Behind the Scenes of Narcissistic

Behind the Scenes of Narcissistic is going to be filmed and possibly posted on YouTube, depending if the actors I'm filming are okay with it.

I swapped some of the characters' genders so that I could cast certain actors in certain roles, Emmitt used to be Emery and Zach was Zacha. The only ones that can't be switched is Butte and Prudence.

Zach Clems (director)

Interviewer

Emmett Hill (script writer and co-director)

Dean Genesis (producer)

Butte I. Ful (actor)

Prudence Time (actor)

Hayley Glen (critic)

Jo Spark (critic)

Harley Thompson (choreographer)

Tony Johnson (editing and music)

Zach Clems (Director): The film Narcissistic is about accepting who you are. In this film Iven Hot excepts that he loves himself and is truly the greatest person and teaches Trisha Humble that everything is about him. We thought this would be the best film for the times because there is a big movement about that right now.

Jo Spark: I loved this movie so much! The filming and storyline was absolutely fabulous!

Interviewer: What did you think when Emmett Hill presented the script?

[Scene where Emmett retreats from an office as Zach screams insults and tosses stuff at him as Dean just chills]

Emmitt: They loved it.

Zach: I had to edit a bit to actually like it.

Emmitt: It was originally about how Iven comes to learn to be selfless and pick Trisha out of the dumps but Zach changed it.

Zach: I like it better this way! The message is a lot stronger my way.

Emmitt (obviously keeping down feelings that contradict): Yeah, It's good. Zach's... smart.

Hayley Glen: When I watched the movie I had very mixed feelings. Uh, fear, anger, confusion, joy... It's one that I recommend watching... right after the Percy Jackson movies.

Zach: Narcissistic was a challenging film to make because first no one really knew what the word meant, and second, finding people who were self centered enough to fill the required roles.

Butte I. Ful: I think it was a very clever move for Clems to cast me as Iven M. Hot. I fit the role perfectly and my gorgeous self belongs on tv.

Zach: It was hard to find Butte but he was the best choice.

Prudence: Trisha was a role I had to work into but after awhile I worked into it.

Zach: Prudence is... unique.

[Show when Emmitt, Zach, and Dean are casting:]

Emmitt: I think Chris Hemsworth would be an amazing choice, he's fit the part of Iven really well and I think the character development would be portrayed really well by him.

Zach (giving an "idiot, you thought" look): I actually picked someone else already.

Emmitt: What? I thought we talked about this! You need to run all actors by me before you cast them!

Zach: Um, I'm the director.

Emmitt: I know, but I feel like you're not choosing famous people who could do these roles spectacularly just to...

Zach (leaned forward. Challenging Emmitt): Just to what?

Emmitt (gives in because he knows he can't win): ...get the best people you can.

Zach: Thought so. And while we're on the subject, I've already cast Trisha.

Emmitt: Please tell me you got Emma Watson!

Zach: I got someone who has never performed before.

Emmitt: What! Dean! Help me out here!

(Dean snores, obviously in the middle of a nap)

(Zach gets up and leaves. Emmitt sighs and Zach chucks a book at him)

[Back in interview]

Emmitt: We work together on a lot of things.

Jo: This film had the best casting since Julie Andrews played Maria in the Sound of Music.

Interviewer: What are your takes on your characters?

Butte: I like Iven because he is so gorgeous like me. I think it's great that he learns to except that he is just simply better than everyone else because in all seriousness he is.

Prudence Time: I think Trisha was a little too silly for my tastes.

Emmitt: If you edit what I say next that would be great. I think Prudence was way too stiff for the role. Zach did a terrible job at casting.

Zach (from off camera): I heard that! [Throws book at Emmitt] You're fired!

Emmitt: Don't worry, I don't work for him, he can't fire me.

Zach (from off camera): I'm never working with you again!

Emery: He can do that.

Jo: The character development was so powerful I wanted to reach through the camera and hug the actors!

Hayley: My favorite part of the film has got to be.... um... [Doesn't have a favorite part. It was all awful]

Zach: There is no way we can go through this and not mention Harley!

(Show scene where Harley is dancing really fast as the back up dancers are trying to copy her)

Zach: Best choreographer ever!

Emmitt (leaning forward to talk to Zach who is off camera): Why did we have a choreographer, again? This isn't a musical.

(Zach chucks another book at him)

Zach: And we cannot thank Tony enough!

(Show scene where Tony shows the directing board a really weird song he made up as Harley improv dances to it)

Zach: While we were filming everyone was so much fun and supportive of each other.

[Scene where the actors ignoring each other, Butte is showing off during stretching, fighting, and sitting around]

Jo: Action packed! Romance! A must see!

Interviewer (to Jo): Wow, you think a lot of the film Narcissistic.

Jo (confused): Narcissistic? Oh, I haven't seen that one.
