Today is Sunday, October 31st which means today is also HALLOWEEN!

This Halloween is going to be a lot more fun than last years Halloween because all the kids are now able to trick or treat safely!

Mitch and Scott are both so excited and happy that their eight children are going to be able to trick or treat this year and all of the kids are excited as well!

This will be Joel's first time trick or treating where he can really participate in it since he can walk and talk now at two years old! Meanwhile, this will Gabriella's first ever time trick or treating! Gabriella was one month old last Halloween and none of the kids went out trick or treating. 

Since the pandemic is getting somewhat better in California, with many older children and a lot of adult Californians being vaccinated, it is a lot safer to trick or treat this year so Mitch and Scott are confident that the kids can go out, get a lot of candy, have fun and still be safe from covid!

Liam, Hudson, Sophia, Isabella, Sawyer and Amelia can't wait to go trick or treating and they were really upset they couldn't go out last year!

Right now, Mitch and Scott are both happily helping getting Liam, Hudson, Sophia, Isabella, Sawyer, Amelia, Joel and Gabriella dressed in their cousins and helping them with makeup!

Liam is going to be a Swamp Creeper, Hudson is going to be a Mystical Dragon, Sophia is going to be Rosie the Riveter, Isabella is going to be a R&B Princess, Sawyer is going to be Pikachu, Amelia is going to be Queen Poppy from the movie Trolls World Tour, Joel is going to be Daddy Shark and Gabriella is going to be a Rabbit!

While all eight of the kids get their Halloween costumes and makeup on, Mitch, Scott, Liam, Hudson, Sophia, Isabella, Sawyer, Amelia, Joel and Gabriella are all enjoying some ghost shaped pancakes and some turkey bacon!

"Are the ghost shaped pancakes and turkey bacon good, guys?" Scott asks Liam, Hudson, Sophia, Isabella, Sawyer, Amelia, Joel and Gabriella.

"Ya ba ba ba ba!" Gabriella says happily up at Scott with a cheeky grin on her face.

"UH HUH! SOOOO YUMMY, PAPA!" Joel says with a cheeky smile at Scott.

"Yes!" Sophia, Amelia, Sawyer and Hudson all say in unison to Scott with big smiles.

"Mhm!" Liam says softly as he eats another ghost shaped pancake.

"It is so yummy!" Isabella says with a giggle and a smile.

"Thank you, Papa!" Sophia, Isabella, Hudson all say in unison to Scott.

"Thank youuuuuu!" Amelia and Sawyer all say in unison happily to Scott.

"Thanks, Papa!" Liam says with a big grin.

"Fank you!" Joel says as he claps his hands with excitement.

"Yay! Tank tank!" Gabriella yells loudly at Scott.

"You are very welcome! Eat up! Eat up! We are going to be trick or treating for a few hours tonight!" Scott says with a cheeky grin at the kids.

Hudson, Sophia, Isabella, Sawyer, Amelia, Joel and Gabriella all cheer happily, all excited to trick or treat tonight! Liam is also excited and he can't wait to see some friends!

Mitch walks over to Joel to fix his messy hair while Joel enjoys his dinner.

"Joelly, are you excited to go trick or treating tonight?" Mitch asks Joel with a smile and Joel smiles back at Mitch.

"YA! YA! I cited! I sooo cited, Daddy!" Joel says as he giggles up at Mitch.

"What do you say when you go up to someone's house tonight?" Mitch asks Joel, making sure he remembers what to say!

"Twick twreat!" Joel says, causing Mitch and Scott to both awe loudly and smile at him.

"That's right, Joelly! Great job, baby boy!" Mitch says, kissing Joel's cheeks a few times.

"Joelly, will you help Gabby trick or treat tonight?" Scott asks Joel as he cleans up Gabriella's face with a napkin.

"Uh huh! I help Gab!" Joel says as he tries to stand up in his seat but Mitch sits him right back down.

"Ba ba ba ba!" Gabriella says as she flaps her hands with excitement.

"Are you excited to go trick or treating tonight, baby girl?" Scott asks Gabriella with a big smile.

"Yaaaa!" Gabriella says as she smiles ear to ear at Mitch and Scott.

"It is going to be so much fun! Yay!" Mitch says in a babyfied voice, kissing Gabriella's cheeks

Once all of the kids ate their Halloween themed breakfast dinner, they are all ready to go trick or treating!

"Stay near Papa and I! And stay together when you go to the houses, please!" Mitch explains to Liam, Hudson, Sophia, Isabella, Sawyer and Amelia.

"Okay, Daddy!" Hudson, Sophia, Isabella, Sawyer and Amelia all say in unison with big smiles.

"Okay, Dad!" Liam says with a grin, leading the way to the little ones.

Scott gets the double stroller ready and puts Joel and Gabriella inside, so they can sit if they needed or wanted to!

"I go! I go!" Joel says pointing at his older siblings walking.

"You can walk! Just stay with your brothers, sissys, Daddy or I!" Scott says, buckling Gabriella in and she smiles at him.

"Otay!" Joel says, happily gets out of the stroller and follows Liam, Hudson, Sophia, Isabella, Sawyer and Amelia! Amelia proudly holds Joel's hand as they walk.

Mitch smiles at the seven older kids walking together and heading to the first house.

"Joel is so excited, I love it." Mitch says softly looking up at Scott and kissing him,

"I know! It's his first Halloween he can really enjoy. Gabriella will enjoy it too, even though she doesn't talk much." Scott says tickling Gabriella's belly and she giggles.

"She is the cutest little rabbit ever! Yes, you are! Yes, you are!" Mitch playfully pinches Gabriella's cheeks and she smiles, babbling up at her Daddy.

"Trick or treat!" Liam, Hudson, Sophia, Isabella, Sawyer and Amelia all say in unison with big smiles.

"Twick twreat!" Joel says as he jumps up and down happily.

"Da da!" Gabriella says up at Mitch and Mitch smiles.

"Are you having fun, baby? Yeah!" Mitch says fixing Gabriella's rabbit ears.

"Daddy! Papa! I got Gabby this!" Amelia says holding up a lollipop to Mitch, Scott and Gabriella.

"Aww! Thank you, Amelia! That is soooo sweet!" Mitch says kissing Amelia's cheek.

"Look, Gabby! Meel got this for you!" Scott says as he smiles at Gabriella and Gabriella gets excited.

Liam, Hudson, Sophia, Isabella, Sawyer, Amelia and Joel all happily walk over to a few houses to trick or treat with Mitch following with Gabriella in his arms!

"You guys have kids of candy so far!" Mitch says with a cheeky grin.

"Gabriella wants some!" Scott says as Gabriella plays with her little bag.

"Do you want something baby? I have to check it first!" Mitch says as Gabriella smiles.

Mitch gives Gabriella an easy piece of candy to have and she happily eats it.

"Mmmm! Is it good?" Mitch asks Gabriella in a babyfied voice.

"Ya ba ba baaaaa!" Gabriella says with chocolate on her face.

Amelia runs around causing Scott to get a little scared.

"Amelia! Be careful, baby!" Scott says as he pushes the stroller with Gabriella in it.

"WOAH! Look at that house!" Sawyer says, jumping up and down.

"Wow! Look at the Frankenstein! So spooky!" Mitch says as he giggles.

"And the little ghosts flying around!" Sawyer says as he smiles.

"Where is Joel?" Mitch asks, about to panic.

"I got him!" Liam says holding a happy Joel in his arms.

"Hiiiiii!" Joel says waving at Mitch with a cheeky smile.

"Gabby, do you wanna walk with Huddy? Go ahead!" Mitch says as he puts Gabriella down and she happily walks over to Hudson holding his hand.

Liam, Hudson, Sophia, Isabella, Sawyer, Amelia, Joel and Gabriella all walk up to the next few hours together!

"Trick or treat!" Liam, Hudson, Sophia, Isabella, Sawyer and Amelia all say in unison.

"Twick twreat!" Joel says as he jumps around and smiles.

"Baaaa baaa!" Gabriella yells with a big smile.

"They are growing up fast." Scott whispers to Mitch as he rubs Mitch's back.

"Too fast! Too freaking fast." Mitch says softly as he lays his head on Scott's shoulder and Scott smiles at him before kissing him.

Mitch, Scott, Liam, Hudson, Sophia, Isabella, Sawyer, Amelia, Joel and Gabriella all continue to trick or treat for a few more hours before heading home!

Liam, Hudson, Sophia, Isabella, Sawyer, Amelia, Joel and Gabriella all had a wonderful time trick or treating and they got a ton of yummy and delicious candy! :)
