"Taiga." You calmly said as you look at the tall male in front of you who got his brows furrowed in the early morning of a Saturday. "Don't be mad, this is your fault anyway."

"Tch. I already told you guys that I'll be fine on the next exams." He said as he crossed his arms and glared at you and Kuroko.

"Kagami-kun, I don't think that your 25, 18, 24, 32 and 5 will be fine." Kuroko said with a deadpan face, making Kagami flinched at the mention of his test scores.

You grimaced not really sure how a human being can get a score like that. If it can actually be called a score. You scoff at Kagami, and he squinted his eyes at you.

"Seriously though, you need this Taiga. Cuz, if you don't, then me and Tetsuya, especially me, would not be here. I am a busy person after all." You shrugged your shoulders nonchalantly and eyed the textbooks you needed to tackle as you go along the subjects that Kagami is worst at. Which means, almost all of the subjects. And you only have 6 subjects in total. Unsurprisingly, it seems that Kagami will only pass P.E.

"So, Kagami-kun, should we start with Japanese Literature? Or would you like english first? Maybe trigonometry will do too?" Kuroko ask with a serious tone and Kagami could not help but gulp loudly at the mention of the subjects he hates the most.

"Wow, Taiga, how can you only get 18 at english? Didn't you already went to America?" You looked at his test paper with disgust as you examined every questions he answered wrongly. "Even a middle schooler can answer these."

"S-shut up! Its because the English here in Japan is different!" He defended himself as he took the test away from your grasp.

"How so?" You asked.

"J-j-just, ah, ugh! Its just different okay?" He pouted like a child and turned away from you.

You sighed. "Taiga, don't be mad. I just wanted to know so that I will be able to help you."

Kagami looked at you with his mouth hanging open at what he just heard. He did not know you can speak English so fluently. No wonder you are the school's number three in academics.

You smiled at his reaction. "What?"

"N-nothing." He mumbled and began to fidget at his seat.

"Ano, if you two are done, can we start now?" Kuroko asked as he looked at you and Kagami.

You smiled at Kuroko and nod.

And the day passed by with you and Kuroko doing all your best to help Kagami pass.

6:43pm

"Taiga, I'm hungry." You whined and stretched from where you sat.

"Huh? And what do you want me to do?" He asked as he looked at you with droopy eyes.

"Oh, I don't know, make us something to eat? This is your house, we are your guests, at least have some manners, and serve us something." You glared at the male.

"L/N-san is right Kagami-kun." Kuroko agreed with you right away and looked at Kagami with a slightly irritated look.

"Ugh, fine." Kagami stood up and went straight to the kitchen which leave you with Kuroko.

Kagami scowled. How come Kuroko seem to have a better relationship with you? Didn't you met him first?

Its true that at first you and Kagami were quite indifferent with each other, but isn't that natural? But with you and Kuroko, it feels like you two just hit it off.

Could it be that you like Kuroko more than him? Is that it? But not all people can feel Kuroko's presence, wouldn't that be a minus point for the guy if you can't even feel him? On other hand it is you, anyway, you are different. So different.

It wasn't until Kagami's second year in high school that he met you. If it weren't for the schools changing of sections every year then you will not be his classmate. And he will not be able to "accidentally" (as he would like to put it) step on your foot and make you cry in pain.

He tried to apologise okay? But since Kagami is not, as in not, good in apologising he ended up shouting at you with incoherent words, that made you think he was an idiot.

After that you were quite aloof of him, since his face makes you remember the pain you had to endure on your foot for a week.

"Taiga." You whispered softly at his ears which made him froze. "You're thinking too hard."

"Wha-wha-wha" Kagami looked at you and blushed furiously. "What the hell, Y/N!"

You giggled and stepped away from him. "Sorry, your eyes were scary that I thought you might be thinking real hard."

"Huh? So when I look scary that means I'm thinking hard?!" Kagami said with his brows furrowed.

"Well," you took a little step towards him and looked at his eyes, "sometimes when your brows are all scrunched up it means you are worried, or angry. When its all levelled with each other, it means you are bored, when its really high up from your eyes, it means you are happy. And when you are like this," you stretched your arms out and reached for his eyebrows and made it furrowed, "it means you are thinking really hard."

"H-how-"

You straightened Kagami's brows back to place. (Lol whut?) And you smiled warmly at him. "I like watching you."

And with that, you tiptoed and peck him in the lips.

That is how you left Kagami in the kitchen. Face red and with him thinking:
