"One more chapter."

Having been Noya's best friend, before becoming his boyfriend, Asahi is all too aware of Noya's childish antics. From harmless things such as wanting to sneak a cookie from the local bakery that is free for "children under twelve only" to the rude habit to tee-peeing houses on Halloween... Noya never fails to surprise him.

As it turns out, Noya has a surprise in store for him tonight...

"Read me a bedtime story," Noya requests, all the while giving Asahi a hopeful look. Unable to resist the request given to him by an incredibly cute Noya... Who has his blanket pulled up to his chin, with a small smile upon his face...

Asahi does. He does so by pulling Noya's favorite book off the nearby shelf, and sitting on the end of Noya's bed... Sitting about a foot away from Noya's feet. Feeling a bit ridiculous reading a bedtime story to his boyfriend, who like him, is a bit old for them, Asahi blushes. He blushes, his face turning a bright red as he slowly opens the cover...

As he slowly turns to the first page...

As he slowly immerses himself in the book.

After a few chapters, Asahi lets his gaze rise from the book to Noya. Much to his surprise, Noya is still bright eyed and very much awake. "One more chapter, please," Noya begs.

When he notices Asahi hesitate, he lets pouts.

The pout is incredibly cute, and Asahi finds himself, once again, unable to resist Noya's request. "One more chapter," he says, with a heavy sigh. He hopes that Noya falls asleep before the next chapter is over...

He doesn't think he can finish the chapter. With his eyelids growing heavier with each passing sentence, Asahi can feel himself slipping... He can feel himself loosing his grip on the book, and consciousness.

Noya can feel himself loosing his grip on his blanket as an insuppressible urge overcomes him... An urge to join his now sleeping boyfriend, at the end of his bed.

He does so as quickly and quietly as he can.

Curling up next to his boyfriend, Noya places a soft kiss upon his forehead before letting himself falling asleep... Before letting himself fall asleep to the sound of his boyfriend's heartbeat.
