Precap : Manik, Nandini, Arav and Kalyani came to Manik's flat, Mumbai.

After 1 Year

It's been 1 year since Manik and Nandini are married. Yes, they married the very next day, Manik and Nandini came to Mumbai from Chennai. Since they both wanted a simple marriage, they got married in a temple in the presence of Raj, Nyonika, Arav, Kalyani and Cabir!

And their surnames changed !

Manik Malhotra - That we already knew !

Nandini Vedant - Nandini Manik Malhotra

Arav Vedant        - Arav Manik Malhotra

They were now moved to a new big flat and all (Raj, Nyonika, Kalyani, Manik, Nandini and Arav ) we're living as one big family!

The elders, Raj, Nyonika and Kalyani were happy to see their children's happiness.

Manik and Nandini moved on in their respective lives and now they were soulmates for each other. But, till now, they were living in a platonic relationship. True, that they were loving each other wholeheartedly. But they were hesitant in taking their relationship to next level, thinking what will be the reaction from the other side. Or otherwise, we can say that they respect the feelings of each other and giving the required time and space to each other!

Arav who wanted Manik to be by his side always and prayed for it, is very much delighted to call him Dad!

Yes. Now "Manik Sir" changed to "Dad"

Arav is now 12 years old.

One fine day (At dining table)

All were seated and having their dinner silently. Raj is sitting in the head chair.

Manik and Nandini are on one side. Arav, Nyonika and Kalyani on the other side.

Arav initiated the conversation : Dad and Mom! Can I tell you both something?

(To which Manik and Nandini nodded and signed him to go ahead, while the elders were curiously listening to their conversation)

Arav while looking at his plate:

"I am feeling lonely. Of course I have my very good friends. But they were only with me up to school hours. My friends even when they went home, some have their elder brothers and sisters to fight, to play pranks, some have their younger brothers and sisters to love and show affection.... and to play with them"

(Now Arav looked at Manik and Nandini who were listening to him shockingly, as to where he is leading the conversation)

Arav sobbingly : "I know you both love me so much. But I too want someone who will call me as brother. But I won't be like my friends. I won't fight with them. I will take care of them, with all my love and affection for them"

(Arav said this in a dreamy state of having siblings. He breaks his trance by himself and realised it is a dream. He smiled sheepishly and went to wash his hands)

Manik and Nandini are shocked to hear such a confession from Arav. The elders too had the question about taking their relationship to their next level. But now as Arav asked it for indirectly, they were now quite and looked at Manik and Nandini for some answers.

But, both Manik and Nandini are even more nervous to look at each other. Of course they are happy with each other......but....

Manik finished his dinner and  went to his room.

Manik and Nandini took one room. Raj and Nyonika are in one room. Kalyani in one room. Even Arav has a room. But, he most of the time sleep in Manan's room, sometimes with Kalyani because she used to tell him bed time stories.

Today, after dinner, Arav directly went to his room. Nandini who after finishing her works in the kitchen was about to go to Arav's room. But Kalyani stopped her.

Kalyani to Nandini : "I will look after him. I will make him understand. He is not angry at you both. This kind of yearning for sibilings happens among children"

(By this time, Nandini's eyes are pooled up with tears)

Nandini : "Mom! Can I leave my job? So that I can give full attention to him?"

Kalyani smiled and patted her head : "Dear! Leaving the job is not a good solution. But still, the solution for Arav's problem lies with you and Manik. Think and decide"

(Saying this, Kalyani went to Arav's room, convinced him and took him to her room)

Now Nandini is engrossed with thoughts, she and Manik has already given their relationship a chance. They are comfortable with each other. They share each other's problems. She loves Manik and she knew that even Manik too loves her. Why can't they take their relationship to the next level?

With all these thoughts in her mind, she went to their room. Unusual silence prevailed. Manik sitting on one side of the bed was also in deep thoughts. Similar thoughts were in his mind too.

He sensed Nandini's arrival and looked at her. As expected, Nandini looked stressed. Manik cannot hold it more. So he initiated the conversation.

Manik : "Nandini, Don't worry about Arav. He will be fine tomorrow. I will speak to him"

(Nandini smiled and went and sat on the other side of the bed. Manik too smiled seeing Nandini relieved of her stress)

Manik : "Nandini ! Where is Arav?"

Nandini : "Mom took him to her room today"

(Manik nodded and thought of speaking to Nandini something important)

Manik stammered : "Nandini, I want to ask your opinion on a matter"

Sensing Manik's nervousness, Nandini took his hand in her grip indicating her assurance

Nandini : "Tell me Manik. What is it?"

Relieved Manik : "Nandini, Can we adopt a child?" (He said it again stammeringly)

(Nandini for once is taken back. She released his hand from her grip. She thought, why Manik has taken this decision? Didn't he want a child of their own?)

On the other side, seeing Nandini had withdrawn her hand, Manik is worried. He thought to relieve Nandini's problem by offering her this solution. But he was highly mistaken.)

(By this time, Nandini's eyes are pooled up with tears)

Nandini sobbingly : "Don't you love me Manik? I thought you love me"

Manik caught hold of her face with his palms and  immediately confessed : "I love you Nandini. I love you very much. I love you more than anything in this world. It's just that...."

(Nandini's tears changed into tears of happiness hearing his confession of love for her for the first time)

Nandini : "I love you too Manik, I love you very much"

(Manik smiled with tears of happiness in his eyes after hearing her confession)

They hugged each other. The are very happy as they finally expressed their love for each other. After some time, they broke their hug. Nandini kept her head on Manik's shoulder and Manik side hugged her!

Nandini : "Why did you took such a big decision Manik? Don't you want a child of our own?"

Manik smiled : Of course I wish for it. But.... not at the cost of Arav and yours happiness"

Nandini confused. : " Why will it affect mine and Arav's happiness Manik?"

(Asking this Nandini made a cute pout. Manik felt of kissing her pout at that moment. But he controlled himself. He thought to explain Nandini first)

Manik took Nandini's fingers in his hand and caressed her knuckles

Manik : "Nandini, despite my resistance, you told Arav after finding a good opportunity that he was an adopted child. You told that it is his right to know. After that I too felt it that it is correct. And I made a promise to myself that I would not let him feel even for a second, that he is an adopted one and will take care of him with all my love and affection"

Nandini smiled : "I knew it Manik. You will never let him feel that!"

Manik smiled and continued : "Nandini, having a child of our own, will definitely does not go well with Arav. Arav will be felt dejected. If Arav is not happy, you will be tensed and stressed. I don't want that. I want you and Arav to be happy always. That's why, after hearing Arav's problem, I came up with this solution. I am sorry if I hurt you...."

(Before Manik finishes, Nandini kept her fingers on Manik's lips making him stop. She could not even think that Manik sacrificed his wish of having their own child for the sake of herself and Arav's happiness. She felt blessed to have a Second Chance of living the life with such an awesome life partner. She thanked god for it numerous times till the date)

Nandini smiled  : "Manik! Arav is not a small boy. He is grown up. And now even he knows that he is an adopted one, I am not his real mother and you are not his real father. But he happily accepted us in his life, considering us as his parents, even after knowing the truth. For that, I am really proud of Arav!"

(To which Manik smiled and said he too is proud of Arav)

Nandini smiled and continued : "Manik, you will never let him feel that he is an adopted one. Even I won't. We are loving him, and will love him as always and Arav too knows it"

(Now Nandini took his fingers in her hand and caressed his knuckles)

Nandini looking into his eyes : "I also want to be the mother of our child Manik. Will you make me one?"

(Manik was for once, stunned by her question. He didn't expect this from her. Because he felt that she is happy with Arav and contented with him. So he thought that she might be saying this for his happiness)

Manik : " Nandini....you don't need to do this for the sake of my wish....."

(Before he finishes, Nandini took her head from his shoulder, straightened herself and gave an angry look to him. Manik gulped in fear seeing her avatar)

Manik : "Nandini.." ( Saying this he kept his hand on her shoulder, but Nandini removed his hand immediately)

Nandini : "Here, I am expressing my wish, my desire, my dream of becoming a mother to our child, without any hesitation and shyness and you are making fun of it, right?"

(Manik became very happy in knowing that it is even her wish too to become the mother of their child. He knew already that she is comfortable with him. But this means she is ready for intimacy! He thought he is really blessed to have a Second Chance of living the life with such an awesome life partner. He mentally thanked God for it)

By this time, Nandini turned to the other side, with Manik facing Nandini's back. Manik sensed that Nandini is faking to be angry and hence thought of a plan. He went near her, back hugged her, placed his chin on her shoulder and snuggled in her neck. Nandini felt shivers ran down her spine. She felt goosebumps all over her body. Nandini in trance took Manik's hand from her shoulder and kissed his palm. Manik smiled.

Manik turned her to face him. Nandini again acted to be angry with him.

Manik lifted her chin : " So......you are angry with me?" (To which Nandini nodded and got up from the bed and went to stand near window)

Manik smiled and went behind her. He slid his fingers inside her saree,  and grabbed her waist. Nandini became numb.

Manik. : "So ......you won't talk to me?" (Nandini whose eyes are closed feeling his touch nodded her head in yes with great difficulty)

( Manik enjoyed seeing her situation. Suddenly he left her and made a gap between them. Nandini also opened her eyes not feeling his touch)

Manik : "Okay fine, Even I won't talk to you. Actually I am very tired. So I am going to sleep"

(Saying this he was about to go, but walked backwards to Nandini)

Manik whispered sensually in her ear : "Bye Nandini. Good night!"

(Saying this, Manik went to bed and lied down facing the other side)

(On the other hand, Nandini is hell pissed off, irritated, as he made her sensually aroused within a moment and now went to sleep like an innocent person)

Manik on the other side, covering his mouth and started laughing inaudibly imagining Nandini's reaction, forgetting the mirror in front of him.

Nandini who is twisting her saree with her fingers and was going to switch off the bed side lamp, saw Manik through mirror, who is laughing like a mad person. Nandini understood his plan. She became very angry. She hovered upon the bed and started to hit him with the pillow.

Manik stopped laughing due to her beatings! He stopped her and asked why she is beating him. To which, Nandini made him look at the mirror. Manik smiled sheepishly as he came to know that he is caught.

But Nandini who is very angry with him, started to hit him again with the pillow madly.

But Manik grabbed the pillow from her hand and throw it on the floor. Nandini is about to take another one. Before she does it, Manik pinned her to the bed and hovered upon her. He pinned her both hands with his hands on either side of her. Nandini is breathing heavily feeling his intense gaze.

Manik : "Are you still angry at me?"

(Nandini nodded and Manik kissed her forehead 💋💋Nandini smiled )

Manik : "Still angry?" (Nandini shook her head in No. Manik smiled)

Manik kissed her eyelids and cheeks one by one💋💋💋By this time, Nandini turned full red.

Manik looked into her eyes and asked for her permission to continue. Nandini kissed his cheeks and nodded shyly.

Manik and Nandini locked their lips with each others'. 💋💋💋

Within seconds, their clothes kissed the floor !

That night witnessed the beautiful union of two souls !😍😍

MaNan made love to each other and hence, consummated their marriage!      ❤️❤️❤️

(Next morning)

The very next morning after their consummation, is indeed a pleasant one with taking shower together, Manik's tantrums of not leaving Nandini even for a second until they came out from their room.

Raj, Nyonika, Kalyani and Arav are having their breakfast. Even they were surprised as to why MaNan didn't show up till now?

They finished their breakfast. MaNan came out of their room very happily. All were surprised to see them like that. Of course they were already happy with each other. But this is something different......they thought!

MaNan saw their surprised faces. Manik and Nandini jointly took the blessings of Raj and Nyonika and Kalyani. They went near Arav and kissed his cheeks. Arav smiled.

Seeing their actions, the elders somewhat guessed about the happenings last night.

And their guess came true when Nandini gave the good news of being pregnant the very next month.

After 10 months

(At the Hospital)

Nandini gave birth to a girl baby. All were happy.

Manik is sitting beside Nandini on the bed holding the baby. Arav went and stood near him and saw the baby.

Manik to Arav : "Do you want to hold the baby? Go and sit in that couch. I will give her to you!"

Arav : " No Dad ! Let you carry her now.  I will see her from here. I do not know how to hold her. She may feel the pain because of my not so proper holding. Once she grows a little bit, I will be by her side always and will never leave her!"

(All the persons in the room (Raj, Nyonika, Kalyani, Manik and Nandini ) are taken aback by Arav's response. Manik and Nandini had tears in their eyes seeing Arav's love and care for the baby now itself. They felt proud of him)

The doctor and nurse who came to check Nandini happened to hear Arav's reply. They were surprised. The doctor went near Arav and patted his head.

Doctor : "I had never seen a boy like you speaking with maturity at this age! You love her so much, isn't it?"

Arav nodded happily : "I love her so much!"

Doctor : "What is the name that you are going to keep her?"

Arav to Manik and Nandini : "Can I name her?"

(To which MaNan happily nodded. Arav became very happy as he got the opportunity to name his baby sister)

Arav whispered in baby's ear : "Manvi .......Manvi Manik Malhotra"

He explained  cutely    :  "Man from Manik,   V  from Arav,    I from Nandini"

(All were very happy to hear such a beautiful name, along with his adorable explanation)

Nandini called Arav to come near her. Arav went to her. Nandini straightened herself as she is lying down on the bed. Arav helped her to get up and placed a pillow behind her as Manik is holding the baby.

Nandini with tears of happiness hugged Arav. She kissed him all over his face and again hugged him.

Raj and Nyonika were very happy in witnessing the beautiful family moment of Manik. They thought that now, they can happily die....

While Kalyani also is very happy. She thanked God several times for stopping her in committing a mistake of separating Manik and Nandini.

The elders blessed Manik, Nandini and their children.

Manik, Nandini, Arav and Manvi lived happily forever.......👨‍👩‍👧‍👦
