Thoughts:

This is going to be short. I gave up after chapter two, to be honest. This really, really, really needs an editor. The sentence structure is messy, I had a hard time following things, the characters don't have much dimension to them, and the plot doesn't make much sense. Going to the morgue made almost no sense to me. The artificial conflict in chapter two over some sort of box felt like two toddlers fighting over a toy. I wasn't entertained and instead was left to scratch my head in confusion.

Get an editor. Think about this project a bit more. Come back when you've done that and maybe I'll like it.

I really hate sounding so mean, but I just... couldn't like this in its current state.
