"DADDY DADDY DADDY!" Hinata, Asahi's and Noya's adopted son, repeatedly shouts, desperately trying to gain the attention of his parents, who are focused on making dinner. "You'll never guess what happened today!"

"I bet I can guess!" Noya shouts, all the while pointing a spoon in Hinata's direction, "you earned yourself five stickers from your teacher! I'm proud of you! Only good boys get so many stickers!" As his husband speaks, Asahi tries not to laugh. Noya is really quite the sight... With him wearing a frilly apron over his suit, and matching bunny slippers.

"Well that did happen.... But something else happened!" Hinata responds, flashing Noya a big smile. "I made a friend!" Upon hearing Hinata's news, Asahi can't help but emit a small sigh. He hopes that he made this friend in a more normal way than he did his last... When Hinata became friends with Kageyama, they had found him yelling at another boy, who happens to be the adopted soon of his friends Daichi and Suga.

"THAT'S MY BOY!" Noya exclaims, now completely ignoring the soup that is starting to boil. "What's their name? How did you meet them? When can me meet them?" Noya's numerous questions make Hinata giggle. Noya seems to be more happy and excited about Hinata's new friend than Hinata himself....

"His name is name is Tsukishima Kei. He's really tall, funny, and smart! He even came up with a cool nickname for me!" Hinata chirps, pausing briefly before adding, "He calls me Shrimpy!"

"Hinata, honey, I think he was insulting you," Asahi says in a soft voice. Sensing Hinata's confusion, he explains what he means. "I don't think he's calling you 'Shrimpy' because he considers you a friend... I think he is making fun of your height."

"HOW DARE HE!" Noya shouts, slamming his hands down on the kitchen table, "NO ONE CALLS MY SON 'SHRIMPY,' EVEN IF HE IS SHORT!" As Noya shouts, Asahi gently pushes him aside so he can reach the soup, and prevent if from boiling over. "Do you know where he lives? You know what, it doesn't matter... I bet I can look up his family's phone number in the phone book!"

Noya is ready to stomp over to Asahi's and his bedroom, to get the phonebook, when he hears the sound of the doorbell ringing. "I'll call the jerk AFTER I answer the door," Noya declares, before stomping over the door.

Opening the door in one swift, and powerful motion, Noya is surprised to find two boys Hinata's age standing in front of him. "I-Im Yamaguchi T-Tadashi," the shorter boy stammers, "and t-this is T-Tsukki... I m-mean T-Tsukishima Kei. Tsukishima w-wants to a-apologize to Hinata."

"So you are the boy that called my son 'Shrimpy'?" Noya asks all the while glaring at the child who (shockingly) is half his height. "You've got some nerve, you light post!"

"Wow you're more dumb than Hinata," Tsukishima remarks, with a small smirk. His words earn himself a sound that is similar to a growl from Noya.

"Tsukki," Yamaguchi hisses, all the while lightly jabbing his friend in the side with his elbow, you can't talk to an adult like that! You need to apologize to Hinata AND Hinata's Dad! Or, for now, at least Hinata's Dad!"

Yamaguchi's words earn him a loud sigh from Tsukishima. "Fine... I'll apologize." With a pause, Tsukishima says, "I'm sorry that I called Hinata 'Shrimpy' and you dumb. Even though it's..." sensing where the conversation is going, Yamaguchi quickly covers Tsukishima's mouth with one of his small hands.

"He feels really bad about what he said," Yamaguchi says, "and he really hopes that Hinata and you can forgive him." As he speaks, he gazes at Noya with wide eyes... With wide, hopeful eyes.

After spending a few minutes, gazing at the two with his arms crossed, Noya says, "alright, I'll forgive you this time! But don't expect me to forgive you in the future!"

As the years passed...

Tsukishima didn't change much.

He still remains the same, bitter boy... A bitter boy often doesn't filter what comes out of his mouth.

He has said (and still says) many rude things to people... To Hinata.

Although Noya vowed to never forgive such a rude person, he found himself forgiving him... Forgiving him because of Yamaguchi.

Yamaguchi would always beg Noya to forgive Tsukishima... Yamaguchi would always look out for Tsukishima... And Hinata. Especially Hinata, who due to his rare, orange hair, got bullied quite a few times throughout elementary school.

Yamaguchi spends so much time begging for forgiveness on Tsukishima's behalf, and defending Hinata that Noya can't help but feel as though Yamaguchi is their child... That Yamaguchi is their second son.

"As much as I hate to admit it," Noya says, upon finding the wedding invitation in their mailbox, "Tsukishima and Yamaguchi make a good couple."

"They do..." Asahi says, agreeing with Noya. "Speaking of couples, when do you think Kageyama and Hinata going to realize they like each other in that way?"

Noya can't help but laugh at his husband's words. "I'm sure it will happen soon... We've just got to give them time. After all, if Hinata is anything like you, it might take a while." As he speaks, he has a goofy grin upon his face.

"What is that supposed to mean?" Asahi shouts, earning himself another laugh from Noya.

"I'm just trying to be funny... I don't mean anything by it," Noya responds, soon afterwards giving Asahi a quick kiss on the lips. "I love you, you giant teddy bear!"

/Sorry for the late update! I've been pretty busy lately... Also a couple of days ago I got heat exhaustion, and had to take some time to recover. I'm better now! Updates might take a while, these next couple of weeks... I have A LOT of stuff I have to do... It doesn't help that I lost some time, due to the heat exhaustion.
