A few years later 

"Are you ready?" I heard Thanisha ask.

"Yes,"I replied.

"Then let's go,"she said.

Our friends may have tricked us into marrying each other, but it was probably the best trick that anyone has ever pulled on me.  

Yes, I was shocked at that moment, but words couldn't express how happy I  was when I realized that she was my wife!

Today was our anniversary & our friends booked a hall, told us to be there and dress nice. We were able to put two and two together. 

"Surprise!" They all cheered once we got there.

Not really, I thought to myself, but we still thanked them. 

They did everything like a regular anniversary party. Slow dance,cake cutting, speeches, etc.

"Okay, this is boring. Let's dance!" Nanyna said.

"I got it!" Atif said since he was DJing.

"It better be good," Shilpa said.

"Got it!" Atif said and dropped a track by Nikhil.

And then he did one by Parmish. And yes we had all become friends with him. I mean how could you not, especially after what he did.

"This is awesome!" Hussain and Amita said.

We stayed and enjoyed with our friends until we had to go since they only had the hall and the DJ for a certain time.

We got home and I went straight to lay down, since I was so exhausted. 

"You should probably change out of that," Tannu said.

"I'm tired,"I complained.

"Okay,"she said and left.

A few minutes later she came back and laid down. I wrapped my arms around her.

"Happy anniversary," I said.

"I thought you fell asleep," she said.

"I can't sleep without you next to me," I said.

"Wow," she said laughing at that.

"Babe, aren't you going to say it back?"I asked.

"Happy anniversary. Love you,"she said.

"Love you,"I said.
