Nothing was normal after the confession of Randhir in front of whole family. Renuka was furious on Randhir when others were shocked.

"Mom I know you are angry on me but I just can't help it. I know I was wrong then so I thought to give divorce Sanyukta, so she will be free from this forcefully marriage." Randhir said to Renuka when Sanyukta was all quiet.

"And what about the child?" Renuka asked coldly.

"I applied for the baby's custody, Sanyukta lives here until she gives birth to my child and after that we part our ways. She will have no rights on the baby." Hearing this Sanyukta's eyes got moist again when the family was shocked again, they felt bad for Sanyukta.

"How can be you so cruel Randhir? Only because Sanyukta slapped you once tumne uski zindegi barbaad kar di! Aur aab aagar uski bachche ko vi usse chhin loge toh wo aapni zindegi kaise jiyegi?" Anjali asked surprisingly as she was too much hurt after hearing the truth.

"Please bhabhi this is our decision and it's right or wrong I don't care." Randhir replied.

"Randhir how can be you so insensitive! A mother who keeps the baby in her womb for nine months gets attached to it in every way. How is she suppose to give the baby and leave just like that?" Anjali asked again when Randhir steeling a glance of Sanyukta.

He know very well that Sanyukta get attached with the child and he wants the same as it's the only way to get her back. But he was not able to disclose this secret in front of the family right now.

"Tum puch kisse rahi ho Anjali, isske pass koi jawab hoga toh dega na! Jo bina kisi reason ke ek innocent ladki ki zindegi barbaad kar sakta hain uske liye ek bachche ko aapni maa se aalag karna koynsi badi baat hain!" Renuka said sternly.

"Mom I know you are angry but this is our final decision. Sanyukta wants divorce and I'm ready to give her that but in return I want my baby, that's the deal." Randhir said firmly.

"Just shut up, maine socha ke tum mein kam se kam itni sharam toh baki hogi ke Sanyukta se aapni galti ki maafi maango ge, lekin tum toh yeha uchi aawaz mein batein kar rahe ho! Tumhe dekhta hu toh mujhe aapne aap par sharam aati hain!" Renuka said furiously.

"Mom this is our final decision you please don't interfere. Sanyukta sign the papers." Randhir forwarded the contract papers to Sanyukta which was snatched by Renuka next.

"Nehi, wo sign nehi karegi. Main tumhe Sanyukta ko aapne bachche se aalag karne nehi dungi." Renuka said determinedly.

"Nehi maa maine Randhir se promise kiya hain ke divorce ke baad bachche ki custody uska hoga, mera koi right nehi hoga uss par." She said in a shaky voice.

"Sanyukta aagar tum yeh divorce lena chahati ho toh tumhe rokne ka koi haq toh mera raha nehi." Renuka said sitting beside Sanyukta when she hugged Renuka tightly and started crying.

"Lekin beta tum bachche ke bina kaise rahogi?" Renuka asked while caressing her hairs when Sanyukta buried her face into Renuka's chest.

"Sanyukta please stop crying, jijaji ne tumhe stress lene se mana kiya hain na, my baby will be effected." Randhir said when Renuka glared at him.

"Tum aabhi se aapne bachche ke liye itna concern ho toh socho Sanyukta vi kitni concern hogi aur kitna mushkil hoga uske liye bachche ko tumhe deke jana." Renuka gritted her teeth.

"Divorce Sanyukta ki choice hain mom mera nehi, aagar wo chahe toh meri biwi ban kar iss ghar mein rahe sakti hain toh phir iss contact ki koi jarurat nehi hain." Randhir said slowly yet sternly.

"Aaisa kabhi nehi hoga Randhir." Sanyukta said next.

"I'll stay here until I give birth the child after that I'll leave." She said determinedly.

"And don't worry I won't claim the baby anymore, the baby belongs to you only." She said wiping her tears when everyone got shocked.

"Sanyukta keya bol rahi ho tum, are you crazy?" Anjali asked shockingly. Everyone tried to convince her but she was not ready to listening anything.

"Aagar Sanyukta yeh divorce chahati hain toh thik hain lekin inn documents par sign aaj nehi hoga." Renuka said thus everyone got confused.

"Yeh papers mere pass rahenge, bachche ke janam ke baad vi aagar Sanyukta ka decision yehi raha toh main tum dono ko sign karne se nehi rokungi." Renuka said and left with the papers unknowingly do the favor to Randhir.

Renuka came to her room and kept the papers at the locker. Harsh was already there.

"Toh keya kaha unn dono ne, divorce nehi lenge na dono?" Harsh asked curiously.

"Aapko Sanyukta se wo sab nehi kehena chahiye tha, wo vi aaisa time par, thank god ke bachche ko kuch nehi huya!" Renuka said sternly.

"Haan jab aapna sikka hi khota ho toh dusro ko keya kahena! Nalayek ne yeh sab karne se pehele ek baar vi nehi socha ke isse meri reputation par keya effect hoga! Jee toh kar raha hain ke dhakke mar kar ghar se nikal du but logo ko ek aur mauka mill jayega meri taraf ungli uthane ka!" Harsh said annoyingly.

"Let it be, tumne unn dono se keya kaha, I'm sure tumne mana liya hoga unn dono ko?" Harsh asked curiously.

"Maine Sanyukta se kaha hain ke wo aagar divorce lena chahati hain toh main usske saath hu, lekin divorce aabhi nehi 8 mahine baad hoga, bachche ki janam ke baad vi aagar Sanyukta divorce lena chahe toh le sakti hain." Renuka said firmly thus Harsh got shocked.

"Keya bol rahi ho tum Renuka, dimag toh thik hain na, unhen rokene ke wajaye unke haan mein haan mila rahi ho! Aagar yeh divorce huya toh phir mere reputation ka keya hoga zara socho Renuka. Press, media sab hum par ungli uthayenge naki uss ladki par!" Harsh let out his frustration.

"Yeha kisiki zindegi barbaad ho geyi hain aur aapko aapni reputation ki padi hain?" Renuka asked surprisingly.

"Renuka tum samajh nehi rahi ho aagar yeh divorce ho geya toh mere rival company wale isse issue banake mere against use karenge, please understand." Harsh said to Renuka.

"Main aapko yeead dila du ke barso pehele aapne mujhse ek baat kahi thi, ke na main kabhi aapke business ke mamle mein interfere karungi aur na aap kabhi ghar ke mamle mein. Waha aap ki baat aakhri hogi aur ghar par meri! Maine aaj tak kabhi vi aapke business mein interfere nehi kiya toh achchha hoga ke aap vi ghar ke maamlo se dur rahe, samjhe!" Renuka said sternly and left the room ignoring Harsh totally when Harsh was stunted to saw her like this.

Renuka came to the terrace and stood there numb.

"Main Sanyukta ke saath itna bada injustice nehi hone de sakti, aagar aapne bete ki galti chhupaungi toh bhagaban ko keya jawab dungi? Aagar Sanyukta Randhir ko divorce dena chahe toh mera koi haq nehi usse rokne ka but main aaise uski zindegi barbaad hote nehi dekh sakti! Mujhe kuch karna padega." She thought something and dialled a number.

"Hello?" After sometimes a sleepy voice said over the phone.

"Hello Parth badi mom bol rahi hu, sorry tumhara neend kharab kar diya maine." Renuka said over the phone.

"No badi mom it's okay, but itni raat gaye aapne call kiya? Ohh ho waha toh aabhi vi shaam jawan hain!" He said teasingly.

"Parth come here as soon as possible, it's urgent." Renuka said next.

"Keya baat hain badi mom anything serious, sab thik hain na?" He asked worriedly.

"Main phone par aabhi kuch nehi bata sakti, tum bass jitni jaldi ho sake yeha chale aau, aar haan maine tumhe call kiya tha yeh baat kisiko mat batana." Renuka said sternly.

"But main mom se keya kahunga?" Parth asked surprisingly.

"Koi vi excuse de dena Maya ko, aapni badi mom ke liye ek jhoot toh bol hi sakte ho, baki baat yeha aane ke baad batayungi, aabhi rakhti hu." Renuka said and cut the call leaving Parth totally confused.

At night Renuka came to Sanyukta's room with her dinner. She was half laying on the bed. Renuka sat beside her when she looked at her.

"Sanyukta jo galti mere bete ne kiya hain usse main mita toh nehi sakti but I promise main tumhare saath humesha rahungi." Sanyukta felt relieved as she found a strong support from family. Renuka pulled Sanyukta in a hug thus she started crying again. Just then Randhir came to the room and saw her crying.

"Sanyukta you are crying again, why don't you listening my words? Tumhe iss waqt sirf khush rahena hain, remember!" He said annoyingly when Renuka was angry on him.

"Uski saari khushi chhin kar usse khush rahene ko bol rahe ho?" Renuka said angrily.

"Mom please, yeh main Sanyukta or baby dono ke health ke liye bol raha hu." Randhir said next.

"Tumhare hote wo khush kaise rahe sakti hain?" Renuka said in a sarcastic way.

"She have to habituated with my presence mom, cause I won't leave her alone." Randhir said determinedly when Sanyukta looked away.

"Just get out from here, main tumhara sakal vi nehi dekhna chahati!" Renuka almost screamed thus Randhir came out from the room as he don't want to stress Sanyukta anymore.

Randhir came out from the mansion and starts the car. He drove aimlessly at the road and suddenly he stopped as he came to a certain place.

"Ohh shit yeh main kaha aah geya, itni raat ko Roja ke ghar ke samne main keya kar raha hu?" He asked to himself and about to take an U turn but stopped next.

"Aah hi geya hu toh ekbaar Peter se mill kar jata hu." He said in mind and came out from the car. He pressed the door bell thus granny opened the door.

"Aare beta tum?" Granny asked surprisingly.

"Good evening granny, sorry to disturb you at this time, actually I was passing by here so thought to meet Peter once." Randhir said slowly.

"It's okay, I'm happy that you came, Peter pura din ghar mein aakela raheta hain toh koi millne aata hain toh usse vi achchha lagta hain. But aaj toh wo soo geya." Granny replied.

"Ohh I'm so sorry, I have to understand that, by the way where is Roja I don't meet her from a long time also?" Randhir asked again.

"She went for her office son." Granny replied.

"Keya office! But she take leave for her exam na, then what's happened?" Randhir asked surprisingly.

"Haan aaj hi usska exam khatam huya and she went there." Granny replied.

"Okay granny I have to go, bye." Randhir said quickly.

"But beta..." Before granny said something Randhir rushed from there.

"Shit, I told her not to go there but this girl, urghhh!" He said under his breath and starts his car.

Soon he reached at the bar. He entered and saw her at the stage. Roja's eyes fall on him and she was surprised but ignored him and continuing singing. Randhir go and sat on the corner seat and was waiting for ending her performance.

After sometimes Roja came down to collect the money when some people started misbehaving with her. Randhir gritted his teeth but somehow controlled his anger. Roja was about to come back at the stage when someone caught her hand. Roja saw that's the same guy who did misbehave with her that day on the road. She struggle to free herself but can't.

"Where are you going babes..." The guy tried to touch her just then everyone heard a glass breaking noise. As Randhir broke a beer bottle on the head of that guy. That guy fall on the floor when Randhir caught Roja's hand and pulled her along with him.

"Randhir what are you doing! Randhir please leave my hand!" Roja said as they came out from that bar.

"What are you doing Randhir? And why you hit that guy? You know tumhari wajase meri job jaa sakti hain?" She asked angrily when Randhir said.

"Tum aaj se yeha job nehi karogi." He said in an icy cold voice thus she was surprised.

"Randhir but..."

"Let's go." And he caught her wrist again and went to the car along with her.

They were sitting silently facing the sea under the star gazing sky. It half past 2 at the night and no one have to eager to go home. Her phone buzz suddenly breaking the silence and she pick it up.

"Yes granny, sorry I'll be late tonight. Don't worry I'm fine, please go to sleep, okay bye." She said and cut the call.

"Will you care to explain?" She asked at last as the silence was killing her.

"If he will try to touch you again I'll evulse his hand from his body next time." He said furiously when she looked away.

"Okay fine." She said slowly when Randhir yanked her elbow and pulled her close.

"And if I see you again in that cheap bar I swear I won't spare you too." Randhir hissed in anger.

"Randhir please, you are hurting me!" Roja cried in pain when he left her hand. She was rubbing that area when Randhir said.

"I-I am sorry." He almost whispered.

"Yeah this is what expected, first hurting someone and then say sorry to her, anything else!" She said annoyingly when he kept mum. She was shivering as the air starting getting cold. She rubbed her palms on her forearms quickly when Randhir offered his blazer to her. She looked at him once then take the blazer.

"Thank you." She said slowly but no reply came. The silence filled them again.

"People say Mumbai never sleeps and I experience it now." She said breaking the silence thus he looked at her.

"It's beautiful na?" She asked pointing at the ''Queen's Necklace" thus he nodded silently.

"But I'm sure that we don't came here to see this only. Is there something which is bothering you?" She asked when he looked at her.

"What is it Randhir, why we are here?" She asked gently looking at his eyes thus he lowered his lashes.

"Is your wife come back?" She asked and this time he nodded positively.

"Thank god at least she gave you a chance." She smiled happily.

"Then what are you doing here at this time of the night? You have to be with her now!" She asked confusingly.

"Ek baat batau?" He said totally ignoring her words.

"What?" She raised her brows.

"Sanyukta is expecting a baby." He smiled a little when her eyes turned into bright.

"Really?" She asked when he nodded again.

"Congrats." And she hugged him immediately.

"It's a great news Randhir, you are going to be a dad, Sanyukta is going to be a mom, I'm so happy for you." She said excitedly when Randhir smiled sadly.

"Kitne dino ke baad ek good news mila, otherwise Peter ke disease ki baat janne ke baad toh life mein smile karne ki koi reason raha hi nehi!" She said breaking the hug, her voice broke a little.

"Hey don't worry everything will be fine, I told you na that I'm with you." Randhir assured her thus she smiled a little.

"So we are here for celebration right, but yeh kaisa celebration hain no champagne?" She asked playfully thus Randhir's smile faded away.

"Celebration ki koi reason nehi hain meri life mein Roja!" He sighed.

"What are you saying Randhir, Sanyukta is came back, a little angle will come in your life soon then why are you saying like this?" She asked confusingly.

"Yes Sanyukta is back but only for nine months, after giving birth the baby she will leave me forever." Randhir said slowly.

"What but why?" Roja asked surprisingly and Randhir told her everything.

"What are you saying Randhir, how can she leave you just like that and what about the baby, how can a new born baby live with out the mother, why you accept her condition, it's ridiculous?" Roja was in shock.

"I don't have any choice, that time I thought ke aagar main yeh condition rakhunga toh phir aapne bachche ke liye pyar usse rok lega. But aab sochta hu toh lagta hain ke aaisa karke main phirse uske saath injustice kar raha hu. She hates me and will never forgive me so I have no rights to stick her into this forcefully marriage. After all we both don't love each other, so if she wants to go she will free to go." Randhir said slowly.

"And baby?" She almost whispered.

"The baby will belongs to me only, I can't sacrifice everything for her. She wants divorce and I'm ready to give her that but not my baby." He said determinedly.

"But how will she survive without the baby Randhir?" Roja asked curiously.

"I-I don't know, it's her choice." Randhir shook his head.

"Randhir jo vi karna soch samajh kar karna, it's about both of your life and the baby too." She said when he nodded silently.

"Okay let's go it's almost dawn, sorry I take you here along with me." He said getting up.

"It's okay." She said slowly.

"Let me drop you." He said and they get inside the car. Soon they reached at her place.

"Thank you." She said and about to come out when he called her.

"Roja gave me your land line number." He said suddenly.

"Land line number?" She asked confusingly.

"Yes, I want to talk with Peter, aur tum kahi ghar par nehi hogi toh!" He replied.

"Ohh, but land line toh nehi hain you must take granny's number, she is always with him." Roja said and gave him the number.

"Thanks, say Peter that I'll call him."

"Yeah sure, waise vi he kind a like you, always talk about you." She smiled a little.

"Yeah, say him I'll come soon to meet him." He said happily.

"Yeah definitely, okay bye."

"Bye." Roja came out from the car when Randhir left.

She entered at the house with the spare key and went to her room. She entered at her room and as soon as she saw own image at the mirror she was surprised.

"Ohh shit Randhir's blazer, I forgot to gave him back." She bite her tongue.

"Ohh shit, his wallet is here too. I have to return this to him as soon as possible, but how?" She said in disappointment then opened his wallet and saw his driving licence there.

"Here his address, I'll go to his house and return this to him." She said next.

Randhir came back to the mansion. It's almost 5 at the morning, everyone was in deep slumber. He didn't call anyone and dragged his tired body towards his room. He entered the room and saw Sanyukta was sleeping peacefully there. He went near her and saw dried tears on her face. He sat beside her and hold her hand gently.

"I tried....I tried a lot Sanyukta for your forgiveness, but you aren't ready to forgive me. So it's better for us that we part our way. You want freedom and I want the baby, so it's decided now." He murmured and went to his side and lay down beside her.

"It seems that we aren't meant for together." He smiled sadly looking at her and soon dozed off due to tiredness.

Sanyukta get up after some hours. She rubbed her eyes and sat on the bed. And the first thing caught her attention was Randhir's sleepy figure.

"So he came back but when, maybe after when she slept." She thought and get up but can't divert her mind from him. She looked at his messy state, dark patches under his eyes. Don't know why she felt bad for him.

"Kaal maa ne Randhir par haat utha diya, aur wo ghar chhod kar chala geya, pata nehi kuch khaya vi hoga yeah phir raat bhar khali pet bhatakta raha!" She said slowly and about to cover him with duvet just when something on his shirt caught her attention. She looked properly and saw lipstick mark on his shirt. She bent down to saw it properly when she smell alcohol too.

"Isska matlab Randhir kaal puri raat kisi ladki ke saath tha." She muttered slowly and her eyes filled with tears next.

"Randhir kaal kisi ladki ke saath tha, dono kisi club mein thay aur mujhe laga wo aakela tha, udas tha, bhuka tha!" Her voice broke when she take some steps back.

"He is still the same, kuch phadak nehi padta usse! Mere maafi ke liye bahut desperate ho raha tha na aur jab maine maaf nehi kiya toh wo kisi aur ladki ke pass chala geya aapna gam bhulne!" Sanyukta was on a verge of crying but she controlled herself.

"Ek minute, main kyu roo rahi hu, why I'm crying, what's wrong with me! Randhir kahi vi jaye, kisiki vi saath rahe mujhe usse keya! He is free to do anything, why it's bothering me? I have nothing to do with his personal life." And her insecurities turned into anger.
