Chapter 33
Randhir was roaming aimlessly. Sanyukta's words pained him a lot and he don't know how to come out from that pain. As evening crept Randhir found himself in front of that bar. He entered and sat at the corner table but didn't found Roja there. He asked to a waiter who said that she was in a leave and Randhir left the bar next. Randhir drove his car and went to her house. He stopped in front of her house and looked at the house. He came out from his car and opened the gate, he entered and stood in front of the door. He was about to press the bell but was hesitated and was about to go back when the door opened suddenly and Randhir saw Roja stood at the door.
"Aap yeha?" She asked surprisingly.
"Haan wo tum bar mein nehi thi toh socha ke dekh aau sab thik toh hain na." He replied hesitantly.
"Toh bina mile kyu jaa rahe thay?" Roja asked next.
"Wo aaise hi." Randhir said slowly.
"Please come in." Roja said thus Randhir entered.
"Is Peter alright?" Randhir asked as he entered when Roja nodded positively.
"Toh tum leave par kyu ho?" Randhir asked next.
"My exam is going on, that's why." Roja replied.
"Ohh, waise where is Peter?" Randhir asked again.
"Aapne room mein, aaiye." Randhir came to the room with Roja and saw Peter was doing something in his drawing book.
"Who's that di?" Peter asked looking at Randhir.
"Peter he is my friend, he is came to meet you." Roja replied when Randhir smiled a little as Roja introduced him as her friend.
"Hi champ, how are you now?" Randhir asked sitting beside him.
"I'm fine thank you." Peter replied.
"What's your name?" Peter asked next.
"My name is Randhir Singh Shekhawat and yours?" Randhir said when Roja was surprised to listening his name as 'Shekhawat' is a well known name in the city.
"My name is Peter D'Souza." Peter replied.
"Aap keya drawing kar rahe ho?" Randhir asked thus Peter shown him his drawing.
They were talking when Roja came a cup of tea and offered that to Randhir. Randhir saw the tea and his lips curved into a faint smile as she remembered how Sanyukta was angry when he drank her tea. He sighed and get up.
"Okay friend you please take rest, I'll come again to see you." Randhir said.
"Bye friend." Peter waved his hand and they came out from the room.
"Aap yeha, koi kaam tha yeah sirf dekhne aaye thay?" Roja asked as they came out from the room.
"No I came here to say sorry to you, I was rude enough last night." Randhir said slowly.
"It's okay, I also said shit to you." Roja replied.
"No you wasn't wrong, you was absolutely right at your place, I'm the one who was wrong." Randhir said slowly.
"What you did with your wife?" Roja asked suddenly thus Randhir looked at her confusingly.
"Aapne keya kiya tha jisske wajase wo aapko chhod kar chhali geyi aur aap itna guilty feel kar rahe ho? I understand aap mujhe help nehi kar rahe ho aapne guilt se bahar aane ki try kar rahe ho." Roja said when Randhir looked at her shockingly.
"What are you saying?" Randhir asked confusingly. How can she know about his intention which he hide deep into his mind.
"Yesterday when you left I was thinking about your words only but I didn't get why you trying to help me! So I asked granny, she told me that if a person trying to help anyone with out any reason that means either he is an Angle sent by Jesus Christ or he must be an ordinary man who is sunk in own guilt and tryin to come out from his guilt by helping others." Roja replied when Randhir still looking at her surprisingly.
"And you told me last night that your wife left you so I thought granny must be right." Roja said when Randhir lowered his lashes.
"Yes your granny is right but I'm not any Angel, I'm the Devil of someone's life." Randhir mumbled slowly.
"Who said that, you came like an angle for me that night, I'm sure you are a good man." Roja said in a confident way.
"Good man!" Randhir smiled sarcastically.
"You don't even know about me, may be I'm the worse person you met ever Miss Roja." Randhir said sternly and about to go when Roja stopped him.
"If you want you can share your grudges with me Mr. Shekhawat." Roja said thus Randhir turned around.
"Share karne se pain kam ho jati hain." Roja said again thus Randhir nodded positively.
"I marry Sanyukta forcefully against her wish." Randhir said slowly after taking a seat on the couch.
"So it's one sided love story but I must say it's a selfish love story, your love is selfish that's why you did it." Roja said who was sitting in front of him.
"No it's not a love story at all, it's a hate story." Randhir said looking down when Roja was surprised.
"Hate story, means?" She asked confusingly.
"I hate Sanyukta and wants to take revenge from her, that's why I marry her to make her life a living hell." Randhir blurted out the truth when Roja was stunned by his words.
"How could you! How could you do this to an innocent soul, aur wo vi aapni wife ke saath?" Roja asked bitterly.
"I know I did a mistake and I'm regretting for it." Randhir said in a painful voice.
"You called it mistake, it's a crime. You did it intentionally!" Roja said sternly.
"I know you must be hating me right now, Sanyukta also hate me, I deserve her hatred." Randhir managed to say.
"What's her mistake?" Roja asked curiously.
"Nothing, she was innocent. It's my ego only who came between us and I spoiled everything. And when am understand that I'm wrong nothing is left by then, she left me forever." His eyes brimmed with tears.
"And now you are regretting for your deed but do you really think that regret is the only thing left now?" Roja asked normally.
"No, I tried to say sorry to her. I tried to rectify my mistakes too but she isn't ready to give me a chance, she isn't ready to talk to me even, then what should I do now?" Randhir asked helplessly.
"You should trying to get her forgiveness again and again." Roja said when Randhir looked at her confusingly.
"I already tried but she isn't ready to forgive me." Randhir replied slowly.
"She has a reason behind it. Aapko nehi lagta aapne jo aapne wife ke saath kiya wo bahut mean tha, then how could you expect that she forget all the things easily and forgive you instantly! Is not that so easy at all!" Roja lost her cool almost thus Randhir lowered his lashes.
"So you tell me what can I do now?" Randhir asked helplessly.
"NEVER GIVE UP ON YOURSELF." Roja said thus Randhir looked at her surprisingly.
"When you didn't think before hurting her then why you thinking now when it's time to healing her wounds?" Roja asked surprisingly.
"I tried my best but every time she just busy to pointing my mistakes. I know I was wrong, I'm guilty but mujhe ek chance toh milni chahiye na aapne mistakes ko rectify karne ke liye, but nehi jab vi kuch achchha karne ki try karta hu ulta mujh par hi doubt karti hain, toh main kyu kuch karu?" Randhir also said impatiently.
"RENOUNCE THE EGO OF THE INDIVIDUALITY AND REJOICE IN THE BLISS OF INFINITY."
"I think you should know it." Roja said when Randhir looked at her shockingly.
"How do you know all this, it's the quote from Bhagwad Gita and you are a Christian girl?" Randhir asked shockingly.
"My mom belongs from a Hindu family so she told me about all this." Roja smiled a little.
"Yes your name, why don't I think it before, ohh god I'm such a fool." Randhir sighed.
"Yes you are that's why you gave up." Roja said when Randhir looked at her.
"But what can I do, she don't trust me and will never!" He said helplessly.
"For that you have to show your care, your concern, your love for her." Roja replied.
"Yeh sab dikhane ki cheese nehi hain Roja." Randhir said slowly.
"Woh told you that? Love, care yeh sab hi toh dikhane ki cheese hoti hain, naki aapna ego!" Roja said impatiently.
"You know jab Peter ki treatment start huyi tab doctor ne kaha ke medicine ke saath saath usse love aur care ki vi bahut jarurat hain. You know I love you mein jo strength hoti hain wo kisi aur cheese mein nehi." Roja said thus Randhir looked at her surprisingly.
"But their is only hatred between us." Randhir said slowly.
"Then turn it into love." Roja said when Randhir get mum.
"You want to get her back in your life, right?" Roja asked thus Randhir nodded a yes.
"Then keep trying. Wo keya bolte hain, kou....kousis..."
"Kousish karne walo ki kabhi haar nehi hoti, gosh your hindi is too bad." Randhir said and both smiled.
"Thank you." Roja looked at Randhir as he said thanks to her.
"Tum mujhe thik se janti vi nehi aur mujhe help kiya mere problem se nikalne mein, aaj first time aaisa laag raha hain ki kisi true friend ke saath aapna problem share kiya hain aur usne mujhe right advice diya hain, thank you very much." Randhir said when Roja smiled a little
"You are welcome." She said.
"Waise where is granny?" Randhir asked looking around.
"Granny church geyi hain." Roja replied.
"Ohh okay, I have to go now, mujhe kisike pass jana hain, thank you once again." Randhir said and about to go when Roja asked.
"One thing why you trying to help me, why me?" Roja asked curiously when Randhir looked at her.
"Cause you always remain me about Sanyukta. You are just like her fearless, straight forward and selfless. Humesa dusro ke ware mein sochne wali, tumhe jab vi dekhta hu Sanyukta yeead aati hain that's why I'm trying to help you or nothing else." Randhir said when Roja stood there surprisingly.
"Good night, bye." Randhir smiled a little thus she smiled also.
"Bye." And Randhir left next when Roja sighed.
Randhir came to the mansion and went directly to his room. He was lost in Roja's words.
"Yeah she is right, when I'm not thinking twice before hurting her then why I'm thinking now! I have to apologize her. I have to show my care for her not ego." Randhir said in mind and take the phone. He saw her number in his phone but can't gathered enough courage to call her. He kept the phone and opened his laptop and started watching his wedding pictures in it. He saw Sanyukta's picture and caressed it lovingly.
"You looked so beautiful that day, sorry I take so much time to say you that." He mumbled slowly looking at her picture.
"I miss you, please come back." He type that in his phone but erase them next.
"I'm sorry, please forgive me." And this time he pressed the send button with out wasting any time.

"Keya tum jhoot nehi bolte! Aare sabse bada jhoot toh tum aabhi bol rahe ho, you liar!" She said angrily.
"Look Sanyukta maine kasam khaya hain ke jab tak exam khatam nehi ho jata main jhoot nehi bolunga, keya pata mere ek jhoot se Maa Saraswati ji naraz ho jaye aur main fail ho jau toh!" He pouted.
"Yeh iss duniya ka sabse bada jhoot hain." Sanyukta said irritatingly.
"Wo tum kuch vi kaho main jhoot nehi bolunga, mom puchhegi toh saach saach hi batana padega!" He made an innocent face thus she glared at him.
"Okay fine, let's go." She said angrily.
"Dekha maan geyi na, bekar mein 5 minute waste kar diya." He said and clutched the gear with a winning smirk.
"Jyada khush mat ho, yeh humari life ki aakhri safar hain. Sirf aaj hi chal rahi hu tumhare saath. Aur haan yeh mat sochna ke tumhara wo sorry wala massage se mujhe koi phadak padega, I'll never forgive you." She gritted her teeth.
"Ohh that means you got my massage, then why don't you reply me, I was waiting for your reply na wifey!" He pouted when she made a face.
"Disgusting!" She turned her face and looked outside when Randhir smiled.
"Aaj toh main bahut jyada khush hu Sanyukta aur haan yeh humari life ki aakhri safar nehi hain, aaj ke baad tum jaha jayogi mujhe saath payogi, tumhara husband come driver jo hu." He said in mind and smirked inwardly.

"Mujhe sirf tumhari betrayal yeead aati hain Randhir." Sanyukta said coldly thus Randhir gulped hard.
"I'm sorry Sanyukta but I really don't do anything intentionally, please trust me once." He pleaded.
"I trusted you once Randhir but you broke my trust." Her eyes were brimmed with tears which she wiped away, Randhir looked that.
"I'm sorry Sanyukta." He mumbled slowly.

"All the best Sanyukta." Randhir said when Sanyukta looked at him with teary eyes and left silently from there.
"Ohh no, I spoiled her mood." He said slowly.
Sanyukta wiped her tears and came to the exam hall, after sometimes Randhir also came there and went towards her.
"Why didn't you wish me back?" Randhir asked when Sanyukta and Kaustaki both looking at her confusingly.
"Aare aaise keya dekh rahi ho, you didn't wish me yesterday also." He complained just like a kid.

"Haan." Kaustaki replied when Sanyukta glared at her.
"Sorry Sanyu but koi wish kare toh usse vi wish karna chahiye." Kaustaki said hesitantly.
"See, you don't wish me luck." Randhir pouted.
"Okay, all the best for your exam. Happy now?" She said irritatingly.
"Very happy." He grinned when she twisted her lips.
"Chalo usski mood toh thik ho geyi aab exam vi achchha hoga usska." Randhir said in mind and smiled inwardly.
Just then Laila entered at the hall. Saw her Randhir gritted his teeth when Sanyukta looked away.
"Look who is here, the Queen of conspiracy, the great game planner. Friends zara aapna aapna sheets check kar lena don't know aaj phir koi isski target na ban jaye!" Kaustaki said mockingly when Laila lowered her lashes.
"Kaustu please stop all this, Laila you please go." Sanyukta said thus Laila went to her seat.
"Kaustu what was that?" Sanyukta asked irritatingly.
"Aur usne jo tere saath kiya, uska keya!" Kaustaki said angrily.
"Ussne galat kiya isska matlab ke hum vi galat karenge, toh phir uss mein aur hum mein phadak keya rahe jayega! Listen ek great author ne kaha tha ke 'tum bure ho lekin main achchha kyu nehi banunga!' Always remember it Kaustu." Sanyukta said when Randhir became surprised listening her words.
"Tum itni achchhi kaise ho sakti ho Sanyukta! Pata nehi maine tumhari achchhaio ko pahele kyu nehi dekh paya! You are simply great." Randhir said in mind.
After exam Sanyukta was about to leave the exam hall when Randhir stopped her.
