IceWing/NightWing, who could have guessed!.... The most frequent or is it Sea/Night or Rain/Night I dont know

Features:
Dull blue eyes because they're dull
2 layers of IceWing Scales, the second one with star scales that are jet black
Dark underbelly, toes, and fingers on wing
Serrated white claws
Black, sharp long ridges along back that end near the start of his tail
Loook at that sharp jaw its on fleek
Frostbreath, but no fire

He definitely has an IceWing/NightWing look to him but in terms of physical capabilities he's more of an IceWing. His scales are of course cold as well. He somewhat knows SilentWalk. No powers of the moon, no animus, so this isn't darkstalker (boo)

Frostedscales is a rich kid, heir to a rich business. Why else would he need that tie?
