{Readers p.o.v} Me and Rudy were best friends, but our friendship came to an end when we turned 21 "I hope I'll be able to see you again" he said "Me too" I said, I somewhat had feelings for him but I had to go, we hugged one last time and went our separate ways, I walked onto the plane that was leaving for California, Rudy was going to Notre Dame.

I've been in California for a couple month's now, my boyfriend has been being a jerk lately "Hey Y/B/N?" I said "Yes" he said in an annoyed tone "You know what I'm lea-" before I could finish my sentence the phone started ringing, I walked over and picked it up "Hello?" I said "Hey Y/N" Rudy said "Rudy?!" I said "You guessed it" he said "I miss talking to you" I said "Me too, but I was wondering if you'd like to come to my first game on Friday" he said "I would love too!" I said "Ok, I got to go practice some more, see ya soon" he said "Alrighty, see ya" and with that we both hung up and I got a suitcase packed. I boarded the plane to Indiana, boy was I excited to meet Rudy again.

I was finally in Indiana, I missed this place, I noticed Rudy was there to greet me "Rudy!" I shouted while waving, he ran over and hugged me "Oh, my gosh, I missed you" he said "I missed you too" I said with a big smile "C'mon, lets go to my place" he said "Ok" I said.
His dorm was very nice, they're nicer than the one's in California "Can I get you anything to drink?" He asked "Just a water please" I said, he grabbed a couple of water bottles "Here you go" he said while handing me one "Thank you" I said "No problem" he said, for the rest of the day we talked and talked until it was bed time. Rudy said that I could sleep in his bed and he could take the couch.

It was game day, I was so excited and so was Rudy, I wished Rudy Good luck and went to sit in the bleachers.
"The Irish win!!" The announcer said we all cheered, it's all thanks to Rudy "Hey, Y/N" Rudy said, I walked down the bleachers and ran towards him, he picked me up and spun me around then put me back down, I giggled at his actions "I-I love you" I said "I love you too, in fact" he said while getting down on one knee "Y/N you are the most beautiful girl I know, I should've done this a long time ago but I want you to know how much I love you, how much I care, I want to have children with you, I want to grow old with you and that's why, will you marry me?" He said, I was crying tears of joy "Yes, I will marry you" I said, still crying those happy tears, he hugged me and kissed, boy was I glad he didn't have his helmet on "I love you" he said "I love you too" {The End}
