Late update but I was  in Singapore and doing so much so I hope you will excuse me. Just got back yesterday and we were having 17hr days. Does anyone want to see an interview between the author and some of the characters?  Send in your questions and I will. It would help you guys understand Aquata a bit better.

Miara's POV
Jocasta left us to return to her village to mourn with promises to keep in touch. Marco and Eleckra were getting closer and spending more alone time together, leaving me with Kenrita.  I think she was still feeling the effects of Sabas's death and he was her rock. His death had hit her harder than the rest of us. After all, it was her who he took the place of to save Aquata. Whenever Eleckra  was down, Marco was there for her to remind her how much she was needed. If I hadn't liked him before, this would have been enough for me to like him now.

Rita and I had been left alone together again and we were discussing what we thought would happen when we got home. "They are going to skin us alive." I said,"We disobeyed direct orders and someone was killed." I continued. 

"Yeah but we saved Aquata when no one else was able to. Think about it, if we had not have done something by the time the Council got there it woul have been too late." She responded.

" Yeah but, what if-"

 Kenrita cut me off, "We defeated Tempeste, king of Tephons. We'll be fine." I sighed and realized she had a point. Something itched at the back of my mind, something waiting to be said, but for the life of me I couldn't think of what it was.

We swam on for a few more hours before it came to me. "Rita, how did Eleckra see past Tempeste's illusions?  And why did we do too after she touched us? " I asked.

 "Eleckra has Clear Sight. " Before I could ask what that mean, she explained herself." Clear sight is the ability to see past illusions and mistruths. It often goes hand in hand with visions of the past or future, like what we already knew she has. I suspected she had Clear Sight for a while but it was confirmed when we met Tempeste. " 

"Why didn't you tell us? It could have been useful." I asked .

" I didn't get the chance to. Besides I know barely it so it wouldn't have helped ,anyway."

I was swimming behind Rita for a while, admiring the way her beautiful, long,black hair on her bare back. "Do you want me to pose for a drawing? It would last longer." Kenrita asked innocently as she stopped to let me catch up. I fought hard to keep the blush off my cheeks but her next comment made all my efforts go to waste." Unless of course, you wanted to explore yourself..." She teased and murmured in my ear, my heart rate increased rapidly. Oh boy, this was going to be a long road home.
