Taste Of HIS Cherry Chapstick
(A/N, I hope this is okay!)
Scott walked to his locker, his bubble gum bubble popping.
"Hey, Chelsea." He said smoothly.
"Oh, hi, Scott!" His girlfriend sighed.
"Any teachers around?" Scott asked.
Chelsea shook her head, kissing Scott.
Something always felt off about Scott's kisses with any girl, but he loved the taste of cherry chapstick.
"Hey, baby." A boy said.
"What the hell!?" Scott exclaimed, breaking away from Chelsea. "Who're you?"
"Her boyfriend!"
Scott backed away. "I gotta go."
He sat at his desk, thoughts whirling through his mind.
"Scott! Please pay attention!" His teacher called.
"Yes ma'am." Scott replied, looking up.
"This is a partner assignment, you're partner's Mitch." The teacher said.
Scott groaned internally, he didn't want to be partnered with the quiet kid, he was probably weird.
"Hi, I'm Mitch." The boy said. "You wanna come to my house to work?"
Scott shrugged. "I've got nothing better to do."
"Ugh, rude." Mitch said, walking away.
Scott knocked on Mitch's door, his mom answering.
"MITCH! YOUR FRIEND'S AT THE DOOR!" Mrs. Grassi called.
"I'M COMING!" Mitch called back, jumping down the stairs. "Hey, Scott."
"Hey, Mitch." Scott said. "You wanna work on the project?"
"Yeah." Mitch said. "Mom, we'll be done in an hour or two."
"Alright, honey, do good work!" Mrs. Grassi said.
Mitch flopped onto his bed. "Any ideas?"
"Nope, you?" Scott asked.
"Not really, but how are we gonna work together?" Mitch asked.
"What do you mean?" Scott asked.
"C'mon, we're polar opposites! You're a ladies man, I'm...I'm not." Mitch said.
"I'm not a ladies man." Scott said.
"How many girlfriends have you had?"
"That doesn't mean anything! I didnt like any of them!" Scott said, looking around Mitch's room.
"Ugh, I need chapstick." Mitch said. "This cold weather isn't helping my lips."
"This?" Scott asked, grabbing a chapstick thing on the table.
"Perfect!" Mitch said, taking it.
"What flavor is it?" Scott asked, as Mitch licked his lips.
"Cherry, my favorite." Mitch said, smiling.
"I love cherry chapstick." Scott said. "Can I have some?"
Mitch shrugged. "Here."
Through out the week, they finished their project, but had become friends through the whole process.
"Hey, Scott, do you wanna go out?" A girl asked.
"I can't, I'm hanging out at Mitch's house." Scott said.
"Ugh, that weirdo?"
"Oh shut the f--k up." Scott said, as Mitch walked up. "Hey!"
"Hey!" Mitch said.
"Ooh, if it isn't the school's f-g." The girl said.
"What the hell is wrong with you?" Scott asked, putting his arm around Mitch's waist, pulling him close.
The girl muttered something under her breath, but the two heard it.
"Scott, you're gonna get in trouble." Mitch said, as Scott's grip tightened on his waist.
"Nope." Scott said, kissing his friend.
Mitch was startled, but quickly began kissing back.
"PDA!" One of the teachers yelled.
They broke away, smiling.
"That felt so bad." Mitch said.
"But so good." Scott said, licking his lips. "Damn, baby, you taste great! Cherry?"
Mitch nodded. "I put it on in math class."
Scott nodded approvingly. "I like it."
