I'm gonna post something important about reading-for-art trades next but for now here's some of the stuff I've been doing when I'm not working on NaNoWriMo

Not vent art, don't worry, just practicing colors and decided to try something darker since the colors of my pencils are pretty earthy and similarly dark

Then I realized that edgy stuff is really fun so I went all out with some hands and pose practice

My current Skyrim character, a heavy-armored, one-handed-weapons-ed, restoration mage/assassin/thief/companion/bard (she gets around). I tend to make characters w/ personalities and inhibitions (i.e. Iisah wouldn't join the thieves guild b/c it contradicts her moral code, but since she's a relatively weak-willed Argonian with a longing for familial attachment, she could easily get roped into the Dark Brotherhood b/c of the quest that gets you into it and the fact that Astrid, as well as the other Dark Brotherhood family members, use familial terminology and treat each other as a family, allowing her to grin and bear it through the murder and eventually becoming numb to it), so I decided to make a self-insert who really wouldn't care much about anything and would just join whoever and use whatever weapons/armor work best. It's been a blast haha

forgot the space on my scarf oops but at least it helps out with the plastic-y sort of highlighting I was going for here
