Fieryvex, or for short, Fiery is a firescale NightWing/SkyWing hybrid. He was left alone at birth for his NightWing mother was an animus who had used too much of her power and therefore went insane, killing his SkyWing father before she slashed her own throat. He was later found by the Arbiter, a SandWing with black eyes, pale scales, and great power. The Arbiter raised him (he was raised by him alone though) He has an IceWing friend called Slush, and he's white with a few pale blue spots

And yes, his wing membrane is transparent
