24. Watching Movies

Bokuto smiled at Akaashi leaning back, sipping at his water. He couldn't handle soda most of the time so this was it for now.

Akaashi looked up and smiled. "You know, this would be the perfect place to take your virginity."

Bokuto flushed. "Keiji!"

Akashi laughed. "I'm joking."

Bokuto nodded, still embarrassed.

"Besides you're the type to want it to be romantic and safe and comfortable. Like a bedroom with lavender candles and soft sheets." Akaashi smiled. "Am I right?"

"Yes?" Bokuto fiddled with his hands. "How did you know that?"

"Sometimes you whisper in your sleep about me. Not about sex always but sometimes it is. You've admitted that you hate the color orange and that you wish you had white hair naturally." Akaashi smiled shyly. "And that you want me to stay."

"Of course I want you to stay!" Bokuto leaned forward and held Akaashi. "I'm sorry I talk so much in my sleep."

"It's okay. I get to know little things that you'd never tell me. Like the candles. I never took you for a bottom."

"I uh- I'm not."

Akaashi giggled softly. "But you have to ask me to correct the waitress? And you get so shy when we talk about sex."

"Because I was never allowed to talk about it. Even Kuroo was grossed out about it." Bokuto huddled into Akaashi. "I'm just nervous for the act of it."

"We can talk about it if you want. Would you like that?"

Bokuto nodded. "I don't want to make it awkward."

Akaashi eased back and held Bokuto's face in his hands. "Humans have shamed it for too long. It's not dirty to want to feel pleasure."

Bokuto's eyes watered. "Is it really okay? I'm a huge softy when it comes to being comfortable and people think it's weird."

"You're not weird for wanting to be comfortable." Akaashi leaned against one of the walls of the area. "You're okay. Explain to me what you'd like and we can think it through."

Bokuto laid on Akaashi's chest. "I want candles. They're so pretty."

"Yeah?"

"I have two lavender ones and a rose one. I don't like music or at least I don't think so. And cozy blankets."

"Yeah?" Akaashi ran his fingers through Bokuto's hair. "What else?"

"I love the thought of aftercare and doing it together. Cuddling in the shower or bath and helping each other clean up."

"Is there anything you don't like?"

"Being rushed. It's awkward when it's slow but foreplay is sweet." Bokuto furrowed his brows. "I just don't want to hurt you or overwhelm myself. I hear that for some guys it's super overwhelming and they don't last long."

"I can make that go away. The overwhelming part at least. We can tone it back until you feel okay."

"How much of people can you control?"

"Enough to get by."

"Show me how you do the overwhelming thing." Akaashi pinched Bokuto's arm and his eyes turned darker. Bokuto felt the pain dull a bit and smiled. "Woah. Can you make it to where I still feel good though?"

"Of course. I can do anything you like."

Bokuto groaned. "I am so taking you out here after that happens so we can do what you said because holy shit that sounds hot."

"You think anything about me is hot."

Bokuto sat up. "Hey! You are hot! Not in just the sex appeal way but like overall! Literally everything about you is attractive!"

Akaashi blushed. "Kotarou..."

"It's true!"

Akaashi laughed softly, hiding his face. "Stop it..."

Bokuto moved his hand and laughed. "Keiji, I'm serious, you are so attractive it blows my mind."

Akaashi just smiled. Bokuto kissed him and instantly Akaashi started to giggle and kiss back, pulling him closer. "Hang on, you're going to knock something over."

Bokuto rolled his eyes and pushed things away from them. "Are we about to make out?"

"God I hope so." Akaashi wrapped his arms around Bokuto and pinned him down, kissing the life out of him just because he could. Bokuto loved it, laughing as Akaashi mumbled things about how he thought this was odd. They were having fun though and it didn't even feel sexual despite the previous conversation.

"Oh, oh careful you're going to knock over your water," Bokuto mumbled.

Akaashi put his water up higher and pulled Bokuto up with him, still securely wrapped around him. Bokuto felt his phone buzz nearby and groaned. He picked it up and saw nearly twenty messages from his mother and three missed calls.

"Shit!"

Akaashi pulled away, panting softly. "What?"

"Mom called." Bokuto held his phone to his ear, trying to regain control of his breathing. "Hey mama."

"Kotarou Bokuto I am not afraid to find where you are and beat the shit out of you! Why is your door locked and where is your car?!"

Akaashi muffled his laughter behind his hand, giggling. Bokuto shushed him. "I took Keiji out for a bit. We locked the door to stop dad from going in there."

"Okay. Why are you panting? Where are you? ARE YOU HAVING SEX?!"

"Mom! No! We were laughing. We're watching movies in my car right now."

"Good God Kotarou you shouldn't be watching too many things on a screen. Your brain hasn't healed fully."

"I'm sorry I'll be more careful."

"Please. Where is Keiji? Let me talk to him."

Akaashi's eyes widened. The phone was handed to him and he nervously laughed. "Hello?"

"What are you two doing?"

"Watching movies."

"Mhmm."

"Is everything okay?"

"Yes. I was just wondering where you two were."

"Oh."

"You get back to what you were doing but if I see you limping I'm not going to be happy."

"Yes ma'am."

Akaashi set the phone down and huffed. Bokuto just pulled him closer and kissed his forehead. "I'm sorry about her."

Akaashi shrugged. "It's okay."

"Are you sure?"

"I definitely am." Akaashi kissed Bokuto, smiling. "Can we return to watching movies now?"

Bokuto chuckled and kissed Akaashi, pulling him closer. Akaashi's phone buzzed next and both huffed. "Damn it."

"It's Oikawa."

"Ignore it, I'm sure he's being stupid," Bokuto stated. The phone stopped buzzing and he pulled Akaashi close again. Again, his phone started buzzing.

"Jesus!" Akaashi answered the call. "Hey! Did you need something?"

"Iwa and I got into another argument!"

Akaashi deadpanned. "Yeah?"

Bokuto laid down, pulling his laptop close to actually look for a movie. Akaashi noticed this and after listening to Oikawa rant for a while he realized Bokuto was falling asleep. He adored Oikawa but this was ruining his night with Bokuto.

"Hey Tooru I'm sorry but Kotarou isn't looking too good right now. Do you mind if I call you back in the morning?"

Akaashi hung up a few minutes later and joined Bokuto, covering them both up. Bokuto opened his eyes and smiled tiredly. "My head hurts again."

Akaashi held his hand. "Just breathe, I've got it hun."

Bokuto nodded and focused on his breathing. Akaashi kissed his forehead, waiting. Over time both started to fall asleep, tangled together. Akaashi woke first in the morning, Bokuto's head in his lap as he watched the sunrise. Bokuto snored away softly in the quiet of the morning and Akaashi cherished this moment.

He snuck a picture of the sun and its glow on Bokuto's cheek. He was snug and sleeping so all that mattered was keeping him that way.

Bokuto's alarm did go off though and he startled awake, confused. Akaashi turned it off and kissed his hair. "Easy... we share an off day."

Bokuto sat up a bit. "My hair..."

"You want me to play with it?"

Bokuto nodded, settling against Akaashi's chest and relaxing as best as he could. Akaashi played with his hair and focused on getting him back to sleep for the next few hours.
