Here in Shivaay's cabin. He took a file but something fell from it. He saw it's was Anika's sketch. He took his phone out. He dialed to the investigator. It was picked after few rings.

Shivaay (on call): hello, Jack did you got any information?

Jack: I am sorry sir. But I am trying my best.

Shivaay (greeting his teeths): I don't want your sorry. Just do it fast.

Jack: yes sir I just want few days.

Shivaay: make it fast

Jack: yes sir.

They hung the call. Shivaay stared the sketch for few seconds and continued his work.

Few days passed. Jack left no stone unturned to find a single information but he was not successful. Anika and Mallika's bond grew very strong. Anika help her in the restaurant. They explored many places NY. Mallika brought a phone for Anika. She taught her cooking, how to ride a bike (cause your writer is obsessed with bikes. Issiliye har jagah bike toh aayegi 😜😜) she is teaching her Indian classical dance too. Anika was enjoying on the land. Every night after Mallika sleep she talk with her family but she use her phone as the screen as she was almost caught by Mallika. She almost forgot about Shivaay but he didn't.

It was a new day. In XYZ University

Priyanka was going to her class surprisingly Rudra was not present in the college today as he was asked by dadu to come to their office.

Few boys stopped her way. Priyanka frowned and was about to go but they surrounded her.

Priyanka: who are you? Leave my way.

"Not so easily" came a voice she turned and saw it was Jay Kothari. Her anger rose seeing him. He is her senior. One day she slapped him for misbehaving with one of her friends.

Priyanka (angrily): Jay!!

Jay: oh so you remember me??

Priyanka: of course. How can't I forget that. I think you don't remember the slap

Everyone around chuckled at that. Jay held her hair in anger. She winched.

Jay: I remember that's why I came to avenge.

Soumya came there. She was shocked to see Jay troubling Priyanka. She called Rudra but he didn't pick.

Priyanka: tu mera kuch nahi bigad sakta.

Jay: acha?? Dekhte hai. Aaj toh tera bhai bhi nahi hai bachane ke liya. Kon bachayega tujhe??

He pulled her hair more. She closed her eyes but didn't even hissed.

Soumya: Jay leave her.

Jay: not so easily. Isske thappad ka badla toh lena padega na.

He looked straight into her eyes. She got little scared. Soumya stepped forward to help but Jay stop her.

Jay: no!! Don't even think. Stay back.

Soumya unwillingly stepped by. Jay pushed her. She fell on the ground. He sat and was about to touch her but a hand stopped his arm. He looked up but received a hard punch on his face. He fell on the ground with bleeding lips. He winched and looked who hit her.

No it's none of her brothers but Anika.

Jay: who are you?

Anika didn't answered and forward a hand to Priyanka with a beautiful smile. She smiled too and stood up holding her hand.

Anika: are you okay girl?

Priyanka: yeah. Thank you

Anika smiled. Jay stood up and went near them. He again received a hard punch on his face. This time he fell few feets away. His group boys came to her to fight but in return they got beaten badly. Lastly she went to Jay who was half unconscious

Anika: and you. Don't think girls are weak.

She held his collar and threw him on Priyanka's feets.

Anika: apologize!!!!!

Jay: I... I.... am sorry.

Anika: good now disappear and never show your face.

They all ran away. Soumya went to Priyanka and they approached Anika.

Priyanka: thank you miss....

Anika: Anika. I am Anika.

Priyanka: hii I am Priyanka Singh Oberoi.

They shook their hands.

Soumya: you are so strong.

Anika smiled and dramatically showed her biceps. They chuckled.

Soumya: by the way I am Soumya. Soumya Singh Raichand.

Anika: hello.

Priyanka: I haven't seen you before. Are you studying in this university?

Anika: nope I am a delivery girl. I came to delivery some pizzas to the students here and saw this.

Priyanka: pizza delivery? But we do have a canteen here... anyways thanks again for helping me.

Anika: no need of that.

Soumya: where do you work?

Anika: I....

"Prinku!!" Came a voice. They saw Rudra ran and hugged her. Anika left as she got Mallika's message.

Rudra (breaking the hug and cupping her cheeks): are you okay?

Priyanka: yes Bhai I am okay

Rudra (with boiling blood): uss Jay ko toh main chhodunga nahi.

Soumya: uss ki zarrorat nahi hai. Anika ne usse bohat acha sabak sikhaya hai

Rudra (confused): kon Anika?

Priyanka: arey yeh....

She turned pointing her but found no one. "Chali gai"

Soumya: kab gai?

Priyanka: pata nahi. Lekin uss ne kya mara hai bhai usse.

Soumya: mere pass toh video bhi hai.

Rudra: dikhao

She played the video. It was shown that a thin girl was punching some guys blue and black but...

Rudra: iss ka chehra nahi dikh raha

Soumya: haan kyu ke main piche khadi thi.

Priyanka: anyways. But bhai, please Shivaay bhaiyaa, Om bhai ya Khanna bhaiyaa ko kuch mat bata na. They'll be tension unnecessarily

Rudra nodded affirmatively. They went to home as the lectures were over and Rudra don't want Priyanka to stay there.

It was evening.

Here at Gauri's set.

Director: good shot. It's pack up. Good job Miss Raichand.

Gauri: thank you sir.

She went to her vanity van. She was hell tired as it was an action sequence. She rubbed her head as it had a little headace. She closed the door. Stretching her head and hands, she sat in front of the mirror. She rested her head on the headrest and closed her eyes.

Suddenly the lights when off and a red spotlight splashed. She opened her eyes. Her eyes widen. She stood up and took some steps back as she saw someone approaching her.

Gauri (horrified): who.... who are you?? Stop there....

But that person didn't budge and pulled her. He placed a knife on her neck and covered her mouth from her back before she could scream. She was hell scared sweat beads from on her forehead in the 1° C temperature. She was breathing heavily.

The person (in a hoarse voice): don't scream. Okay?? (She nodded) good. If you will.... (she nodded no)

The person removed his hand from her mouth. Gauri kicked his ball and snatched the knife. The man fell on the ground growling.

Gauri: who are you?? How did you entered in?

"Gauri!!!" Growled the man. Gauri frowned. "Om?? Is it you??" She asked "Yes!!" Came as a answer. Gauri's eyes widen she turned off the red spotlight and switched the lights on. She saw him curled up on the ground. She sat on her knees.

Gauri: Om are you okay??

Om gave a "are you serious look" and gave a sarcastic smile.

Om (sarcastically): haan!! Main toh bilkul theek hun mujhe kya hua hai?? (Painfully) Of course I am not okay.

Gauri: acha sorry sorry. Get up and upar betho.

She helped him to get up and made him sit on the couch. She filled a glass of water for him and passed it to him. He glared her.

Om: isska mein kya karu?

Gauri: peeo aur kya?

Om: nahi chahiye. Get me some ice pack.

Gauri: theek hai.

She asked her secretary. She brought it in a min.

"There you go ma'am" Ishana, her Secretary passed the ice pack to her. "Thank you" she took it and Ishana went. Gauri passed it to Om. He took it. Gauri turned her face and tried to control her giggles. Om saw that.

Om: hass lo hass lo.

Gauri: I am sorry.... par galati tumhari hai!!

Om frowned "Meri" he growled as he stood up with a jerk. "Aaram se" adviced Gauri.

Om: yaa.... meri galati kaise?

Gauri: kya zarrorat thi tumhein yeh sab karne ki??

Om: It was just a prank. Mazak kar raha tha main.

Gauri: aisa mazak kon karta hai? Jaan nikal gai thi meri.

Om: par tumhara chehra dekhne layak tha. Kaise dar gai thi tum.

He laughed and Gauri scratched her head being embarrassed.

Gauri: okay enough now stop laughing. Aur yeh batao kyu aaye ho?

Om (stopped laughing): aise hi!! Nahi aa sakta?

Gauri: Nahi...

Om (dramatically): Nahi?? So ab main tumse milne bhi nahi aa sakta.

Gauri: maine aisa kab kaha?

Om: abhi.

Gauri: I didn't said anything Om

Om: haaawww!! Jhoothi. Abhi you said Nahi. When I asked if I could come or not

Gauri: come on Om. Stop being a kid.

Om: acha ab main kid!! Arey haan bade log hai. Hum jaison ko kyu yaad rakhenge?? Sorry ma'am aapka time waste kiya.

He started to walk but Gauri pushed him on the couch. He winched a little but she didn't care. She angrily pointed her finger to him and spoke.

Gauri: stop this nautanki of yours and sit silently here. Mujhe tumhari ek bhi aawaz nahi aani chahiye. I am gonna freshen up tab tak chup chap bethe rehna

Om: but....

Gauri: chup.... bilkul chup!!! Ek toh dara diya aur bhi yeh befizool ki nautanki kar rahe ho. Tum ache se jaante ho what I meant but nahi.... drama karna hai sahab zade ko

Om looked down and smirked.

Gauri: dekha... dekha... hass rahe ho. Kya milta hai mujhe pareshan kar ke??

Om (grinning): sukoon!!!

Gauri: you....

Om: you you baad mein karna abhi jao aur fresh ho jao. Phir hum kahin dinner ke liye jayenge.

Gauri: kyu??

Om: kyu kya?? Yaad karo last kab mile the hum dono? Almost a week ago. Aaj mein free tha toh socha aa jata hun. Lekin abhi lag raha galati kardi aa ke.

Gauri (ignoring the last line): haan theek hai. Ja rahi hun

Om: jaldi.

She went in. After an hour she came out in her casuals. She saw Om lying on the couch.

Om: badi jaldi aa gai.

Gauri (rolling her eyes): chalo abhi

They went out of the vanity van and sat in Gauri's car.

Gauri: main leke chalti hun. I know an awesome restaurant.

Om: okay chalo.

Gauri drove and after half an hour she pressed the brake. They stepped out and stood in front of 'The Brown Sugar Restaurant' Om gave a "Are you sure" look

Gauri: what?? Aise kyu dekh rahe ho?

Om: are you sure? No I mean yahan tum.....

Gauri: haan chalo abhi

They entered in. There was no one but it was heavenly decorated.

Gauri: is the restaurant open?

"Yes!!" Came a sweet voice. They saw towards that direction and found a thin girl. Gauri gave a confused look

Gauri: where's Mallika?

"She is inside. How may I help you?

Gauri: but who are you?

Om elbowed her and asked what was he asking. "She is Anika" Mallika came.

Mallika: yeh meri dost hai.

Gauri: oh!!

Gauri knew Mallika as she often used to dine there.

Gauri: koi hai kyu nahi? Aur yeh decorations?

Anika: woh actually ek party hai yahan so.

Gauri: really Mallika I don't think yeh sab tumne kiya hoga

Mallika: no. She did it.

Om: it's really nice.

Anika: thank you sir

Mallika: welcome Mr. Omkara Singh Oberoi. Miss Raichand had already came before. But you came for the first time. We are honored to have you here.

Om: chalo kisiko toh main dikha.

The girls chuckled. Om and Gauri settled on a table. Anika served them.

Gauri: I am love with this decorations.

Om: ya it's magical.

Gauri: have these pasta. I am sure you're gonna love it.

Om nodded and had a bite of it.

Om: yummy it is.

Gauri: kaha tha na.

Om: how do you know about this restaurant.

Gauri: set pe humare cameramen ne ek baar yahan se order kiya tha. I just had a bite and it was...... so yumm. Phir aai yahan pe ussi din.

Om: seriously it's delicious.

Anika (coming from): how's the food sir? I hope you liked it.

Om: liked it? Loved it (Anika smiled) aisa khana toh kisi 5 star hotel mein bhi na mile.

Anika: thank you sir. Would you like something else?

Gauri: we'll let know later.

Anika: okay

Saying she left. Om and Gauri were having their dinner with chit chat.

Here Shivaay came back after work and went to his room. After freshening up he came to hall.

Shivaay: good evening everyone

All wished him back.

Shivaay: where's Om?

Khanna: woh aaj bahar hi dinner karega Gauri ke saath

Shivaay nodded and sat on a sofa. They chatted for sometime and settle to have dinner.

Shivaay: Prinku pass me that.

She nodded and passed the bowl to him. He took it but saw her hands having big scratch. He held her hand and Priyanka's eyes widen.

Shivaay: what's this?

Priyanka (taking her hand back): nothing.

Shivaay again took her hand. She hissed a little.

Shivaay: sorry.... kya hua? Kaise hua?

Priyanka: chota sa scratch hai bhaiyaa

Shivaay: chota sa?? Pura haath chhil gaya hai and you are saying chota sa.

Om came after dropping Gauri. He saw Priyanka's hands and ran to her.

Om: Prinku kya hua?

Priyanka: bhai woh.....

She hesitate to say as she doesn't want them to freak out.

Shivaay: speak up Prinku

Priyanka: woh bhaiyaa mera ek senior hai Jay Kothari. Ek din uss ne mere friend ke saath misbehave kiya tha. So I slapped him and aaj Rudy bhai was not present so he.....

Om: he what??

"He pulled her hairs and tried to misbhave" Soumya came. Shivaay Om Khanna and Rudra's blood boiled.

Shivaay: why didn't you tell me before?

Priyanka: kya karti bata kar? Zyada se zyada aap kya karte. Usse maarte hi na? Woh toh ho chuka hai. Anika ne usse bohat maara

Om: Anika?

Soumya: yeah ek ladki pizza delivery karne aai thi. Ussne maara hai aur aise maara ha hai ke zindagi bhar nahi bhulega woh.

Dadi: haaye kon hai woh ladki?

Priyanaka: pata nahi dadi. Usska sirf naam pata hai.

Shivaay: I wanna meet her and personally thank her. Konsi restaurant mein kaam karti hai pata hai?

Soumya: nahi. Usse pehle hum puchte woh chali gai.

Shivaay: koi baat nahi. I'll find her. Aur uss Jay ki ko bhi nahi chhodunga.

Dadu: bilkul mat chhodna. How dare he touch my granddaughter!!!!

Dadi: woh sab baad mein karna. Now continue the dinner and Soumya you also join.

Soumya: no thanks dadi. I just came to give the phone to Om bhai. Woh di ke saath unka phone exchange ho gaya tha.

Om: is it?

He took the phone and saw it was not his. Soumya handed his phone and took Gauri's phone.

Dadi: kuch toh le le puttar.

Soumya: nahi dadi....

Rudra: rehne dijiye dadi. She won't have.

Priyanka: she is in diet.

Dadu: itni patli toh hai phir bhi diet?

Priyanka (dramatically): kya dadu? Can't you see she gained 2 kgs.

Dadi: yeh aaj kal ke bache....

Shivaay: mujhe laga sirf yeh duffer fitness freak hai. Par yahan toh ek aur hai.

Soumya: stop it guys!!

All chuckled and she went. Shivaay did Priyanka's first aid and they all contine their dinner. After dinner they went to their respective rooms.

In Shivaay's room.

Shivaay called Jack and asked him to find Jay first.

Jack: okay sir I'll find him. And about that girl I found it.

Shivaay: ya tell me

Jack: sir it's kindda wierd that there's a very limited information about her.

Shivaay (confused): what do you mean?

Jack: sir her name is Anika. The day when you met her, she was never seen before. That day she met a girl named Mallika Chaudhry who owns a small restaurant called 'The Brown Sugar Restaurant' she lives with her and help her in the same. I think she just came that day to NY.

Shivaay: okay. Where is she from?

Jack: that's what I am saying. There's no information before that particular day.

Shivaay: okay. Try to find more if you can and send me the address of that restaurant.

Jack: okay sir.

They hung the call. Shivaay threw it on bed.

Shivaay: get ready to face the hell Miss Dedh Haddi.

He slept with some plans in his mind.

Anika and Mallika were talking with each other.

Anika: Malli aaj pata hai kya hua?

Mallika: what?

Anika: aaj na maine kuch ladkon ki pitai ki woh bhi zorr ki

Mallika: why?

Anika: I went to deliver pizza right. There some boys were miss behaving with a girl.

Mallika: is it? Tab toh bohat acha kiya.

Anika: hai na?...... waise who was the the girl who came today with a long haired guy?

Mallika: she was the super star Gauri Singh Raichand.

Anika: really?

Mallika: yeah. How don't you know her?

Anika: you know why...

Mallika: oh ya house arrest

Anika: exactly.

Anika saw the time and took her phone and jumped off the bed. Mallika frowned.

Mallika: kya kar rahi ho?

Anika: it's 10

Mallika: oh ya face time.

Anika chuckled. She went out and and sat on the table. She chatted with everyone for sometime and went to sleep.

Next morning.

Shivaay got up early and freshen up. He staired down and saw dadi.

Shivaay: bye dadi!!!

Dadi: oye ruk!!

He stopped and turned.

Shivaay: yes??

Dadi: kahan.... nasta nahi karna?

Shivaay: nahi dadi aaj ek bohat important meeting hai. So wahin kar lunga.

"Arey par...." but he disappeared. She sighed and went to continue her work.
