Jimin was always wearing bright colors that caught Jungkook's eye. Everytime he turned the corner of the school hallway that Jungkook just so happened to be in, the elder would catch his eye in his bright clothing and eye smile on display. Jungkook would be lying if he said he didn't think it was cute.

The beautiful boy would bounce through the halls without a care on the world, showing off his personality with his bright vibrant shirts.

One day, Jungkook was waiting for that moment every B day at 3rd period when Jimin would walk through the same hallway as him. When the elder turned the corner, he almost didn't recognize him.

He was wearing a black shirt with black jeans and black shoes, his usual blonde hair was dyed black as well, and the smile wasn't on his face. Jungkook frowned looking at him.

Jimins usual happy aura was replaced with a sad, depressed one. The bounce in his step was gone as well.

What the? Jungkook wondered. What happened? Is he going through a teenage crisis? The boy asked himself. He decided to ask him at lunch.

Jimin usually sat under a tree in the courtyard with his friends while eating lunch, but Jungkook found him under the bleachers near the football field.

He approached the older slowly, still wondering what he was gonna ask because he's never really talked to Jimin before. Jimin noticed him when he sat himself down next to him, but didn't bother to say anything.

"Hey, Jimin right?" Jungkook started off.

"Yes."

"Oh, I'm Jungkook."

"I know." He said blandly.

He knows?!?!

"What do you want Jungkook?"

"W-W-Well I-I just wanted to check on you, y'know? Usually you're so bubbly and happy and wearing vibrant colors, I-I just wanted to ask if you were ok." He mentally slapped himself for stuttering. Jimin didnt even look over at him once since this conversation started.

"Yeah, I'm totally fine." He asked, clearly not fine.

"I know I may seem like I'm intruding, but did you maybe have a death in the family?" Jimin finally turned to look at him, an angry glare being sent his way. Jungkook's eyes widened in surprise, he didn't know that such emotion lived in Jimin.

"My family is fine!" His voice broke at the end of the sentence, breaking a piece of Jungkook's heart as he looked away from him with his eyes watering. "If you must know!" He sniffed, tears looking his eyes. "They killed Carl!" He yelled before breaking out into tears.

Carl? Jungkook asked. Who's Carl?

"Um, who killed him?"

"THE WALKING DEAD'S SCREENWRITERS!" He cries before leaning over into Jungkook's lap and crying there.

"Oh." Jungkook responded, awkwardly patting Jimin on the back. "There there Jimin. It'll be alright."

"Nonono it wont! He was my favorite character!" He cries even louder, bring unwanted attention from some people sitting on top of the bleachers. "And they just had to make his death all sad and long to break my heart! I'm suing!" Jungkook just sat there, kind of amazed at how Jimin acted. Either he was really dramatic or really invested in this show.

"How about I cheer you up by taking you to a movie? Avengers: Infinty War? I'm sure it'll be less sad than Carl dying." Jimin sat up, not noticing how Jungkook just asked him out.

"Sure, what could be worse than Carl dying? At least I still have Spider-Man!"

Yeah about that.....

It's safe to say that Jimin wasn't happy after watching infinity war but at least Jungkook was there to wipe his tears

Also I just imagined how happy Jungkook probably was watching infinity war because iron man lived lmao
