Maybe this is just another me thing but I hate it when people do this to me. As you guys know, I am of Korean descent and on this Saturday, I'm leaving the U.S. to go see my family back in Korea.

I seriously don't understand how so many people get this confused or mixed up or just don't know the difference. Maybe it's just plain ignorance but it bothers me so much that a wide margin of the people I've talked to don't know the difference between North and South Korea.

It pisses me off the most when someone asks if I was born in North Korea.
