After almost three days in the hospital, Mitch Scott and Joel can finally come home!

Joel has passed all of his newborn tests and is eating very well, so Joel is able to go home with Mitch and Scott today!

Since Joel was born before thirty seven weeks, he is still considered a premature baby. But thankfully, Joel is doing just fine and didn't need to go into the NICU or have any trouble eating, keeping his temperature up or other problems that premature babies can have.

Mitch is also very excited to go home, because he really hates being in hospitals and he hates being away from home, which is his safe place.

Mitch has just finished breastfeeding Joel and he is now burping him on his shoulder.

Scott ordered Mitch's push present a few weeks ago, but since Joel was born a week earlier then planned, it didn't come in time for Joel's birth.

But finally, the push present Scott ordered for Mitch has finally arrived and Scott wants to give Mitch his push present before they leave the hospital today!

Scott walks over to Mitch and smiles at him and baby Joel. Scott still can't believe that he and Mitch have another baby boy!

Mitch smiles ear to ear at Scott and kisses him tenderly twice.

"Baby boy is really milk drunk now. He freaking loves to breastfeed." Mitch says with a cheeky grin at Scott.

"Aww, he is so stinking cute." Scott says as he softly kisses Joel forehead.

"He sure is." Mitch softly says with a cheeky smile at Scott.

Scott then hands Mitch his push present and Mitch looks at Scott in utter confusion and disbelief.

"Mitchy, this is present for you." Scott says softly to Mitch and he softly kisses Mitch's cheek.

"Scott Richard Hoying! I told you to not get me anything and you didn't listen!" Mitch says to Scott as he hands Joel to Scott to hold.

Scott rocks Joel in his arms and Scott smiles at Joel and then at Mitch.

"Shh. I wanted to get you something because you freaking deserve it." Scott says to Mitch softly and Mitch tear up a little.

"Ugh, I am going to beat you up, Scott!" Mitch says playfully yelling at Scott and Scott chuckles at him.

"You can beat me up when I'm not holding Joel." Scott says as he kisses Joel's cheek.

Mitch then begins to open up his push present from Scott. Mitch pulls out a gold bracelet with his seven children's names and birth stones on it.

*Mitch's push present from Scott*

"Scotty, this is so beautiful. Oh my goodness. It has all of my babies on it and it is so perfect." Mitch says softly to Scott.

"Do you like it?" Scott asks Mitch softly.

"Yes, I love it Scotty! Thank you so much, baby." Mitch says as he kisses Scott a few times.

"You're welcome, baby. I love you." Scott says to Mitch.

"I love you too!" Mitch says to Scott as he kisses Mitch again.

Mitch, Scott and Joel hang out while they wait for the discharge process to begin!

Scott is currently outside putting all of the hospital bags into the trunk of the car and is going to bring Joel's car seat in, while Mitch is getting himself and Joel dressed and ready to go home!

Mitch grabs the vlogging camera and he begins to film Joel, who is laying on his hospital bed and is looking around the room and is cooing.

"Alrighty guys, Joel is dressed and is very ready to go home! Baby boy looks so cute in this outfit. Scott's parents, Connie and Rick bought this adorable outfit for Joel and I really fell in love with it, so Scott and I decided that Joel should wear this outfit as his going home outfit! He looks so so cute in it." Mitch says as he films Joel and tenderly rubs Joel's cheek.

*Joel's going home outfit*

"Hi, sweetheart. You are so precious. I love you so so much." Mitch says in a whisper at Joel and Joel coos at him.

"Joel is just the sweetest little baby. He is a perfect baby. He loves to cuddle, he loves lots of kisses and he loves to be held. He eats very well and he doesn't cry much at all. Scott and I got so lucky with a baby like him." Mitch says as he gives Joel his pacifier and Joel happily sucks on it.

"And if you are noticing his darker skin tone, yes he is a tan little guy. His bilirubin levels are perfect though, so he doesn't have jaundice. He is just tan like I am. Aren't you, baby boy? Do you have a tan like Daddy? Yeah! Papa is going to come back and then we will be able to go home, baby boy." Mitch says in a babyfied voice to Joel and Joel looks up and Mitch, making Mitch smile.

"Now you can really see his eye colors! He has one blue eye and one brown eye. I forgot the name of the eye condition Joel has, but is nothing serious at all and he was just born like this. Having two color eyes isn't going to hurt him at all or cause any health problems for him! This is just something that happens! All of the nurses and my doctor all think Joel's eyes are gorgeous. Well, I will vlog when we are on our way home! See you guys in a little bit!" Mitch says happily as he turns the camera off.

Mitch and Joel wait for Scott to come back into the hospital!

Mitch vlogs Scott sitting next to him in a recliner. Scott is on his iPhone and he is watching a YouTube video.

"Hi, Papa Scott." Mitch says as Scott looks up at Mitch and smiles and giggles at Mitch.

"Hi, Daddy Mitch." Scott says to Mitch as he blows a kiss to Mitch, making Mitch's cheeks blush.

Mitch giggles at Scott and then he films Joel sitting in his car seat. Joel has a few wires on his chest to check his heart beat and his oxygen levels during the car seat test.

"Joel is currently doing his car seat test! Since Joel is still considered a preemie, all preemies have to do a ninety minute car seat test to make sure the baby can breathe well in the car seat. Joel seems to be doing well, so hopefully he passes and we can go home." Mitch says to the camera as he vlogs a happy and sleepy Joel.

*Joel's car seat*

"Joel looks so little in his car seat, oh my gosh." Scott says to Mitch as he looks at Joel in his car seat.

"I know! He looks like he is too small for this car seat but the nurse said he fits in it just fine." Mitch says to Scott as Joel sneezes twice. 

"Bless you!" Mitch and Scott say in unison to Joel.

Mitch and Scott both wait for Joel's car seat test to be over!

- Almost Two Hours Later -
Dr. Moore walks into Mitch's hospital room with a big smile on her face. Mitch is feeding Joel a bottle of breast milk.

"Hello, Mr. Grassi-Hoying and Mr. Hoying!" Dr. Moore says to Mitch and Scott.

"Hello, Dr. Moore!" Scott and Mitch both say in unison to Dr. Moore.

"Somebody passed their car seat test with flying colors! Congratulations!" Dr. Moore says to Mitch and Scott.

"Yay!" Mitch says with lots of excitement.

"That's awesome!" Scott says to Dr. Moore with a big smile.

"Joel can be discharged this afternoon with you, Mitch! I just signed your discharge papers as well as Joel's discharge papers, so you two can go home now!" Dr. Moore says to Mitch and Scott.

"That is great! We are all very ready to go home!" Mitch says to Dr. Moore.

"Definitely!" Scott says to Dr. Moore with a cheeky grin.

"Aw, I'm sure! I will see you in six weeks for your six week check up, Mitch! And Joel will see his pediatrician in a few days then two weeks, correct?" Dr. Moore asks Mitch and Scott.

"Yes, we have Joel's appointments with his pediatrician all set up!" Mitch says to Dr. Moore.

"Excellent! Congratulations to you guys! Joel is a miracle baby and he is very healthy!" Dr. Moore says happily to Mitch and Scott.

"Can you take some pictures of us before we leave?" Mitch asks Dr. Moore happily.

"Of course I can!" Dr. Moore says as Scott hands her his iPhone.

Dr. Moore then takes a few pictures of Mitch, Joel and Scott all together.

Mitch posts a picture of himself, Scott and Joel on his Instagram Stories. He writes: "Going home! 👶🏻😇"

Mitch, Scott and Joel all leave the hospital, get in the car to head home!

- An Hour Later -
After being stuck in traffic for an hour, Scott, Mitch and Joel are finally home! Luckily, Joel slept through his first ever car ride and first ever traffic jam!

"We are finally home, Joel! Welcome home, baby boy." Mitch says softly to Joel and Joel yawns.

"Are you feeling okay, Mitchy?" Scott asks Mitch softly.

"I feel okay, Scotty. I just feel tired." Mitch says to Scott.

"I am tired too. Let's go see our kiddos, parents and the pets and then maybe we can take a nice nap." Scott says as Mitch giggles at him.

"Let's go see them! Are you ready, Joel? Are you ready to see your siblings, grandparents and pets?" Mitch asks Joel in a babyfied voice and Joel coos, making Mitch and Scott both awe.

"Let's go, Joel! Let's go, baby boy! Let me help Daddy out of the car and then I'll get you out, cutie pie." Scott says in a babyfied voice to Joel.

Scott helps Mitch out of the car and then he picks up Joel's car seat from the car seat base.

"Let's go in, Mitchy. Take your time, babe." Scott says softly to Mitch and Mitch smiles at Scott and Joel.

Scott carries Joel's car seat and helps Mitch to the house. Nel opens up the front door and smiles ear to ear as she sees Scott, Joel and Mitch walking towards the house slowly.

"Welcome home, boys!" Nel says as she hugs Scott and Mitch softly and then she helps Mitch into the house while Scott carries Joel's in his car seat.

"Thank you!" Mitch and Scott say in unison to Nel as they both walk into the house.

"Yay! You guys are finally home!" Connie says as she cheers and hugs Scott and Mitch.

"Yes, finally! Traffic was a huge pain in the butt today! Luckily Joel slept the whole time and didn't even cry!" Scott says happily as he looks at Joel sleeping in his car seat.

"Aw, that's so good!" Connie says with a big smile.

"He is so stinking cute. Awww!" Nel says as she smiles at Joel.

"Where are the kids, Mom and Nel?" Mitch asks Nel and Connie as he slowly sits down on the couch.

"All of them are outside playing with Rick and Mike! Do you want me to tell Rick and Mike to bring them in?" Nel asks Mitch and Scott.

"Let's have the pets sniff and meet Joel before the kids come in and see him. I don't want a lot of commotion around me right now." Mitch says as he fixes his hair and gets comfortable on the couch.

"That's fine, sweety! Let me go get the pets! I had them all in your bedroom, so they wouldn't jump on you guys when you guys came in the house." Connie says to Mitch and Scott.

"Aw, thanks mom!" Scott says to his mom.

"Thank you, Connie!" Mitch says to Connie happily.

"You're welcome!" Connie says to Scott as she goes upstairs and lets Wyatt, Lucy, Daisy and Ollie out of Mitch and Scott's bedroom.

"Joel's good home outfit is so cute! I love it!" Nel says to Scott and Mitch.

"My parents bought this outfit for him. It is a little big on him, but he still looks very cute." Scott says to Nel.

Wyatt, Ollie, Daisy and Lucy all happily run down the steps and they all get excited and very happy when the four of them see Mitch and Scott.

"Hi, fur babies! Hi!" Mitch says as he pets Daisy, Lucy, Ollie and Wyatt one by one.

"Hey guys! Hey!" Scott says as he also pets Daisy, Lucy, Ollie and Wyatt one by one.

Scott then slowly sets Joel's car seat down on the floor so Wyatt, Ollie, Daisy and Lucy can all sniff Joel and meet him or the first time.

"There is another baby in the family, guys! What do you guys think of baby Joel?" Scott asks Daisy, Lucy, Ollie and Wyatt in a babyfied voice.

"Woof! Woof! Woof!" Daisy says as she gets excited and wags her tail.

"Woof! Woof!" Lucy says as she happily wags her tail.

"Lucy and Daisy are excited for a baby brother!" Connie says as Nel awes.

"Meow!" Ollie says as he sniffs Joel again and gets excited.

"Ollie is excited! Aww." Scott says with a cheeky grin.

"Ollie has never seen a newborn baby before. I am so glad he is excited." Mitch says to Connie, Nel and Scott.

"Wyatt is purring too! Aren't you, Wy Wy? You love babies." Scott says as he pets Wyatt's head.

"Let's get Joel out of his car seat, babe. I'm sure he is tired of being in that thing." Mitch says to Scott.

Scott then unbuckles Joel out of his car seat and then hands him to Mitch to hold.

"Awww!" Connie and Nel say in unison as they all look at Joel together.

"Hi, baby boy. Welcome home." Mitch says softly to Joel as he kisses Joel's forehead softly.

Scott then sits on the couch next to Mitch and tenderly kisses Mitch's cheek.

"Let me get a picture of you three and then I'll take another picture of you three and the other kids!" Connie says with lots of excitement.

"Yes! Me too! Me too!" Nel says with a big cheeky smile.

"Okay! Let's bring the kids and grandfathers in!" Nel says as she walks outside to tell Rick, Mike, Liam, Hudson, Sophia, Isabella, Sawyer and Amelia that baby Joel is home!

Rick, Mike, Liam, Hudson, Sophia, Isabella, Sawyer and Amelia all walk into the house happily and walk into the living room where Scott, Mitch, Joel, Connie and Nel are sitting on the couch.

"Welcome home!" Mike says happily to Scott and Mitch.

"Welcome home, boys!" Rick says to Scott and Mitch with a big smile.

"DADDY! PAPA! JOEL!" Hudson, Sophia, Isabella, Sawyer and Amelia all say in unison to Mitch, Scott and baby Joel.

"Welcome home, Papa, Dad and Joel." Liam says with a big grin.

"Hey guys!" Scott says to Rick, Mike, Liam, Hudson, Sophia, Isabella, Sawyer and Amelia.

"Hi, babies!" Mitch says to Liam, Hudson, Sophia, Isabella, Sawyer and Amelia.

"Hi, Dad and Rick!" Mitch says to Mike and Rick.

"Guys, let's wash our hands before we touch the baby, let's wash our hands!" Rick says to Liam, Hudson, Sophia, Isabella, Sawyer and Amelia.

Liam, Hudson, Sophia, Isabella, Sawyer and Amelia all go to the half bathroom and they begin to wash their hands!

"Aww, Joel looks very cute with that outfit on!" Rick says happily to Mitch and Scott.

"I know! It is a little too big for him but he looks so cute." Mitch says to Rick.

"We took many pictures of him in this outfit already." Scott says to Rick with a chuckle.

"He is so beautiful, boys." Mike says to Scott and Mitch.

"Thank you!" Mitch and Scott say in unison to Mike.

Liam, Hudson, Sophia, Isabella, Sawyer and Amelia all walk back over and kiss and hold baby Joel!
