The next moments were very awkward for me every time I'm around Stephan now. Kissing him last night was a pure mistake that I did and didn't even use my mind.

Now everyone who saw us in the party last night thought that we're dating. Seriously, what was I thinking?!

We got home last night in silence. I was too embarrassed to even speak to him even a single now. I can't even manage to answer him straight so all of my answers were just a nod or gestures.

Darn it.

Then he is acting so smoothly like nothing happened.

Now, it's morning. And today, we are going to the beach that his cousins rented just for us. Right now, I'm inside the shower room, looking at my reflecting in the mirror to check if I'm okay.

I just let my hair down, got my simple bandeau styled two piece bikini and over that was my loose white beach shirt and denim shorts. I already put on some sunblock and had my bag ready.

I took a deep breath before I stepped out of this place with Stephan waiting outside.

Hmmm, he is probably going to wear some beach shirts and might go topless.

Damn, why does the imagination of him being topless makes my head and heart go crazy inside. I can't help but feel the excitement when I see him.

Jeez, I already saw him naked but he still had that affect on me.

"Calm down, Ariana. Don't blush when you see him half naked. It's a beach. It's normal. Don't be a slut." I muttered to myself and slapping my cheeks like I'm crazy. Just wake up!

Then I flinched when someone knocked on the door. "Hey Ariana, do you have any plans on leaving that room? You've been there for almost an hour. Is something wrong?"

I startled stuttering "I-I'll be right there."

"Hurry up, slowpoke. Everyone is waiting already." He told me before I heard his footsteps disappearing.

One last inhale and exhale.

Okay, let's do this.

I placed the strap of my bag on my shoulder and left the shower room. Stephan is already waiting outside, wearing a white tank  top and red beach shorts, he is even wearing his black sunglasses.

God, he looks so handsome in his own natural ways.

I think we were gazing at each other's appearance. His eyebrows frowned as his deepened on mine. "You're not gonna take off your shirt."

"What?"

"You heard me." His features were serious.

I rolled my eyes and walked passed him. "We are going to a beach, idiot. Don't ruin my mood."

We started heading towards the beach downstairs. When we arrived there, everyone was already there. I'm not sure how many will come but it's not a huge number of crowd.

When they all turned to me, I suddenly felt shy with all of their eyes on me. Like they were wondering who I am.

I walked backwards when I felt Stephan's huge built behind me. He wrapped an around me and we walked towards his cousins.

"Stephan!" They called him and a few of them ran to him. 

"Hey." He greeted them then loses his arm around me to give his cousins some manly hugs.

Two of them were Aaron and Kurt, then the rest were unfamiliar faces.

Kurt noticed me and smiled "Hey Ariana. It's nice to see you here." He came to me and gave me a hug that caught me by surprise.

He was quickly withdrawn from me when I saw Stephan pushing him away.  "Know where your hands will go or else I will rip them off." He warned him but there is a hint of sarcasm and seriousness in there.

Kurt chuckled and stepped back. "Sorry, bro. I'm just so happy to see her here."

I just laughed because it's kind of obvious that he is just pissing him off.

"Who is she, Stephan?"

"Who is the new girl?"

Some of them asked.

"Guys, don't act like this is the first time you've seen a girl." Stephan hissed at them with a bored face.

"Actually, this is the first time you brought a girl." One of them said making me blush and hide my face.

Aaron laughed at Stephan's expression. "Seriously, guys! The Draco cousins are finally complete after four years! Are we gonna put all the pressure on Stephan?"

They all laughed together. "Yeah, so won't we just enjoy the beach? You guys are so lucky that I was able to come here and join you."

They led us to the huge tent where everyone is gathered. Some are on the grills, some of them are sunbathing, then some are already swimming and surfing but most are just chatting and drinking.

Stephan and I sat down on this little camping chairs, his cousins gave us some drinks and I think it was a root beer.

"Are they your cousins on your mother side or father side?" I whispered at his ear.

"All father side." He answered, drinking his root beer.

Seriously, the Draco genes are really amazing. They are all handsome and beautiful creatures.

Not just handsome and beautiful but well shaped bodies. Women and men, they are tall and very muscular. But not so hard on the women. But very nice abs.

"Are you drooling over my cousins?" Stephan raised an eyebrow at me.

"No, no I'm not." I lied.

"Stephan!" A woman with a tan complexion  and very dark hair colour. She is wearing a black and white stripes two piece bikini. She hugged him and Stephan seems to be very happy to see her too as he even lifted her up In the air.

"Jen, oh my, you've grown!" He was very surprised to see her. He even pinched both of his cheeks a little harshly causing the girl to crinkle her nose and pushed him away.

"That hurts, idiot. Don't act so happy to see me." She rolled her eyes then when her eyes met mine, she started squealing causing me to get shock.

Okay, her reaction is kind of too much.

"Is this her?" She asked Stephan as she walked towards me and suddenly grab both of my hands.

Stephan scoffed and chuckled. "Doll, this is Jennifer, Jen for short but you can call her Pig." He teased then earned a punch on the stomach from her.

Okay, who is this new girl now? I hope she's better than Jane.

"Haha, very funny, Stephan." She mocked him then stick her tongue out. "Don't listen to my annoying cousin, Ariana. I'm Jen, the youngest one." She even pulled me to a hug.

"Oh hi. Nice to meet you." I responded, hugging her back then pulled away quickly.

"It's good to finally meet the woman who turned my cousin'a world upside down."

Stephan's eyes widened upon hearing what she said and even covered her mouth in embarrassment. "Jeez, didn't you know how to shut your mouth, you pig."

"Well, its true!" She hissed at him before turning to me again. "And you're a baker, right?"

I nod my head.

"So am I! We're gonna be best friends." She started clapping her hands, very excitedly then her eyes went down to my clothes "Why are you still wearing your clothes? Hurry up and take them off. We're in a beach!"

I just chuckled "Maybe later, Jen."

"Okay then, I'll go ahead! I want to enjoy the tropical feeling of this place." She said then ran to the ocean.

I laughed when she left. "She's friendly, alright."

"Yeah, because she doesn't know how to shut her mouth." Stephan mumbled, crossing of his arms and leaned his back down on his.

I sigh and let my eyes roam around the beach then suddenly an evil thought rang to me to tease Stephan. "So, I turned your world upside down?"

Stephan shot me a glare and looked away. "Damn that woman. Don't listen to her. She's crazy."

"Even Kurt and Aaron said the same thing."

"They are just exaggerating it, Ariana. My cousins loved to mess with me."

"Be honest, Stephan. You really did fall for me, right?" I continued to tease him, poking his arms now.

"Yeah, I did." He responded, his voice was very husky and surreal.

He didn't argue! So he really did fall for me! Wow, that explains everything.

I laughed. "Seriously, Stephan. I didn't know that I have that much affect on you." I continued him, pinching his arm this time. But my heart is beating rapidly inside my chest.

"Shut up, Doll. Who cares? You won't end up with me anyway." H murmured very quietly, it seems that he doesn't want me to hear the last part.

Stephan seems to notice my silence causing him to break it and make a noise. "Do you want some barbecue?" He offered but I shook my head. He jumped out of his chair "Hey, Bryan! Can I have one of that?" He approached the man on the grills. It must be his cousin.

When he stood up and left his seat. Jen came back and occupied it with a barbecue on a stick in her hand.

"You're fast." I joked.

"Well, I'm hungry." She shrugged his shoulders and chuckled. "I'm so hungry."

Obviously. She eats her barbecue so quick. I guess now I know why Stephan calls her pig.

I placed my attention back to Stephan who is happily chatting with the group of men on the other tent where the grills are. He was already eating his barbecue while talking to this tattooed man.

"Hey Jen, is everyone here all your cousins?" I asked.

Jen shook his head. "No. Some of them are our cousins' girlfriends, friends and even just dates."

Oh that explains why I'm here. I'm just a friend here.

"Hey, aren't you really going to change?" She asked. "The sun is getting high and it's better for a sunbathing."

I gulped and scratched the back of my head.

"Don't be shy, Ariana." She responded with a laugh. "I'll come with you on the dressing area. Or you want Stephan to come with you?"

I shook my head and stood up on my chair. She guided me to where I should change. I just removed my shirt and my shorts then tucked them in my bag.

Wow, I look sexy. Haha.

This will really tease Stephan. I don't know but an evil smile formed in my lips.

I was going to get out of the room when my phone started to ring.

Cliff calling...

Crap.

"Hello?" I answered, biting my lower lip.

"Hey there, babe." He greeted, and I can sense the grin in his face right now. "How are you?"

"F-fine!" Shit, I'm a bad liar. "What are you doing?"

"I just came out from the hospital to get something to eat." He replied, and I heard laughter.

"You alone or with a group of friends?" I asked, suspiciously.

"Just some group of surgeons like me. We just came out from duty so we decided to get some barbecue." He mentioned, laughing.

"Strange, me too!" I snapped.

"You're not at home?" Now he is asking suspiciously.

Shit. "Yeah, I'm with some friends too. I attended a birthday party of one of my friends."

"Which friend?"

"Stella." I mentally slapped myself. He doesn't know her anyway. She's in Texas right now.

"Oh, don't know her." He murmured. "Anyway, I just want to tell you that I'll be home this weekend."

My eyes widen. That's three days from now! "Really? That's good! I'm so exited to see you."

"Me too, babe. I can't wait to get home in your arms and kiss you senseless the whole night."

My cheeks immediately turned red. "Cliff!"

His husky laugh filled my ear. "I'll see you, then I miss you."

"I...I miss you." I said.

"Bye, I love you." He added.

"Bye." My voice was getting lower and lower then ended the call.

I placed my phone inside my bag and stepped out of the changing area where there awaits Jen.

"You took your time." She stated. "Who were you talking to?"

"My fiancé." I replied, softly.

"Oh." She seems to be surprised. "Stephan didn't mention that part."

"It's something that we don't usually talk about."

"Why?"

"He and my fiancé don't get along very well." I twisted my lower lip as we walk towards the others.

"Why? What's the name of your fiancé?"

"Cli—"

"Hi everyone!" A loud voice spoke. My eyes looked for the owner of the voice and saw that it came from the woman who just arrived.

"Oh, it's Jane the slut." Jen murmured and I saw the disgust in his face.

Jane from last night. I saw her standing tall and ran to the group of men. She's very welcome, alright.

"She seems to be very familiar with everyone."

Jen rolled her eyes and placed a hand on her waist "She's a bitch and she's a family friend. Everyone likes her expect me."

And me...

I saw Jane ran to Stephan again and wrapped her slender arms around his shoulders. Choking him.

They were actually having a conversation and Stephan was smiling and laughing whatever Jane whispered in his ear. Oh, don't you dare come near me after that woman spread all of her bacterias all over you.

"What a slut, she flirts with everyone and sleeps with all the guys she wants." Jen shared as we walked nearer.

Stephan noticed me because  he left and walked away from Jane. His eyes stayed very long on me then darkened when he saw what I was wearing.

"You got him mad." Jen chanted in my ear and left me. "Good luck, honey."

Stephan stepped toward me, leaving his cousins and Jane in the tent. "What the heck are you wearing? I told you not to remove your shirt!"

"Stephan, I'm going to swim with Jen. I will look like an idiot if I swim wearing my shirt." I clenched my jaw as I talk to him.

"Who cares? I would rather let them think that way that see them drool over you." He hissed at me.

I raised my eyebrows at him. "You're overreacting."

"That's better than letting you go over there alone wearing that." He said pointing out my appearance.

I looked at him, challengingly "Oh, so what are you gonna do about it?"

"Then I'll swim with you." He spoke calmly then right before my eyes, he took off his tank top and go completely topless. "So, shall we?"

"You're such an asshole, you know what?" My attempt to not smile failed. What a very weird man.

Then we heard some teasing whistles behind us and saw that everyone was watching us, don't forget to mention the daggers that Jane is shooting at me.

"Our man is levelling it up!" One man cheered causing everyone to laugh.

"Hey Stephan, you can cry, you know? It's normal to cry when you're happy." Aaron joked while clapping.

"Cry? C'mon, Stephan Draco never shed a single tear...well, he did when this lovely Ariana left him." That was Kurt.

Okay, now this is embarrassing.

Stephan lifted his middle finger at them. "Shut up, you fools!"

I just laughed at them. Good thing that they are very close to each other. I don't have a cousin that is like a best friend to me.

Jasmine is the only friend I have and only one that I can lean on.

"Let's go?" Stephan offered me his hand.

I looked down on it. Hesitating to take it or ignore it.

"You're not gonna leave me hanging, right?" He smirked but I still didn't take it. But when it took second, he became impatient and intertwined our hands together as he stared deeply into my eyes.

Oh God, those stares makes my knees go weak.

Then he just started running with me behind him being dragged. When our hands were together I can't help but feel some tingling sensation on my stomach and this deep thumbing in my chest. I just can't explain it.

Every time I'm with Stephan, even I don't want it or hate it, he just makes me follow him and go with what he wants. I just don't have the power to let go whatever we had.

He is still the one.

The only one that can make me go feel happy and sad at the same time.

I'm happy because whenever I am with him, I can be myself and treasure every moment.

I'm sad because I this moment has its limit. This is only the beginning but this has a different ending.

But who cares?

Let's just go with what is planned for the both of us.

Destiny should I call it.

I lose all my worried when Stephan and I already dipped ourselves in the water. I suddenly felt the presence of happiness and fun. Cliff hates ocean, honestly.

He hates going to beaches and hates places that are crowded which is I don't know why.

We were swimming around and went deep to the water. Actually, I'm not afraid to drown or something because Stephan is here. He got my back on this.

When we were meters away from the shore, we were floating on the middle of something. We were actually facing each other, his forehead nearly touching mine as his eyes were focused on mine. We were staring at each other's as we listen to the sound of our breaths panting from the swim. 

Then I saw how his eyes went down to my slightly parted lips. I can clearly read his mind.

"Ariana,"

I didn't let him continue, I just placed a finger on his lips then close out distance. I kissed him tenderly as I wrapped both of my arms around his neck then just a few seconds, I felt his warm hands on my bare waist. I can't feel the coldness of the water anymore. All I can feel is the hotness between us.

I'm making a mistake.

Yet this is the happiest mistake I have ever done without any regret.

Stephan deepened the kiss we shared. We are to far from his cousins so we are safe. He had his hand on my nape while the other wrapped around my waist but both of my arms stayed on his shoulders.

He held me in his arms very tightly as he swam me towards the huge rock and leaned me there, trapping me.

"Stephan..." I got embarrassed on my own voice.

I fucking know that what we are doing is bad but I can't stop myself. I have never been this happy in my life. Too happy that I am ready to face the consequence that is waiting for me.

I really can't explain this feeling in me.

Fireworks or explosions. It's better than that.

Shit, I might forget that we're on a beach! There is a chance that someone will see us.

"Stephan, wait." I tried to pull away. And I succeed.

Stephan pulled away, panting heavily and so am I.

I was about to speak first when Stephan went ahead of me.

"I love you, Ariana."

My eyes widened hearing his confession. That was a very unexpected one coming out from him.

"Stephan..." honestly, I don't have anything to say. I'm too speechless that my hands are shaking as much as my heart beats so quickly. It's ready to burst any moment now.

"I love you, Ariana." He repeated, closing his eyes tightly in the process.

What should I say? Tell him that I love him too while I'm committed with someone else? I'm engaged to someone else.

I looked down, my eyes are starting to pool. "Stephan,—"

"You don't have to say anything. Cliff is about to go home any soon. You have to start on planning your wedding." He spoke, with no hint of emotion in his voice. Even his eyes are dark but hurt was visible in them. He held both of my hand in his one hand while the other was cupping my cheek.

"I'm so sorry." I cried, tears rolling down my eyes.

He hugged me very tightly. Like he's afraid to let me go.

"I just want to tell you what I fell. So I could let you go without any regrets to look back. Those painful days that will haunt me that I didn't told you how much I love you." His voice was very husky and yet, I love how the way they sound. So smooth and very cold.

That shivering feeling hits me.

I just cried. I don't know but I can't stop crying.

"Shit, stop crying, you idiot!" Stephan hissed at me, raising my chin and he wiped my tears away. "Stop that. I hate seeing you cry. And it really pains me to see you cry because you can't return the same feelings I had. Don't feel pity." He even started cursing silently.

I punched his chest hard.

"Aw!" He groaned, didn't expect that coming. "What was that for?"

"You idiot! I am crying because you made things even harder to me." I hissed at him and he seems to be not getting my point. "I love you too, asshole."

And with that, I saw Stephan grinned very happily as his eyes glittered as they match mine.

"But we can't do this yet. I have to sort things out first with Cliff." I told him.

Then he told me the four words that had woken my inner self and feel the butterflies in my stomach.

"I'll wait for you."
