A/N: HEY Y'ALL!! This fanfic Idea cam from me but, I must give @SKRAMANILEGNA credit for helping me out!! So, what happens in this story actually happened to me IRL so it is pretty medically accurate if you ask me lol!! ENJOY!!!

"Good morning, Scotty!! I made you some breakfast!!"

Mitch said happily, as he walked into Scott's bedroom with a big plate of breakfast. Scott can't be trusted in the kitchen, so Mitch mostly does the cooking but he doesn't mind at all really. Scott was sitting up, looking at his phone and when Mitch walked in he was surprised.

"Wow, is today like my birthday or something?"

"No. What? I can't make you breakfast in bed any day?"

"I never said that!! Now what did you bring me, chef Mitchy?"

Scott questions Mitch walks up to the bed, and hands him the food one plate at a time.

"Here is a cold fruit bowl."

"Your fav, a bagel."

"Last but not least, a blueberry smoothie."

"Wow, thank you!! It all looks so good!!! Have you eaten already, Mitchy?"

"No, mine is in the kitchen."

"Well, bring it in here and eat with me."

"Okay, I will. Do you think Alex will want some?" 

"No, he's gonna sleep all day anyway."

"Gotcha!! I'll be back in a sec!!"

Just like Scott suggested, Mitch brought his food into his room and they both ate in there at chatted about a few things. When they were done eating, Mitch took all the dirty dishes to the sink  then jumped into the shower. 

1 hour later

Mitch knocks on Scott's bedroom door then, walks a bit shocked that Alex isn't in Scott's room like he normally is. The blonde was watch netflix, but when Mitch walked in he paused it.

"What's up, Mitchy?"

"I just wanted to let you know that I'm going shopping, right now."

"Oh okay, cool."

"I'll bring home food as well, just text me what you want for lunch."

"Alright, I need a goodbye hug first."

Scott said as he got up out of bed and wrapped Mitch in a big hug, then he wispered something into his ear before the hug was over.

"Thank you for breakfast again, Mitchy."

"You are very welcome, Scott. But, you've said thank you over 6 times now."

"I know but, I just wanted you to know that it was so wonderful."

"Awwwe! Okay, bye Scotty!! Love ya!!!"

"Love you too!!"

Since it  was a very sunny morning, and Scott decided to take a dip in the pool. He didn't really have anyone to hang out with at the moment, as Mitch was out shopping and Alex was still peacefully sleeping upstairs. He did a few laps around the pool, and swallowed a lot of water causing him to get out of the pool to grab a water bottle from inside. Once he was out of the water, he slipped and fell pretty hard.

"OW OW!! Oh my god, that hurt!! Sh*t! My arm, it's my arm!!!"

Scott says to himself, as no one was around to help him at all. When Scott fell, he tried to break the fall by putting his arm out to catch himself but instead he fell right on this arm. Scott needs help very badly so, he uses all the power he can and crawls over to the table where his phone is with just one hand while cradling the other in pain. He grabs the phone, then props himself up on the side of a outdoor couch and calls Mitch.

M: "Hey Scotty!"

S: "Um hey, where are you?"

M: "I just walked into the mall, I can't wait to get some new outfits for tour!!"

S: "Wow, that sounds great."

M: "It really is!! So, what are you doing?"

S: "Oh, I'm just taking an afternoon swim. When are you going to be home?"

M: Scotty, not soon. I told you that I just got to the mall like 2 minutes ago."

S: "Oh, I see."

M: "Why are wanting me home so bad, Scotty?"

S: "Well, you see, it's really dumb but I just was getting out of the pool and I slipped. I was trying to catch myself but, that didn't help and I fell right on my arm. I think it's broken."

M: "What now?! Oh my god, Scott!! You took that long to tell me that? I-I'm coming home, I'll be there in just a second. Okay."

S: "Okay, it really hurts Mitchy."

M: "It's okay, I'm gonna hand up now. Alright."

S: "J-Just please hurry."

M: "I will."

Once Mitch hangs up the phone, he speeds out the mall doors that he'd just entered to get to his car as fast as possible. He doesn't know what's going to happen, or if Scott is going to be really hurt. When he arrives home, he doesn't go through the house to get to the backyard. Mitch just runs along the outside, until he reach's the pool area. He see's Scott sitting up on the ground while holding his arm, Mitch goes up to him quickly.

"Scotty, I'm here now, I'm here. Tell me what hurts babe, I'll help."

"My-My arm, I can't move it without screaming."

"Alright um....where's Alex?"

"He's sleeping, s-still."

"What?! Why didn't you call him to come help? At least until I could get here?"

"I didn't want to bother him."

"Oh my god, you are so stubborn. I'm going to get him, hold tight."

Mitch said as he ran inside, going to get extra help because he knows that he cannot handle this by himself for one second. He busted open Alex's unlocked bedroom door, and he was dead asleep so Mitch walked over to him and started shaking him to wake him up. It didn't take long for him to do that, as Alex popped right up.

"Alex, you gotta get up, now please!!"

"What? Why?"

"S-Scott....Scott, he got hurt."

"Huh? How? Where?"

"At the pool, just now. Come on, you need to help me. He's in a lot of pain."

"Okay, okay, I'm up."

Both of them run down the stairs, to get to Scott. Before Mitch walked outside again, he grabbed a towel because Scott was sill soaking wet. Alex was in shock, as he didn't know this was happening until 5 seconds ago.

"Scott, baby, what happened!?"

"A-A-Alex, I-I slipped and fell on the side of the pool when I got out. M-My arm really hurts."

"It will be okay."

"I'm scared."

"I know you are, Scott. But Mitch and I, got you."

Mitch walks out, towel in one hand and water in the other. Poor Scott, was sitting in the sun waiting for help that he is starting to get sunburned already. He walked over to him, and bent down right next to him while opening the water bottle and giving Scott a few sips.

"Scott, baby, we have to get you to the hospital."

"O-Okay, Alex. Mitchy?"

"Yes, Scotty?"

"W-Will you come too?"

"Of course, Scotty. Alex, Will you drive my car? I can sit in the back with him."

"Sure, let's do it. Scott, I need to get you to the car. Mitch I need like a pillow or something."

"Here, use this."

Mitch says as he hands Alex an outside pillow, that normally sits on the outdoor furniture but really anything will work. Scott's loving boyfriend, puts the pillow under his cradled arm while helping him stand up. When he stood up, the dams broke and Scott started sobbing from everything that was going on. Mitch was holding back his tears too, it broke him to see Scott in so much pain like this. 

"OW!! OW!!! IT HURTS, IT HURTS!!!"

"I know it does baby, but we need to walk to the car."

"I-I can't do it, babe, I can't!"

"Yes you can, I know you can."

By the time they got to the car, Scott was still nonstop crying every breath. Mitch put the towel he had brought, and sat it down on the seat before Scott got in so he wouldn't get the car all wet. Once they were all settled in, Alex started driving and Mitch was in the back with Scott trying to calm him down.

"Scotty, it's alright. We are heading to the hospital, and they will help you."

"W-What if it's broken, Mitchy? Oh god, what am I gonna doooo about tour?"

"We don't know if it is broken or not, so don't worry."

"H-H-How can I not worry, Mi-Mitchy? I-I heard it crack."

"You did?"

"Y-Yeah."

"Okay well, you could have knocked it out of place or something. Just because you heard it make a sound that doesn't mean you have to think about the worst options. Alex how much longer until we will be there?"

"Like 5 minutes."

"Alright. Hey Scotty?"

"W-What?"

"Did you hear what Alex said? We will be there in about 5 minutes. So, just take some deep breathes so that way you will be calm when we walk in. Okay?"

"K-K-Kay."

"Good."

At the hospital 

Once they walked in, a nurse came up and looked at his arm. Mitch and Alex thought they'd be spending most of the night in the waiting room but, to their surprise Scott was taken straight back to a room.

"Mr. Hoying, can you explain what happened for me?"

A nurse asked, as she was hooking him up to some things to get a better idea of what had happened. It's not everyday, that she sees a grown man crying in such pain like this.

"S-Sure. I was in the pool, and had gotten out to get a drink. As I was walking, I slipped on some water that was around the pool from where I jumped in. I fell right on my arm, because I tried to catch myself."

"Alright. Well your heart rate, temperature, and blood pressure are fine so that's good. I'm going to order an X-RAY for you soon, so I'll come back and take you there when it is time."

"O-Okay."

After the X-RAY 

The nurse had told Alex and Mitch, that Scott had a very hard time during the whole X-RAY. She said he was screaming in pain when they had to get multiple pictures of his arm in different positions. Just because they had to move it a lot, and it caused a lot of pain. 

"Scott? How was the X-RAY?"

"Alex It was awful, I hated it."

"Well, hopefully it's just sprained or something."

Mitch chimed in, trying to make it better but Scott snapped at him.

"No, it's broken Mitch. I know it!!"

"How do you know that?"

"I told you already, I heard it crack in half."

"Just because you heard it make a noise, that doesn't mean it is-"

The nurse walked in, holding Scott's X-RAYS in her hand. Then, she put them up on some type of weird white thing and made it turn on. You can clearly tell it wasn't just a sprain by looking at it.

"So Mr. Hoying, if you look at this it shows that your elbow is broken in one place."

"How will you treat it."

"This type of break can only be fixed in surgery, Mr. Hoying."

Scott was upset, but the damage was already done and there is nothing else he can really do at this point. The nurse took the X-RAY down, and started to explain everything.

"We will fix your elbow, by putting stents in and waiting for them to heal. You will have to be in a cast for about 6 weeks at the most, so no more pool until then. Also, we will have until in a sling before you leave the hospital and then send you home with a cast. Any questions?"

"How long will I be in the hospital?"

"For at least 4 days, and then you'll be sent home. Anything else?"

"No, I don't have anymore questions."

"Alright then, I will give you a moment with your friends and then take you to the O.R."

The nurse left, and right when she did Scott was crying again. Mitch and Alex quickly stood up and walked over to him, to comfort him.

"Aweee it's okay babe, you'll be better in no time."

"A-Alex, I-I-I'm scared."

"Scotty, you are in such good hands they will take great care of you."

"Yeah, just like Mitch said you have such good doctors. Plus, whenever you leave the hospital we will take good care of you too.'

"Yep. Scotty, I promise you will get through it."

"B-But, I'm scared Mitchy."

"I know you are, and that's okay."

"A-Al-Alex?"

"Yes, babe?"

"Am I gonna be okay?"

"Uh huh, you will be."

"Promise?"

"I promise."

Days later

"Scotty, you finally get to sleep in your own bed!"

"I know, I'm so excited!!"

Scott was in the hospital for 5 days instead of 4, just because he was in a lot of pain and the doctors decided to keep him an extra day. But now, they had just gotten home and they were all sitting in the living room watching TV on the big screen not a tiny hospital TV. 

"Scott, do you like the color cast you picked out?"

"Yeah, I love the black one."

He had gotten a black cast, because most of his outfit matched it and he just really likes that color. All the fans had expected him to go all out and do pink or something, but that wasn't the case.

"Are you having any pain, babe?"

"No Alex, I'm good. You and Mitchy are such good nurses, y'all take such good care of me."

"Group hug!"

Mitch announced, and they both started squeezing the living daylights out of Scott.

"Hey, watch the arm you guys!"
