I looked at the person. He was Madhyam Singhania aka Maddy, my ex-lover. Manik noticed my shocked reaction.

Manik- What happened Shona? Order fast! I am hungry.

Nandini- Maddy? You? Here?

Maddy's expression told me that he was least expecting me here. Manik looked at my shocked face and asked me.

Manik- Shona you know him?

Nandini- Yes Manik. He is Maddy. The same person I told you about.

Manik- ohk so finally I met you, Mr. Madhyam Singhania.

His tone alerted my sixth sense. It has a tinch of taunt and something else.

He left not able to take more insult. Suddenly Nandini hugged Manik which startled him. But later he held her waist and puller her closer.
