~LeafWing's are taught the rules of their being very early in age, as early as they learn to walk, near 1-3 seasons~

One
No LeafWing may be the cause of death of one of their own kind; unless under protection of guard or soldier code.

Two
No LeafWing can engage in a full time job until they have earned their wings.

Three
All LeafWings must oblige to have their egg hatched under a tree to survive, even if they are to give it in for adoption later. No parent or guardian can discard the life of an unborn dragonet if it resides in their kinship.

Four
All LeafWings who have earned their wings must sign up for selective service.

Five
The Queen's power is supreme but in time of death sentences, can be overridden by the council.

Six
The Challenger must be in relation of close kinship to the Queen.

Seven
A King may become ruler only if there is no female to inherit the throne.

Eight
Laws may be added and withdrawn according to the word of the council, Queen and/or king.

Nine
Dragonet are born in the same ranking as their parents, but can aspire elsewhere with guardian permission.
