chuckles, brushing her hair back. "Just leave your luggage there, the team'll come and place it in your rooms later."

Then someone's phone rang, everyone turned to a blonde in the back of the group. Sakura didn't recognize her, but turned to the other girls. "Um, who's she?" she asked carefully.

"Ah, you didn't meet her before, right?" Cecilia smiles slightly, gesturing for the blonde to step forward. "Sakura, this is actually a new member of the Foxes, Olivia Kimber. We met her at the IVC the other night, and after some research from Takuto... We figured she could be useful to the Foxes, so Riki added her in."

"Yup, and I'm being trained by Kenshi right now." the girl nods, smiling. "Nice to meet you, Sakura."

"Pleased to meet you." they grin, shaking hands as Sakura's team begins lugging their luggage to the second floor.

Back in Dubai, on the other hand.

"Still no Sakura?" Eisuke asks as he sits next to Soryu, who hangs up another unanswered call to Sakura.

"She's not picking up at all." "Well, I think I can help." the two bidders jump slightly at the quiet, yet firm voice of a girl. They turn to find the same raven haired girl Eisuke had acquainted with the night before.

Jenna Steffen grins, "My cousin knows where she is, but she said she didn't want to tell because of a few promises and such." the girl reports, sweeping her hair to her back to reveal her tattoos on her arms and chest. She was wearing a simple beanie and shorts, along with a white tank top that revealed a little too much.

"Did you get any details?" Eisuke tried to ask, but the girl shook her head with a smirk. "I know where she is, but I'm not saying anything. I don't need her to know what Oh here, did."

Soryu's eyes widened at her statement and he turned to her, but she was already walking out the lounge. "You made a big mistake Oh, I don't know who Sakura Sumiko is yet, but I know enough that you just broke the wrong girl." was all she said before leaving.

"Wait... Broke...? What did you do to her, Soryu?!" Eisuke glares at the mobster once he hears the words of Jenna. "What the hell did you do to Sakura?"

Soryu stays quiet. "What the hell did you do?!" he shouts again, and Soryu lowers his head and sighs as he thinks upon his mistakes again.

"I... slept with someone else... I don't think she knows yet. That's why I'm keen on finding her... I just need to tell her..."

"What the fuck, Soryu?" Eisuke glares at his old friend. "Why would you do that?!"

"I-I have no idea, honestly... I was pretty drunk." "That's not an excuse Sakura would give any fucks for! She knows better and you've already broken her enough times. Did you ever realize that she left because of that?"

"But... How could she find out, she hasn't even been home..." "Ever figured she found out before you noticed? You need to solve this now. She's a part of our group and the auctions, we need her here."

"Hah..." Soryu sighs as Eisuke walks away, leaving the mobster to rethink everything.

"What do you know, Steffen?" All of a sudden, Jenna found herself trapped between Eisuke and the window, as the said CEO trapped her between his arms, placing his hands on either side of her head.

"Excuse me?" she chuckles, looking him in the eyes, as if challenging him. "I don't know what you're talking about."

"You know exactly what, Jenna. What the hell do you know about her disappearance?" 

"Heh," she chuckles, staring into the man's dark hazel eyes. "Make me talk. Maybe I'll give you info." she teases, then smoothly ducks under his arms, walking off, making the CEO stare after the strange, yet mysterious and beautiful girl.

"Fine, if that's how you want to play." Eisuke smirks and take s few strides, grabbing the girl's wrist, turning her around. "I'll make you talk."

"Hey, Sakura." Night fell and Sakura has been holed up in her room, looking through her past memories with Soryu. Angel came by to visit, smiling as she closed the door behind her.

"Ah, 'sup Angel?" the girl placed the photo album aside, setting a pillow over it to hide it. The woman spots it but asks anyway, "What you doing?" 

"Ah, just looking through some books. Feel like I need to get rid of some of it. How's the other girls?"

"They're watching a movie downstairs, but I needed to talk to you." she answers. "About Oh."

The girl visually stiffens at the mention of the name before she bit her lip. "I have nothing to say about him. It's over."

"But does he know that?" "..." "Exactly. Besides, do you honestly think Oh would cheat on you for no reason?"

"Well I don't see any other answer!" she growls, glaring at her. "Why would he cheat on me? Because he's unhappy, because he doesn't want me, because I bore him! There's just no other reason! It's not like I managed to make anyone happy and satisfied with my existence, anyway..." 

Tears filled her eyes as the corner of the photo album peeks out from under her pillow, catching her eye.

'Or is that maybe that's what I want to think...? Because I can't bear the fact he might cheat on me because he's happy with someone else...'
