In Oberoi Mansion

Daadu, Daadi, Om, Rudra and Priyanka were sitting in the hall. Om and Rudra were in their mischiefs. Priyanka in her phone scrolling down Instagram. Shivaay wasn't ready yet and Khanna was busy with some work. Daadu was with his newspaper but he saw his wife all gloomy.

"Arey.... Rani Saheba kya hua?" He asked catching everyone's attention. But she was still lost. Daadu looked at everyone and again called her. "Rani Saheba!!"

"Haanji" so she was finally out.

Daadu: kya soch rahi hai aap?

Daadu: kuch nahi bas Billu ki shaadi.....

Om (interrupting): come on daadi you know Bhai won't agree

Daadi: yeah.... I know. That's way I am worried if he won't get married now then when is he going to do that?

Priyanka: yeah even I am waiting now. I want my bhabhi. I think he should get married

Om: I agree too.

Daadu: if everyone's agreed why should I back off.

All chuckled but our Rudy boy was unusually quiet.

Om: oye Rudy... why're you so silent

Rudra: I am thinking about bhaiyaa's marriage. I don't think he should get married untill he wants. Daadi agar aap bhaiyaa ko force karenge toh shayad bhaiyaa maan bhi jaye. Lekin he won't be happy. Aur bina bhaiyaa ki khushi ke sirf aapko ek Daughter in law chahiye, uss prospective se bhaiyaa shaadi karenge toh that marriage won't last long or they both won't lead a happy life.

All were stunned to hear such mature words from their Rudy boy.

Om (dramatically): kon ho tum? And where's our Rudy?

Rudra: apne bhai ko bhul gaye? Aur main yahin hun aankhein khabar ho gai kya?

Daadu: haan yeh aaya Rudy. But on a serious note he was right.

Rudra grinned and raised his Imaginary collars. Priyanka smacked his head leading to a little fight between the two.

Om: hey stop it guys.

But it did no good to them.

"Oh My God!!!" Muttered Rudra. Priyanka stopped and looked at the direction he was looking at. Om too turned and was left with his jaw dropped. Shivaay just came downstairs but halted his feets in the middle.

She always leave him off gaurds by her beauty. He everyday he see her in saree but every time lose his sense. She was looking heavenly beautiful and drop death gorgeous in that black saree.

It's said that black saree is man's weak point. Indeed it is, the Obros were spellbound by her beauty. She stepped in completely ignoring her boss who was gawking her shameless from the stairs.

Daadu smiled and welcomed her with a fatherly warmth. The younger two composed themselves and approached her.

Om: I think I saw you somewhere!!

Rudra (murmuring): ladki dekhi nahi ke shuru ho gaye.

Anika: yeah we met in the restaurant.

Om: The Brown Sugar Restaurant right?

Anika: yeah.

Om: nice to meet you again

Anika smiled.

"Tum dono ek dusre ko jaante ho?" A man came frowning at the two.

Om looked at his brother while she clearly ignored him which wasn't unnoticed by him.

Om: yeah uss din main aur Gauri inki Restaurant mein gaye the.

Daadi: par yeh hai kon?

Daadu: Rani Saheba main kaha tha na aaj koi aane wala hai. She's the one. Anika

Daadi: ohh so you're the one whom stole my husband's heart. But I would like to tell you that he's only mine.

She spoke in a fake anger. While the other's smiled. Anika was quite all the while.

Why's she so slient?? She's someone who never stop her tap recorder.

Shivaay looked at her and tired to read her face but wasn't able to do that.

Anika: I.... I.... I am

Daadi: oh come on girl. I was kidding.

Anika smiled and felt a little relief.

Shivaay: why are you here?

He asked. He except her to give some exclusive answer for his rude one but nothing of that sort happened.

Daadu: I call her.

Shivaay: why?

Daadu: naste ke liye. Maine kai dinon se kaha tha but she wasn't able to.

He got the indirect taunt and looked away. Priyanka was slient till now spoke.

Priyanka: bhaiyaa thank her.

"Huh?"

Priyanka: say thank you

Shivaay: why?

Priyanka: 'cause she was the one jisne uss Jai toh maara tha.

"What??" Everyone said in unison.

Priyanka: yes!!!

"Oh yes yeh wahi hai" came a voice. All turned and saw Soumya and Gauri coming.

Shivaay: tum bhi jaanti ho isse?

Soumya: yeah. Main bhi thi na wahan pe

Gauri: even I met her. Kya decorations ki thi!!! I still remember it.

Om: yeah true. Mujhe bhi yaad hai.

Rudra: sab jaante hai. Main hi nahi jaanta.

She said with a crybaby face. The Oberois and Raichand sis shook their head while Anika found him cute.

"Aww he's so cute." She murmured audible to none except Shivaay who frowned.

Daadi: main aur Shivaay bhi kahan jaante. Aaj hi toh mile.

Shivaay looked at her who avoided her look.

No one know her better than me

He smiled inwardly at his thought. While someone was smirking.

All think they know me. How is even possible? Silly humans. Hahaha

She chuckled at her thought. When daadu spoke.

Daadu: Rani Saheba sirf aap aur Rudy nahi mile iss se.

Rudra: matlab? Bhaiyaa aap bhi mil chuke hai inse?

Om: sachi bhai?

Shivaay: she.... she's my.... P.A.

"Ohh okay..... wait what?" Was RuPri's reaction.

Om: oh... she's the one

He passed a teasing smirk to his brother which was royally ignored. While the two little munchkins were still shocked. Their brother's P.A. is here. That's okay but a girl!!! Something new for them. Except for Priyanka, Gauri and Soumya he never allowed a girl anywhere around him and now he has an employee who have to cling to him all time, is a girl!!!! Wow!!!

Shivaay in order to ignore the teasing smiles from his siblings spoke "Tum yahan? Iss waqt?"

She wasn't interested in answering him but she have to.

Daadu: arey bataya toh sahi.

Shivaay: haan suna maine lekin yeh office ke kapdon mein kyu hai? Aaj Sunday hai na.

That's when she noticed he wasn't in his usual well ironed 3 piece suit but a simple hoodie and sweatpants.

Daadu: arey haan. Anika aaj tumne saree kyu pehni?

Anika: woh mujhe pata nahi tha aaj Sunday hai. Mujhe laga naste ke baad I'll leave to office so....

Daadi: koi baat nahi. Saree mein bohat achi lag rahi ho

Anika: thanks Mrs. Oberoi

Daadi: what did you call me?

Anika (nervously): Mrs.... Mrs... Oberoi.

She bit her lower lip as when ever she is nervous her lips have to bear that.

Daadi: come on girl you can call me Daadi.

Anika: but how can I?

Daadu: in the same way you call me Daadu.

Anika: okay.

Daadi: good now come on everyone let's have breakfast.

All nodded and went to the dinning area. Every Sunday the Raichands and Oberois have their meals together i.e., spent whole day together forgetting every work pressure, stress etc.,

Everyone settle down but Anika didn't. Their was 3 seats empty one beside Shivaay, one beside Om and another beside Rudra.

Daadi: aaja puttar beth ja.

Anika: kahan?

Rudra: beautiful you can sit beside me. I'll give you a nice company.

Om: nahi Anika yahan betho iss ke lame jokes se toh ache mere hai

Daadu: oye chup khoteyon. Usse jahan beth na hai wahin bethegi. Aur khabardar jo usse pareshan kiya toh. (To Anika) Aaja puttar

Anika nodded and turned to go and sit beside Om but stopped seeing Rudra's puppy face. She turned to go there but Om's face stopped her. She was in dilemma where to sit.

But Rudra's puppy face won over Om's and she sat there. Om pouted annoyingly and Rudra smiled bright. But Shivaay was frowning.

She could have sat beside me.

They all started the breakfast. Om and Rudra tired to flirt with her which did nothing but burned someone.

The whole day she spent with the Oberois and Raichand sisters. She gelled up really well with them. But she didn't even spare a glance at her boss. Which wasn't unnoticed by him again.

But Anika enjoyed every bit of second with them. She felt home and as if she know them from ages, a weird connection with them was felt by her. She was surprised to see the complete different version of her boss. He wasn't the same rude and cruel boss but a sweet and gentleman who love his family alot. Who can be very easily communicated with.

Basically he's a spilt personality.

She chuckled at her own theory about her boss. She never spoke a word with him but noted every single action of him. How he smile, how he tease his sibling, how he scold Priyanka for not being careful, how he love them, how he behave like a kid being with his family and lastly how his face was horrified as his nick name Billu was revealed to her.

She found out that he is very protective and possessive about his sibs specially Priyanka. He's a great cook as well. He's most understanding and supportive brother. He's caring and even humorous and funny. He could be very disciplined and cleanliness freak but Sundays are just to relax. His favorite color is Yellow, songs are his life he prefer Bollywood songs despite being miles away from India. Not only him but Indian songs and movies are everyone's favorite there. She also found out that no one dare to touch his hairs except Priyanka. Really, like really fussy about his hairs.

Other than him there are others too. Let's start with Daadu. He is really funny, humorous and joyous man. But in terms of anger he can be really cruel. Loving his wife and grandchildren is all he do apart from work.

Daadi is a sweet lady who is devoted to Shivji alot, that's why her grandson's were named after him Shivaay, Omkara and Rudra. She love her grandchildren like nothing other. It was really interesting for her to listen the love story of the old couple.

Coming to Om she found him childish and funny but deep down he was a mature and philosophical man. Only his family know that. He really miss his parents till date but doesn't show it.

Rudra is such a sweetheart. His body and behaviour doesn't match. He's always a baby but no he's actually a matured man. Who have great thoughts and can even perform as an philosophy professor. Surprisingly his family wasn't aware of that.

Priyanka, princess of the house. If the people of the house were body organs. Daadu and Daadi can be named as the backbones of their grandchildren as they always supported them in rough and tough. Heart of the house is Rudra. Shivaay Om and Khanna can be Mind but Priyanka is the Soul. All are extremely possessive about her. But she is free to do what she wants. She's not prisoned in the golden cage having the facade of love and protection. She is free to go wherever and whenever she wants even in tge middle of night. She wants to complete her graduation and handle the Oberoi Fashion House. Apart from that she is really strong and brave girl but she likes to pretend the otherwise as she loves when she gets her brother's protection. She's fond of dogs but she's not allowed to go even near them as it's fur isn't good for her.

Coming to Gauri she found that despite of being a world famous actress she is a very down to earth girl. She has no air of being star all over the world. She found that Gauri has got a great sense of colours. Her knowledge of colurs is more than Om. Everyone know that she is a self made independent and strong woman but deep down there's a sensitive and naive girl who wish to be protected by someone special. Her heart's in search of someone like that. Her love for her father and sissy is immense.

Soumya a bubbly sweetheart. Baby of Gauri and her father. A hard core fitness freak more than Rudra. Her only dream is to help her father in business. Her Gauri Di is her mother figure to her along with a friend and guardian.

How can she not notice Khanna. He is a loyalist man. Not just son of ex-employee but a soul member of the house. Anyone never differentiated between him and others. His opinion and presence is equally essential in the house.

Such a great people and family.

Her thoughts were just this. Isn't it surprising that she found out even a deepest secret of them in just their first meet!!! No it's nowhere related to her powers here. Don't misunderstand it with that. She has the talent to dig out everything hidden in anyone, all she has to do is sit and talk with you and she can easily read the closed chapters of your book.

Let's come to Shivaay, he didn't hesitate to show his actual self to her that day except for that name which his beloved grandparents address. Apart from her ignoring him, he noted that she is really talented and well educated than him and any other, despite of her never being to any schools or universities. She someone who can speak every single language spoken all over the world - very clearly and fluently. She can cook everything really well. Bike riding and Kathak (Indian classical dance form) dance is her favorite hobby which Mallika taught her. Her favorite food is seafoods and favorite color is blue. She love swimming (of course we know that but he didn't) and reading books is her life.

Despite being with her for a month he never noticed that she's got a weird habit of scratching her right eyebrow with her thumb every now and then (which she inherited from her mother), whenever she is confused, nervous, hungry or breathing she keep on biting her lower lip wanting him to kiss those extremely kissable lips. Her hands can't stay calm. She wants something to play with. If she has got something in her hand she won't let that thing be still she'll keep on playing with it let it be anything. She's a big time foodie and wants to eat some or the other thing after every two hours. That thing made him feel little guilty as she wasn't able to eat properly after joining his office. But he was unable to guess why was she ignoring him.

It was evening and the younger clan was on the terrace. All were chit chatting when Anika's phone started pinging. She smiled hard at the caller Id and excusing herself she went to a side.

Shivaay saw it and internally burned again seeing her huge smile for her just One Month old new friend - Daksh. He secretly peeped and saw it was Daksh's call.

Her smile turned into laughs, giggles and chuckles while talking to him for long 5 minutes according to him. Such a JSO he is hehe!!!

She sat back to her place beside Priyanka and Rudra. Rudra was teasing Priyanka which js very common between them. Priyanka, being really irritated and annoyed pushed him a little but instantly regretted it as now he was hanging from the railing of their terrace.

"Rudra/Bhai!!!!!" Screamed everyone

Everyone sprang up and rushed to save him.

"Bhaiyaa bachaoo" he cried for help. But his hands slipped.

"Bhaiyaa!!!!!!" A loud scream was heard. His were eyes closed fearing for next.

Everyone were numb. Rudra opened his one eye feeling himself in the air and found that he was held but Anika who herself was hanging on the railing holding his one hand.

Anika: Rudra don't leave my hand okay.

He nodded hard in fear. She easily pulled him up but her just one hand shocking everyone. ShivOm and Khanna helped him to come up. As he came everyone hugged him but Priyanka was sobbing.

Rudra: Prinku don't cry I am fine.

Priyanka: I am sorry Bhai. I didn't do intentionally.

Rudra: okay I understand I am fine all thanks to Ani..... Anika!!!

He screamed turning back to Anika was still hanging. All turned how can they forget her. Shivaay went near her to help her but......

"Anika!!!!" Everyone screamed as she slipped. All rushed downstairs. But to their utter shock she was perfectly fine not even a single scratch on her body.

Shivaay was the first one to rush to her and take her in his embrace. He was terrified. But she was shocked. All day she ignored him but how is she gonna ignore him when he just hugged her. The other's ever a little late to witness that moment.

Shivaay got his sense and broke the hug befor anyone could see that.

"Are you okay?"

"Hmm...."

Rudra hugged her tight as she fell in his sight, safe and sound. Everyone too hugged her.

Gauri: are you fine?

Anika: yeah absolutely. Just....

"Just?" A worry line on everyone's face.

"This tile broke" she pointed down her feet, broke pieces of Italian Marble.

This wasn't less than a shock for them. She fell from the terrace, the finest marble broke but she was left untouched.

Daadu and Daadi came running outside hearing their screams.

Daadu: kya hua?

Daadi: chilaye kyu?

Rudra: woh daadi Anika terrace se gir gai

Daadu/Daadi: kya??

They snapped their face to her but found her fit and fine. Daadi went to Rudra and pulled his ears.

Rudra: arey... arey daadi kya kar rahi hai aap?

Daadi: agli baar aisa mazak kiya na toh chhittar padenge tujhe

Rudra: arey main mazak nahi kar raha daadi.... Anika bolo na

Anika: ha... haan daadi Rudra sahi keh rahe hai. I did fell

Daadi left his ears and started checking her. Rudra pouted and rubbed his ears.

Daadi (confused): lekin tu toh bilkul theek hai?

Anika: haan main theek hun kis ne kaha mujhe kuch hua hai?

Daadu: but he said you fell.....

Daadi: haan....

Anika: haan main giri lekin mujhe kuch hua nahi. Sirf.....

Daadu/Daadi: sirf??

Younger clan except Anika: yeh Italian Marble toot gaya.

"Hein?" They exclaimed and looked down. The marble was broke.

Daadu: oye theek se batao hua kya?

They narrated everything and the old couple were shocked as well as worried.

Daadu: Prinku you should be careful right. Agar dono main se kisi ko kuch ho gaya hota toh?

Her head bent down and she whispered a Sorry.

Anika: arey Daadu I am fine. And I think Rudra's fine too. Please don't scold her.

Rudra: yeah. It was my mistake I was teasing her so please don't scold her.

Daadu: chalo atleast no one's hurt.

Daadi: come on dinner's ready.

Anika: you all have it I'll leave.

Daadi: no you'll leave only after dinner

Anika: I am sorry daadi but I promised Mallika that we'll have dinner together. Please

Daadi: but....

Anika: please daadi....

Daadi: okay but next week bring her too.

Anika: next week?

Priyanka: yeah. Hum sab har Sunday saath mein bitate hai.

Anika: but why me?

"'Cause now you're a part of our family" a guy next to her spoke. She finally looked at him. He thanked god she looked at him for the first time in this whole day.

Daadu: he's right

She again looked away. Shivaay felt hurt which was noticed by dark brown orbs. He sensed something fishy but thought to ask him later.

Daadi: so it's decided next Sunday you and Mallika both are coming okay?

Anika: okay. Now I may take you leave.

"I.... I'll drop you" said Shivaay

"No thanks sir I'll go" she said without looking at him.

"I said I'll drop you" he said pressuring each word.

"And I said I'll go no need of dropping me" she too said pressuring each word being back to her regular self.

Shivaay: tum sidhi tarah se ek baat maanti kyu nahi? Jab maine kaha main chhod dunga toh kyu behes kar rahi ho?

Anika: aap bhi sidhi tarah se ek baat maante kyu nahi? Jab maine bhi kaha main chali jaungi toh aap bhi behes kyu kar rahe hai?

Shivaay: tum bina behes kiye koi baat maan nahi sakti?

Anika: jaise aap bada maante hai. Maine kaha main chali jaungi matlab chali jaungi.

"Oyee chup karo dono" daadi screamed shushing the two.

Daadi: bachon ki tarah lad rahe ho....... Anika it's late let him drop you

Anika: nahi daadi it's alright I can go.

Daadu: no it isn't safe out there.

"Anika I'll drop you. Is it okay if I drop you" said Rudra

Anika: but I'll go na. No need of that

Shivaay: stop being stubborn. Meri nahi toh daadi aur daadu ki baat toh maano

Rudra: yeah. Come on I'll drop you

Anika: theek hai

She finally agreed hurting Shivaay. But at least she'll be safe. Rudra dropped her home safely.
