As soon as Randhir left Sanyukta get up and stood in front of the mirror. She looked at herself through the mirror and touched her face. Her skin was stretching and she was growing more flesh now. Her cheeks become pulpy then before.

"Am I really looks beautiful?" She almost whispered.

"Randhir said that am beautiful but if I really beautiful then why Arpita said those words to me?"

Sanyukta was stood at the balcony of their room when Arpita came there.

"Ron ki wait kar rahi ho?" Sanyukta turned to heard this and spotted Arpita there.

"I know you must be waiting for Ron but the question is where the hell is he? Aagar date par jane hi nehi tha toh phir plan kyu banaya?" Arpita said when Sanyukta kept mum.

"I don't like Ron's this kind of nature. Too much irresponsible. Aagar tumhe time diya hain toh phir time par aana chahiye tha na, girlfriend ke saath date par kisi aur din chala jata." Arpita said when Sanyukta looked at her shockingly.

"Keya Randhir aapne girlfriend ke saath date par geya hain, are you sure Arpita?" Sanyukta asked anxiously.

"Umm Sanyukta mujhe kuch kaam hain toh main thodi der baad aati hu." Arpita said and turned to go.

"Stop there Arpita." Sanyukta said thus Arpita stopped there and looked at her.

"Now tell me is Randhir with his girlfriend now?" Sanyukta asked coldly.

"Umm....wo Sanyukta actually I don't know. Mera toh baat hi nehi huyi hain Ron se." Arpita gave a smile to her.

"Don't pretend Arpita, I know Randhir is your best friend and tum usse protect karne ke liye jhoot bol rahi ho." Sanyukta said thus Arpita lowered her lashes.

"But not this time, now tell me the truth. Is Randhir with his girlfriend or not?" Sanyukta asked sternly.

"Wo Sanyukta jab vi Ron ka koi secret date hota tha wo aaise hi gayeb ho jata tha aur late night ko wapas aata tha." Arpita said hesitatingly.

"Secret date?" Sanyukta raised her brows.

"Haan secret date. Wo Harsh uncle ki jo business rival hain Mr. Mehera unki beti ke saath Ron ki secret affair hain. Yeh baat uncle ko pata na chale iss liye Ron ne iss relationship ko secret rakha hain." Sanyukta closed her eyes to listening this kind of news.

"Natasha US geyi thi kaal hi wapas aayi hain. Maybe ussne Ron ko call karke bula liya ho aur Ron vi usse mana nehi kar paya hoga." Arpita said when Sanyukta listening her silently.

"Jab vi Ron uske saath date par jata hain secretly jata hain taki uncle ko pata na chale. Ron toh lunch se bahut pehele hi office se nikal geya tha toh shayed dono city se hi bahar chale gaye ho ghumne!" Arpita said when Sanyukta hold the wall for support.

"Sanyukta are you alright? Sit down." Arpita faked concern and made Sanyukta sat on the couch.

"Arpita please leave me alone for sometimes." Sanyukta said when Arpita nodded positively. She about to go but stopped in middle and came back.

"I'm sorry Sanyukta from Ron's behalf but he is just like this. I know him since childhood, ladkiyon ki mamle mein wo aaisa hi hain, jab tak kisi ladki mein interest hota hain uske piche piche ghumta hain aur jab interest khatam ho jaye toh uski life mein uss ladki ki koi value nehi rahe jati. And sorry to say you Sanyukta but you are now pregnant and lost your charm also. Look at yourself you are gaining weight, your face become pale, your skin became rough also. So how can you expect that Ron will with you! I feel pity for you Sanyukta but the truth is Ron lost his interest in you and he won't come to you Sanyukta." Said this Arpita left from there when Sanyukta sat there numb.

Sanyukta touched her pulpy cheek and lost on somewhere when Randhir came out from the washroom. He saw her standing in front of the mirror. He had seen her noticing her changes.

"Why girls are so conscious about all this?" He thought that and came behind her.

"You don't have to be bother about these changes Sanyukta. For me you are always beautiful." He said when she looked at him through the mirror.

"You told me that cause praising would be mother is good for her health, hain na?" She asked looking at him only.

"No I'm telling this cause you are beautiful from both inner and out. And am going to tell you this the whole lifetime even when you will getting old, wrinkles on your face and you will use stick for walking I'll call you beautiful then also." He said holding her waist from behind and kept his chin on her right shoulder.

"Huhhh, as if tum buddhe nehi hoge, tumhare face par wrinkles nehi aayenge, tumhe walking stick ki jarurat nehi padegi!" Sanyukta said annoyingly.

"Main 80 years ka ho jayunga na tabhi itna hi handsome rahunga sweetheart aur ladkiyan tabhi aaise hi maregi mujh par." He winked at her thus she frowned.

"Huhhh fake." Randhir smiled to saw her jealous.

"But the fact is main tab vi sirf aur sirf tum par hi marunga." He smiled brightly when she made a face.

"Achchha aur kitni ladkiyon ko yeh same baat bol chuke ho?" She asked when eyed him through the mirror.

"Aare sirf tumse, sachchi." He pinched his throat.

"Achchha?" She raised her brows.

"Haan kyu ki aaj tak mere life mein jitni vi ladkiyan aayi hain unse itni dur ki planning kabhi kiya hi nehi." He said mockingly.

"Achchha toh phir mujhse kyu kar rahe ho?" Sanyukta now wants to know that.

"Kyu ki main tumhare saath 80 ka hona chahata hu Sanyukta." He said till looking at her eyes through the mirror but now he turned her around and face her.

"I want to be old with you Sanyukta. I want to see your face every morning when I open my eyes. I want to hold your hand middle of the night when you will see any bad dream. I want to witness the odd and good time in our life with you standing beside me. I want to walking at the beach with you holding your hand or not any stick. I want to spend my whole life with you Sanyukta. Will my wishes are going to be fulfil Sanyukta?" Randhir asked, his face shows that how much serious he is about her when Sanyukta's eyes filled with fresh tears.

"Ra-Randhir yeh sab, tum mazak kar rahe ho na, yeh sab ek mazak hain na?" She said in between her tears.

"Keya mazak hain Sanyukta! Humari shaadi, humare bich ka rishta yeah phir humara bachcha! Koynsa mazak lagta hain tumhe?" He asked holding her shoulders thus she lowered her lashes.

"Nehi tum jhoot bol rahe ho, yeh sab ek mazak hain. Aaj tum mujh mein interested ho lekin kaal jab tumhara interest khatam ho jayega tab meri koi value nehi rahegi tumhari life mein." And tears rolled down from her eyes.

"What are you saying Sanyukta, you are my wife koi car ki model nehi jo interest khatam ho jayega!" Randhir said thus Sanyukta looked at him.

"Car ki model ho yeah phir ladki ki tum toh har 6 mahine mein badal dete ho na Randhir, toh phir mujhe replace kyu nehi karoge, koi jawab hain Randhir?" Sanyukta asked when Randhir looked into her eyes. He can saw the pain the hurt in her eyes. He can understand her insecurities cause of his playboy image before.

"Cause you are my wife Sanyukta." Randhir said straight when Sanyukta was staring at him only.

"I know humara shaadi ek jhoot tha ek mazak tha. Maine tumse revenge lene ke liye kiya tha and jiska kabhi respect vi nehi kiya. But now I understand the meaning of Marriage Sanyukta. Yeh ek aaisa bandhan hain jis mein do insan zindegi bhar ke liye ek dusre ke ho jate hain." Randhir said when Sanyukta looked at him surprisingly.

"I know main iss layek toh nehi but phir vi keya mujhe iss shaadi ko nivane ka ek chance mill sakta hain. Ek chance humare rishte ko ek neyi suruwat dene ke liye?" He asked hopefully.

"Randhir!" Sanyukta looked at him shockingly.

"Sanyukta yeead hain tumne bola tha ke aagar main mom ke samne confess kar lunga toh phir tum mujhe maaf kar dogi! Maine tumse kabhi nehi kaha uss promise ko pura karne ke liye cause main tumhe force nehi karna chahata tha but keya main tumse expect kar sakta hu ke tum mujhe ek chance dogi aapni galti sudhar ne ke liye?" He asked hopefully looking at her. Sanyukta can saw the purity in his eyes. He is also in pain, the pain of his guilts.

"Randhir maybe you are true but it's not that easy for me. Jo zakham tumne mujhe diya hain usse bhulana itna vi aasan nehi aur nahi tumhe maaf kar pana." Sanyukta said when Randhir lowered his lashes in disappointment.

"But..." Randhir looked at her listening this.

"But unn sabke baad vi mera dil kahe raha hain tumhe ek chance dene ke liye, humare iss rishte ko ek chance dene ke liye, humari shaadi ko ek chance dene ke liye. So I'm ready to give you a chance." Sanyukta said not looking at Randhir when Randhir's lips curved into a wide smile and he clasped Sanyukta in a bone crashing hug next.

"Thank you thank you thank you soooo much Sanyukta for this chance. I promise I won't let you down. Main tumhe sikhayet ka ek vi mauka nehi dunga." He said holding her tight.

"Aauchhh."

"Sorry, sorry." Sanyukta let out a scream thus Randhir left her immediately.

"I'm sorry." He apologised.

"Look Randhir maine tumhe sirf ek chance diya hain aapne aap ko prove karne ke liye, maaf nehi kiya hain aabhi tak toh phir aapne limit mein rahena, okay!" She showed him her finger thus he nodded only.

"Sorry but hug toh kar hi sakte hain na, hum toh pehele vi karte thay. Aur kiss vi toh..." He stopped as he realised own words when Sanyukta eyed him.

"Sorry." He muttered than only.

"Randhir you are lucky ke maine tumhe sone ke liye couch par nehi bheja, toh phir kheyali pulao banana chhod do aur aapne aapko prove karke dikhao and be in your limits. Toh phir main tumhe maaf karne ke ware mein sochungi." Sanyukta said this when Randhir looked at her shockingly.

"You only think! No I mean you only think?" He said thus she glared at him.

"I think mujhe meri maa papa ke pass wapas jana chahiye, waise vi pehela bachcha toh mayke mein hi hota hain na!" Sanyukta said thoughtfully when Randhir's eyes got widened.

"No no no no, Sanyukta tum jo bologi jaisa bologi main waisa hi karunga." He said when jumped on the bed and made the wall by the pillows.

"Yeh lo maine wall vi bana diya aab toh nehi jayogi na?" He pouted when Sanyukta controlled her laugh.

"Tumhe sochna hain na tum socho but issi ghar mein rahe kar socho, kyu ki aagar tum chali geyi toh main saans nehi le payunga Sanyukta." Randhir said those words which pinched her heart too.

"Raat bahut ho geyi hain Randhir, soo jaye?" Sanyukta changed the topic.

"Raat kaha hain Sanyukta, subha ho geyi hain, humari neyi rishte ki peheli subha." Randhir said dreamily thus Sanyukta became emotional too.

"Chalo sote hain." Randhir smiled at her thus she also smiled a little and lay down on her side when Randhir covered both of them with the duvet and switched off the lights after wishing her a good night.

Sanyukta was trying to catch a sleep but Arpita's words rang into her mind.

"Secret relationship! Keya Randhir saach much hospital mein hi tha yeah phir uss Natasha ke saath aapne secret date par geya tha?" Her heart asked.

"Nehi nehi, yeh main keya soch rahi hu! Randhir uss bachche ke ware mein jhoot thodi na bol raha hoga, hospital mein hi tha." Her mind assured her.

"But still aagar uska aaisa koi secret relation hain yeah phir tha toh phir usse ekbaar mujhe bolna toh chahiye tha na! Aagar secret hi rakhna hain sab kuch toh keya matlab iss ek chance ka?" Her heart groaned.

"Achchha puchu keya usse iss ware mein?" Sanyukta thought and called Randhir.

"Randhir suno mujhe ek baat puchni thi tumse." She called him but don't get any response, she looked at him and found him already sleepy.

"Lagta hain soo geya hain, okay kaal subha puchti hu." Sanyukta said to herself and turned to get a sleep.

Sanyukta open her eyes slowly and rubbed it. She lazily moved her head and her eyes fall on Randhir who was sleeping soundly slightly opening his mouth. She recalled their moments of last night and a small smile crept on her lips.

"Randhir I hope this time you mean it." She said in her mind and turned to go but as soon as her eyes fall on the time her eyeballs came out from it's sockets.

"11.30 A.M! Ohh my god 11.30 baaj gaye, hum itne der tak sote rahe? Don't know sab keya soch rahe honge! Randhir utho jaldi." She got panicked and called Randhir quickly.

"Randhir utho jaldi."

"Umm sone do na Sanyukta, please." He said in between his sleep.

"Randhir utho 11.30 baaj geya hain." Hearing this Randhir open his eyes next.

"What, keya baat kar rahi ho mera office!" He sat up on the bed with a jolt and saw the time.

"Sanyukta 11.30 baaj rahe hain, itni der ho geyi tumne mujhe uthaya kyu nehi?" He asked her shockingly when she looked at him surprisingly.

"Shut up main koi alarm clock nehi hu, aur tum mujhe kyu bol rahe ho tum khud vi toh uth sakte thay, pata nehi sab keya keya soch rahe honge humare ware mein, sab tumhari galti!" Sanyukta pointed her forefinger at Randhir thus he rolled his eyes.

"Ohh hello aadhi raat ko gulab jamun khane ka saukh tumhe huya tha aur bol mujhe rahi ho, tumhari galti!" He also pointed his finger at her.

"Kyu ke tumne 8 gulab jamun kha liye thay bhukkhar kahike, uss mein mere hisse ka vi thay samjhe!" Sanyukta eyed him.

"Toh keya baad mein kharid ke vi toh maine hi diya na!" Randhir replied back.

"Dekho tum..." Before Sanyukta can say anything they heard a knock at the door. Sanyukta opened the door and saw a maid stood there with coffee.

"Sab uth geye?" Sanyukta asked as nothing came to her mind that time.

"Ji bahurani, wo malkin ne aapko niche bulaya hain." The maid replied thus Sanyukta nodded positively.

"Pata nehi aab keya hoga?" Sanyukta chewed her nails.

"Aare tum toh aaise darr rahi ho Sanyukta jaise humne kisiki murder kar diya hain, chillax." Randhir said coolly.

"Tum yeha par baith kar karte raho relax, main jaa rahi hu." Said this she dashed into the washroom.

Anjali and Ragini are laughing loudly as Sanyukta told them about their mid night adventure when Arpita burnt from inside.

"Ohh ho that means gulab jamun date!" Anjali asked teasingly thus Sanyukta's cheeks flushed and Randhir concentrate on his breakfast.

"Wo keya hota hain?" Mishti asked curiously.

"Aare budhhu jab ek ladka aur ek ladki saath mein ghumne jate hain toh phir usse date bolte hain." Rehan said proudly.

"Rehan kahase sikha yeh sab?" Anjali asked curiously thus Rehan simply point towards Randhir thus he face palmed himself.

"Sanyukta aaisi halat mein tum rest karne ki jagah puri raat ghumti rahi?" Renuka asked sternly thus Sanyukta lowered her lashes.

"Aur Randhir tum, tum kab aapne responsibility nibhaoge? Kaal pura din gayeb rahe aur phir Sanyukta ko samjhane ki jagah usse bahar leke chale geye ghumne, unbelievable!" Renuka said angrily when Randhir kept mum.

"Maa wo maine hi zor kiya tha." Sanyukta said slowly.

"I didn't expect this from you two." Renuka said hoarsely and left from there when Sanyukta and Randhir both looked at each other and pressed their lips to stop laughing.

"Aare mom ko chhodo phir batao keya huya?" Ragini asked excitedly when Sanyukta explained them everything. Just then Karan entered.

"Aare tum yeha iss waqt?" Ragini asked curiously.

"Kyu nehi aah sakta keya, aakhir ek hi sasural hain mera." Karan replied playfully.

"Aare Karan aau aau, koi kaam tha keya?" Anjali asked.

"Don't know bhabhi wo mom ne call kiya tha, that's why am came." Karan shrugged his shoulders.

"Mom ne call kiya tha lekin kyu?" Randhir said in his mind. Just then Renuka came there.

"Aare Karan tum aah geye, zara Sanyukta ko check karo, dekho is everything alright." Renuka said.

"Checking ki keya jarurat hain main thik hu." Sanyukta mumbled only earning a hard glare from Renuka.

                                 * * * * * * * * *

"Everything is fine mom." Karan assured Renuka thus she take a relief of sigh.

"Thank god tum mom ki daat se baach geyi." Randhir whispered near her ear thus Sanyukta rolled her eyes.

"But Sanyukta you don't have to be careless like this, soon you will enter in your second trimester so you have to be more careful now." Karan said thus Sanyukta nodded positively.

"Don't worry jiju I'll take care of her." Randhir said holding Sanyukta's hand which burnt Arpita's heart only.

"Ohh haan Randhir maine Singapore ki hospital mein call karke confirm kar liya hain, tum Peter ko wahi bhej do, waha par uski achchhe se treatment hogi." Karan said thus Randhir smiled brightly.

"Thank you jijaji."

"Peter koyn hain?" Renuka asked confusingly.

"Ji wo mere ek friend ki bhai." Randhir replied slowly.

"Keya huya hain usko?" Renuka asked again.

"Cancer." Randhir said thus there was a pin drop silence occurred.

"Haan mom, iss chhoti si age mein kitna suffer kar raha hain wo bachcha. Main kaal geya tha hospital usse dekhne, Randhir vi toh wahi par tha whole time. Aare Randhir tumne bataya nehi mom ko?" Karan asked when Randhir kept mum but everyone understand the reason behind his late arriving at previous night. When Sanyukta felt ashamed for doubting on Randhir.

"Randhir I want to say something." Sanyukta said when Randhir was busy to buttoning his shirt.

"Sanyukta not now please, am already late for office. Aur aabhi hospital vi toh jana hain." Randhir said thus Sanyukta looked away.

"Sabke liye time hain bass aapni biwi ke liye hi time nehi!" She murmured under her breath which didn't unheard by Randhir. He smiled a little and came to her.

"Kiss ne bola, okay aaj jaldi se wapas aah jayunga phir mera sara waqt tumhara, now happy?" He asked holding her hand.

"Achchha kyu jaldi wapas kyu aayoge, hospital nehi jayoge aapne friend se milne?" Sanyukta said rudely thus some frowned lines came on his forehead.

"Look Sanyukta I don't think ke tumhe Roja se jealous hone ki yeah phir insecure hone ki koi jarurat hain, she is just a friend just like Arpi or nothing else." Randhir said when Sanyukta kept mum. Randhir looked at her facial expressions then took her hand in between his.

"Sanyukta can't I expect a little understanding from your side? Look last night hi toh humne decide kiya tha ke hum humare relation ko ek chance denge. Toh aagar tum mujh par trust hi nehi karogi toh kaise chalega! Aur phir main hospital Peter ke liye jaa raha hu Roja ke liye nehi, please try to understand." Randhir said when Sanyukta came back to her senses.

"Shit Sanyu, what are you doing, sorry bolne ki jagha rude ho rahi hain. Aaise mangte hain mafi kisise?"

"So what biwi hu, gussa karna haq hain mera. Aur phir uske pass time kaha hain mere sorry ke liye?" Her mind said but heart denied to hear that.

"No Sanyukta it's not true and you know that too. He cares for you uska example toh kaal raat ko hi dekha tha so stop thinking such negative things. And you only decided to gave him a chance, aagar wo dena hi nehi tha toh bola kyu?" This time her mind succeeded to win the battle. She looked at him and saw him looking at her with pleading eyes.

"Sorry." She said slowly and lowered her lashes.

"No Sanyukta I don't want your sorry I want your trust, your full faith on me otherwise nothing can help us to refreshing our relationship." The depth of his words touched her soul and she looked at him.

"I'm trying Randhir but you can understand na that it's not so easy for me after what happened between us! Still I trying." She said slowly thus he nodded positively.

"Yeah you are right, you need time to have full faith on me and am thankful to you for giving me a chance at least for proving myself." He smiled a little when saying those words but Sanyukta felt guilty so she thought not to waste time and ask for an apology.

"I'm sorry Randhir." She said when Randhir looked at her confusingly.

"No Sanyukta please don't be sorry. It's me who was always wrong so why you say sorry! You don't have to say sorry every now and then." Randhir said as he realised his past misdeeds.

"No Randhir this sorry is not for today, this sorry is for something else. Yeh sorry yeh wala sorry nehi wo wala sorry hain. Main toh bahut pehele se bolna chahati thi kyu ki yeh wo wala sorry hain yeh wala nehi jo ke tum soch rahe ho!"

"WHAT?" Randhir said confusingly as he don't get any word from her.

"Are you alright Sanyukta, yeh keya bole jaa rahi ho?" He asked surprisingly when she bit her lip.

"Okay mujhe tumhari tarha ghuma phir ke baat karne ki aadat nehi hain toh phir main saaf saaf bol deti hu." Sanyukta said rolling her eyes thus he felt relieved.

"Thank you." Randhir said.

"Look Randhir kaal mujhe laga ke tum aapne kisi khas girlfriend ke saath koi secret date par gaye ho iss liye time par nehi aaye. Aur bahut kuch bol diya jo nehi bolna chahiye tha, am sorry for that." Sanyukta said and felt a relief when Randhir looked at her surprisingly.

"Thank you." Randhir said thus Sanyukta looked at him confusingly.

"Thank you Sanyukta for sharing this with me. You know what baat mann mein rakhne se hi misunderstanding hoti hain so I think we should not hiding anything to each other, specially when we decided to take a chance to our relationship." Randhir said when Sanyukta staring at him silently.

"Now I have to rush otherwise dad will kick me out from the company." He said teasingly thus she smiled a little.

"But but but I'll come quickly at home and will go for a secret date, be ready." He winked at her thus she frowned.

"Huhhh, mujhe nehi hona ready, kaal kitni mehanet se taiyar huyi thi lekin kisine tarif toh dur thik se dekha vi nehi!" She twisted her lips when Randhir looked at her with awe.

"Ohh so this is it, yeh raha madam ki gusse ka aasli reason." And he laughed as he found the missing pieces of the puzzle.

"Toh tum iss liye naraz thi ke maine tumhara tarif nehi kiya tha iss liye nehi ke main late aaya tha?" He smirked at her thus she was tongue tied.

"Nehi toh, ki-kiss ne bola?" Her cheeks become flushed when she looked everywhere but at him. Randhir just came closer to her and cupped her face.

"Last night you was just out of this world Sanyukta, aur tumhari khubsoorati meri tarif ke upor depend nehi karti, you are always beautiful from both inner and out." He said when Sanyukta looked at him hesitantly and she looks purity in his eyes instead of teasing.

"Aur tum iss world ki hi nehi iss universe ki sabse khubsoorat ladki ho." He said and a smile crept on her lips and she lowered her lashes due to shyness.

"Achchha aab main chalu?" He asked thus she nodded positively still not looking at him when he quickly pecked her tummy thus she look at him shockingly.

"Umm, tumhe kiss nehi kar sakta but baby ko toh kar hi sakta hu." He smiled and left when Sanyukta was astonished by his gesture.
