"Early Beginning"

Back when I was a wee little thing, like when I was 12, I used to embarrassing fanfictions and I wanted to make a good cover for my book. The Wattpad cover maker totally sucked, so i used power point and made a landscape cover💀 Sadly I can't find it but it was a pretty lame text slap. I didn't have photoshop and at that time I only had a nokia lumia phone which had zero editing apps. So I tried to make stuff in generic photo editor stuff instead. I indeed have a rough start

"Actual beginning"

So I finally got a tab for my birthday, where I found out PicsArt, although back then the options were limited in it. So i tried to compensate with other apps like Pixlr. In fact, I would like to consider this my actual beginning, cuz in this time period I pumped out a lot of stuff. Although none of them were necessarily good. I tried out contests and I remember being all proud and all that. I remember back then a lot of the mobi designers pretty much had the same type of stuff. We were all mere plebs as compared to the photoshop gods kekw.

"Development"

As I was struggling with PicsArt, I discovered ibispaint in someone's tutorial Book, I don't remember who, but thanks to them, I pretty much improved a lot. I started experimenting with a lot more textures and blending options. Oh and also I started making things other than anime edits. One thing I noticed is that I did a lot of monochrome stuff which I still tend to do even today, but in a more subtle way.

"Trend hopping"

2017 was the time I mostly looked into getting into different trends in gd Wattpad at the time. The over using of psd colourings? Unnecessarily monochrome? Desaturated stuff? Mate I did it all.

"Blending and typography"

By now I pretty much got comfortable with ibispaint, and I loved using the blending options and giving my edits a softer look. I also started getting into typography based stuff because of a community that I joined in and that was pretty fun too.

"After break"

And then in 2018, I slipped off the grid in wattpad for my highschool since I had no access to internet :') And so I came back to Wattpad in 2020, in the starting of lockdown to see that most of the people I know have disappeared and the gd scene here was completely different with new faces. I was excited to jump right back in although my skills were a bit rusty in my first month. I had fun tho and I did a lot of things.

"My most active time pt-1"

2020 lockdown right after my highschool graduation, the time when I had nothing else to do. So this is when I made the most covers, banners, etc in all my years of editing and the time I improved the most . I have always been fascinated with manips and such but I still suck at doing it haha. But I can pull it off decently as long as I don't have to worry about it looking realistic. Also here I remember trying to get my old blending style back, but like I just couldn't do it. So I gave up.

"My most active time pt-2"

I think I mainly got into vector and illustration because me and my two other friends were simping over them and we wanted to try it out. But once i started I absolutely fell in love with it. It definitely took painstakingly long hours to make but it was totally worth it. In fact even know I prefer making illustrated covers instead.

"Current times"

After September 2020 I barely made any stuff due to various reasons. My college started, my tab finally became too slow to work with and instead i had to work on my tiny phone instead. Considering all my resources were not in my new phone, I lost half my motivation to do things and also because I was busy with studies. But I did still make a few things here and there although I liked to make simple stuff.

Sitting and compiling this whole thing made me low-key proud of how much I have improved lmaoo. I remember I used to struggle with using face claims, with text placements and was absolutely horrid in doing vector art. I hope to improve more although my update schedule for this port is going to be inconsistent too lol.
