The journey was silent, Sanyukta was all silent and looking outside when Randhir steeling her glances time to time. Randhir drove the car to the beach and when he stopped Sanyukta looking at him confusingly.

"Hum yeha kyu aaye hain?" She asked looking the beach in front of her.

"You will see, come." Randhir said and they came out from the car. Randhir take her at a pani puri stall when Sanyukta looked at him surprisingly.

"Aare aaise kyu dekh rahi ho, pani puri khana hain pani puri khana hain bol bol ke mera saad kha liya aab jab pani puri samne hain toh khao na!" Randhir said teasingly but Sanyukta looked at him only thus he looked away.

"Suno yeh pani kitni din purani hain?" He asked to the vendor.

"Aare keya baat kar rahe ho aap, yeh aaj ka fresh pani hain." The vendor replied surprisingly.

"Dekh kar toh nehi laagta, ruko!" Randhir said and went to a shop nearby when Sanyukta's curious gaze followed him. Randhir back soon with a big jar of mineral water and a bottle of sanitizer.

"What's all this?" Sanyukta asked shockingly but Randhir didn't gave her any attention.

"Listen you aapna haat achchhe se dhoke yeh imli ka pani phir se banao." Saying this Randhir forwarded the jar and the sanitizer when Sanyukta's eyes became widened.

"Randhir yeh keya kar rahe ho sab dekh rahe hain?" She became shocked to saw all this.

"Koyn keya sochta hain I don't care, mujhe bass itna pata hain ke it's about my wife and my unborn child's safety. Unhygienic khane se infection ho sakta hain! Aur tum, suna nehi maine keya bola?" Randhir glared at the vendor thus he nodded positively when Randhir threw the remain tamarinds water.

"Randhir yeh keya bachpana hain, sab dekh rahe hain!" Sanyukta said looking around them.

"Aur tum pani puri khana se pehele aapna haat saaf karlo." He forwarded the sanitizer at her.

"Mera haat already saaf hain." Sanyukta said sternly.

"Aagar pani puri khana hain toh isse haat saaf karo otherwise I don't allow you to eat this." He threatened her thus she doesn't have any other way.

"Okay fine." She gritted her teeth and take the bottle.

"Bhaiya zara tikha banana." Sanyukta said excitedly.

"Nehi bilkul tikha mat banana, meetha banau." Randhir warned that vendor.

"What the hell Randhir, keya main aapni marzi se kha vi nehi sakti?" She said irritatingly.

"And how many times I have to remind you Sanyukta that you are not alone now, you are pregnant so you have to take care about you and the baby too." Randhir said annoyingly when Sanyukta kept mum. Randhir looked at her sad face and decided to be soft.

"Okay thoda sa tikha banana..."

"Aur khatta vi." Before Randhir completed Sanyukta said excitedly thus Randhir smiled.

"Haan haan khatta vi." Randhir said as he knew that how much girls like sourish thing on their pregnancy.

"Wow what a cute couple." A lady who was standing there said to another lady thus both Randhir and Sanyukta looked at each other.

"Aare pani puri khilaya phir vi mood off kyu hain tumhare Sanyukta?" Randhir asked as they sat inside the car.

"Mujhe sirf 50 rupeeya ka pani puri khana tha aur tumne 500 rupeeya uda diya aur wo vi ek bekar si reason ke liye!" She said angrily.

"Wo koi bekar reason nehi tha, walke tumhe in sabke ware mein jyada kheyal rakhna chahiye, understand!" Randhir said when starts the car.

"Huhhh sadu kahike!" Sanyukta twisted her lips.

"Excuse me tum shayed bhul rahi ho ke beach par uss lady ne mujhe cute kaha tha." He rolled his eyes.

"Excuse me usne sirf tumhe nehi mujhe vi cute kaha tha. Warna tum kiss angel se cute lagte ho?" She twitched her nose.

"Haan am not cute cause am hot and handsome!" He gave her a cocky smile.

"Ohh just shut up." Sanyukta said irritatingly when Randhir smiled inwardly to saw her normal again.

Soon Randhir and Sanyukta reached at the home. Ragini and Anjali were excited to saw the shopping bags and dragged Sanyukta with them when Randhir shrugged his shoulders and about to go to the room when Arpita came there.

"Ron I want to talk with you." And before Randhir can say anything she literally dragged him with her till her room.

"Arpi what's the matter, aakhir baat keya hain?" Randhir asked confusingly.

"Yeh tum mujhse puch rahe ho Ron! I want to ask you that what's wrong with you?" Arpita said when Randhir rolled his eyes.

"Itni badi baat mujhe tumne batane ki jarurat nehi samaja, mujhe uss Sanyukta se pata chala!" Randhir is hell shocked now to listening her.

"What are you talking about Arpi, what am done?" Randhir asked confusingly.

"Keya kiya hain! Tum aur Sanyukta aapne shaadi ko continue karne wale ho, aapne relation ko ek chance dene wale ho, aur itni badi baat tumne mujhe batane ki jarurat nehi samaje!" Arpita asked shockingly when Randhir smiled.

"Keya Arpi darra diya yaar, mujhe toh laga pata nehi keya kar diya maine!" Randhir take a relief of sigh when Arpita looked at him in disbelieve.

"Yeh tumhe mazak laag raha hain Ron, am serious about it." She said angrily when Randhir's smile vanished.

"Arpi why are you react like this! I thought you will happy to listening this that finally Sanyukta get agree to give me a chance." Randhir said confusingly.

"And what makes you think that Ron! How can you expect that I'll be happy to hearing this when I know it's all fake." Arpita said coldly.

"Fake! What are you talking about Arpi, what's fake?" Randhir was confused.

"Sanyukta! She is all fake." Arpita almost screamed when Randhir was shocked to listening her.

"Why don't you understand Ron that she used you, she try to be playing with your emotions. Wo koi chance nehi de rahi hain tumhe, she just trying to give you the pain only." Arpita cupped his face and said those words when Randhir was surprised to listening her.

"What rubbish Arpi, Sanyukta aaisa kyu karegi?" Randhir asked and removed her hands.

"To take her revenge back. Wo tumse aabhi vi badla lena chahati hain Ron that's why she is doing all this drama." Arpita said furiously.

"You might be changed Ron but not Sanyukta. She is still the same, wo nehi badal sakti aur na badli hain. Wo tumhe koi chance nehi dena chahati wo bass aapna badla lena chahati hain. I know this kind of girl very well jo aapne matlab ke liye kuch vi kar sakti hain. Bloody middle class girl..."

"Arpitaaaaa..." She can't complete her words as Randhir screamed.

"Enough is enough Arpita, keya tabse bakwas kiye jaa rahi ho!" Randhir said when Arpita looked at him surprisingly.

"I think you will be happy to hearing all this but you....you just talking shits about Sanyukta. I already told you that I can't listening anything against Sanyukta still you talking shit about her." Randhir said angrily when Arpita's eyes got moist thus melt Randhir's heart. He hold her hand and said.

"Sorry Arpi, I know you care for me, you want to see me happy and trust me am happy. Am happy with Sanyukta so you please don't bother." Randhir said when she looked at him shockingly.

"Yeah I don't have to bother for you anymore cause you are not my Ron anymore, that Sanyukta snatched you from me." Arpita said coldly when Randhir was surprised to listening her.

"No Arpi it's not like that..."

"It's just like that Ron, Sanyukta snatched you from me. Otherwise you didn't shouted on me. Today I lost my childhood friend, I lost my only best friend." And tears rolled down from her eyes when Randhir felt little guilty. He cupped her face and said.

"I'm sorry Arpi for shouting on you and I promise I won't do it again but please you also don't talk rubbish about Sanyukta, please." Randhir said wiping her tears with his thumb.

"Don't worry Ron I won't cause you just snatched every rights of mine. You make me realised that am no one for you and Sanyukta is everything for you and it's okay I understand. Ragini di was right that day ke shaadi ke baad friends strangers ban jate hain!" She said coldly when Randhir rolled his eyes.

"What rubbish, you girls and your talks. Listen aaisa kuch nehi hain we were friends, we are friends and we will friends for ever, understand!" He said when she looked at him.

"Promise?" Arpita made a face.

"Promise." Randhir smiled at her and kissed on her hairs.

Randhir came back to their room and sat silently on the bed. Something is bothering him now. Today he noticed something unusual in Arpita's behaviour. She behaved so weird now a days, don't know why! Okay she is worried for him but that doesn't means she is badmouthing about Sanyukta! And what the reason about her worries, he can't understand that! He did wrong in past. Maybe Sanyukta also did something wrong too but now when they want to forget their bitter past and starting a new life then why its bothering her! Why can't she happy?

His mind was asking random questions but he didn't found the answers. He became restless and sighed deeply. Sanyukta was keeping her shopping bags in the cupboard when Randhir looked at her.

"Sanyukta listen." He called her.

"Haan Randhir bolo." She said continuing her work when Randhir hold her hand and made her sit beside him.

"I want to say you something." He said slowly when Sanyukta looked at him confusingly.

"Randhir keya baat hain, kuch huya hain keya lost laag rahe ho?" She asked surprisingly.

"Wo Arpi....don't know what's wrong with her, kuch dino se bahut aajeeb behavior kar rahi hain!" He said slowly when some confused lines appeared on her face.

"Kyu keya huya hain?" She asked curiously.

"Don't know pehele toh mujhse ladne lagi ke maine usse yeh kyu nehi bataya ke hum aapne shaadi ko ek chance de rahe hain aur phir..." And he stopped in middle.

"And what Randhir?" Sanyukta asked curiously.

"Nothing, let it be." He sighed and went towards the window and looked outside when Sanyukta came and stood beside him.

"What happened Randhir, batao mujhe keya kaha Arpita ne? Look we decided na no secrets!" She said when Randhir nodded positively.

"Wo Arpita is very angry on you, usse lagta hain ke yeh tumhara mujhe ek chance dena sirf ek drama hain, tum actually mujhse revenge lena chahati ho mere emotions ke saath khele kar!" He said hesitatingly thus Sanyukta's face became pale.

"And you trust her, right?" She asked sternly when Randhir's eyes became widened.

"No Sanyukta I didn't trust Arpi, I want to trust you....I mean I trust you." He said holding her hand.

"It's okay Randhir, I can understand that you are trusting her not me. After all she is your childhood friend." She said slowly and turned to go when Randhir suddenly hugged her from bank.

"No Sanyukta it's not like that, I trust you. Aagar trust nehi karta toh phir tumhe yeh sab kyu batata. It's just mujhe Arpi ki baat ka bahut bura laga aur main bass wo tumse share karna chahata tha. Please don't get upset." He said hugging her when she felt relaxed in his embrace.

"Randhir may I ask you something?" She asked when broke the hug and turned around.

"Haan pucho na keya puchna chahati ho." He shrugged his shoulders.

"Keya Arpita ko koi problem hain? I mean koi psychology problem?" Sanyukta asked hesitatingly when Randhir looked at her shockingly

"What nonsense! Are you out of your mind Sanyukta?" Randhir asked shockingly.

"Look Randhir bin maa-baap ke bachcho ke saath kabhi kabhi aaise hota hain, iss mein awkward feel karne wali yeah phir chhupane wali koi baat nehi hain!" Sanyukta said when Randhir looked at her shockingly.

"Haan iss mein chhupane wali koi baat nehi hain kyu ki chhupane ke liye kuch hain hi nehi! Tumhe keya lagta hain ke Arpi pagal hain, usse koi bimari hain, nehi. It just ke she was worried for me. Usse mera chinta hain jo tumne kabhi nehi kiya!" Randhir said angrily when Sanyukta's face turned red due to anger.

"Randhir maine nehi kaha ke Arpita pagal hain, mansik bimari ka matlab yeh nehi ke wo insan pagal hain. It's just uske saath bachpan mein itna bada tragedy huya tha ke mujhe laga..."

"Keya laga tumhe ke wo pagal hain! Nehi main usse bachpan se janta hu, pagal nehi hain wo." Randhir said angrily.

"Randhir aagar tumhe mera saach bolna pasand nehi hain toh phir please aage se aapni personal problem mujhse share mat karna. Bachpan se jante ho na usse toh khud hi pata lagalo ke Arpita ko keya problem hain." And with this Sanyukta went to the washroom leaving a sulking Randhir behind.

"Haan haan thik hain nehi karunga, main hi pagal hu jo tumse batein share karne aaya tha!" Saying this he left the room and went to the terrace.

Sanyukta came to the washroom and turned on the tap. Randhir's words rang into her mind and her eyes filled with fresh tears. Soon her tears mixed with tap water as she splashed water on her face.

"Keya itni badi baat bol diya Randhir ne ke mujhe uska fikar nehi, main uske liye worried nehi hoti! Haan haan saari fikar toh wo Arpita hi karti hain na main hu koyn? Thik hain aaj se main uski koi fikar nehi karungi." She wiped her tears and went for dinner without waiting for Randhir.

Other hand Randhir went to the terrace and sat on the swing with a thud.

"Samajhti keya hain aapne aap ko, ek scholarship keya mill geya khudko bahut intelligent samajhne laag geyi hain, badi aayi, huhhhhh! Arpi pagal nehi hain." He said to himself and looked at the moon blankly. But after sometimes he felt little restless.

"Maybe mujhe Sanyukta se itni rudely baat nehi karni chahiye thi wo vi aaisi halat mein. Ussne kuch mean karke toh nehi bola tha bass pucha tha aur main bina koi reason uss par barash pada!" He felt guilty now.

"Mujhe Sanyukta se sorry bolna chahiye." He said to himself.

"Okay pehele Sanyukta se sorry bolta hu phir saath mein dinner karenge." He said in mind and smiled a little then went towards their room.

Randhir entered and saw Sanyukta laid on the bed. He came near her and called her.

"Sanyukta chalo dinner karte hain." He said hopefully.

"Mujhe nehi khana." She denied and turned other side.

"Aare khane se keya narazgi, chalo na!" He said coming other side.

"Bola na mujhe nehi khana, kyu disturb kar rahe ho?" She said angrily.

"Aare maine kaha disturb kiya main toh sirf dinner ke liye bulane aaya tha, chalo na please." He requested her.

"Mujhe nehi jana." She said angrily.

"Kyu?" Randhir raised his brows.

"Kyu ki main already dinner kar chuki hu, happy! Now let me sleep." She said annoyingly and Randhir's face fall down.

"Ohh tumne dinner kar liya par main toh tumhara wait kar raha tha." He said when Sanyukta sat up on the bed.

"Kyu maine kaha tha mera wait karne ke liye?" She hissed in anger. Just then a maid came there.

"Chhote sahab malkin ne aapko dinner ke liye bulaya hain." The maid said and all his guilt and sadness turned into anger.

"Nehi khana mujhe jau yehase." He yelled on the maid thus Sanyukta became shocked.

"Lekin malkin ne..." But she can't completed as Randhir shoot dragger at her by eyes thus she left in fear.

"Haan aab aapna gussa servants ke upor dikhao, yehi aata hain tumhe." Sanyukta said angrily.

"Haan toh tumhe usse keya! Main kuch vi karu tumhe usse keya?" He said angrily.

"Haan haan mujhe usse keya, mujhe koynsa tumhara fikar hain! Tum kuch vi karo mujhe usse keya!" She said angrily when he kept mum.

"Har roz office ke liye yeh late na ho jaye iss liye mujhe jaldi uthna padta hain. Ek shirt lene ke liye pura cupboard messed up kar dete hain. Songs yeh sunte hain, movies yeh dekhte hain aur CDs, DVDs idhar udhar pade raheta hain. Aur study table par toh har roz tsunami aati hain! Har roz yeh sab mujhe thik karna padta hain, jitna vi saaf karo yeh room utna kam hain!" And she started sobbing. Randhir was surprised as she talking unnecessary things. He became irritate now.

"Haan toh kisne bola yeh sab karne ko, ghar mein bahut maid hain!" He said irritatingly.

"Haan haan nehi karungi, maid nehi hu main vi!" She said angrily and get up from the bed but her leg stuck with the blanket and she fall down on the floor.

"Sanyukta!" Randhir almost screamed and rushed towards her.

"Kahi chot toh nehi lagi, gir kaise geyi tum?" He asked worriedly when she jerked his hand.

"Tumhe usse keya, main tumhara care nehi karti na toh phir tumhe vi koi jarurat nehi meri care karne ki!" She said wiping her tears.

"Ohh just shut up, okay." He said and lifted her forcefully and made her lay down on the bed.

"Aab dikhao kaha chot lagi hain!" He said and checked her arms.

"Bola na kahi chot nehi laagi hain." She said and jerking her hand and looked away.

"I'm sorry." Randhir said slowly but Sanyukta don't look at him.

"Main tab thoda sa over react kar geya but tumne vi toh Arpi ko pagal kaha! But believe me wo pagal nehi hain." Randhir said thus Sanyukta looked at him.

"Yeah right wo pagal nehi hain kyu ki pagal tum ho Randhir. Maine ek baar vi yeh nehi kaha ke Arpita pagal hain. I just concerned about her, worried for her but you can't understand that kyu ke tumhe lagta hain ke main aabhi vi tumse nafrat karti hu aur aapna revenge lena chahati hu." She said hoarsely and looked away when Randhir was in an awe.

"Toh keya aab tum mujhse nafrat nehi karti?" He asked hopefully when she looked at him.

"Thodi der pehele tak toh nehi karti thi but you know what Randhir aab aagar main iss duniya mein kisise nafrat karti hu toh sirf tumse." She said angrily and looked away but turned her face next and said.

"Now am sure that you are an abnormal person Randhir, go and consult with a psychiatrist. If I still hate you then I didn't gave you and our marriage a chance." She said angrily and looked away when Randhir smiled and give a quick thank you to his star.
