SIM
I opened my eyes but felt a horrible pain run through my head and down my spine. I moaned and lifted my hand to my head, it feeling like someone is pounding little drums in my head. I knew I had hit my head when I was thrown into... wherever I was. I rolled over and tried to get on my side but the weight of my body versus what my head wanted me to do was keeping me on my back.
"Sim?" I heard from beside me somewhere.
"Yeah?"
"Where are we?"
"I don't know... My head..."
I closed my eyes again and made myself get up so that I wasn't lying on the cold stone floor anymore. My head swam around as I leaned up against the wall, nausea starting to creep up.
"Sim, what's going on? We were drugged or something and then we woke up here." I heard Kalij say as he shuffled closer.
"Yeah, what the hell man? You came into the kitchen and suddenly this smoke came out of a ring and we fell unconscious." Ichor said from beside me as I felt him sit. "Is this some sort of secret hide out?"
"No..." I said, trying to keep the nausea at bay. "We've been kidnapped."
"What?"
"Gerald kidnapped us... I don't know what he's going to do with us but try not to let him touch you."
"Who's Gerald?" Kalij asked.
I forgot that we never got to that part.
"Gerald used to be my stepfather. He found out about Dad and used me to get to him. That's why Dad and I have those bad dreams and why we needed a therapist. But we were sto stupid! How could I have not seen that it was Gerald all along? The questions he asked, the intrigue of everything... How could we not have known?"
"Yeah, considering this guy is supposed to be a baddie. I mean, you'd have recognized his face." Ichor said.
I shook my head as slowly as I could. "He can shapeshift."
"So I was right?!" Kalij said and I could feel him staring at me in shock.
"As far out as it was, ironically you were right. I would have never guessed that but it happened. That bastard had been Dr. Peters... he was also Jai's science teacher."
"Is that why you always had a funny feeling about him?"
"Yeah... That's why I told Jai not to disclose anymore of our family history with him because I had a weird feeling about him. But there I was, giving him more information than Jai could ever give. I told him everything where was the know about myself... Everything..."
"Well what did you expect?" Ichor said as he pulled his knees up to his chest. "I mean,the guy must have been very well shifted if you didn't even feel creepy around him. How could you have known?"
The swimming feeling in my head was ever so slightly subsiding but I knew that if I moved my head too quickly that it would come back. God, my head was so heavy... I heard the door open and then someone grunt and fall to the ground.
"Hey, don't throw him!" a female voice said with anger. "Are you alright?"
"Yeah... thanks for catching me."
"Bay?" Ichor said.
"You guys are here? Dude, this freak killed Sokshock! I mean, he mutilated her and dismembered her and everything." he said frantically.
Someone else yelled and thudded to the ground.
"Glad you could join us." Kalij said.
I heard footsteps and turned as Gerald walked in, a smirk on his face. I hated that man...
"Good evening little experiments. I'm so glad that I got all of you. Now I just need your father and your father and we'll be complete." he said, pointing to me and then at Ace.
"What do you want with my dad?" Ace asked with a frown.
"Well, seeing as how your father made me go to jail and the like, I think it would be right for me to have revenge, don't you?"
"Then why do you have us?" Ichor asked. "If you just wanted our dads then why didn't you just take them?"
"Tut, tut, young Leoda... I created you, my child, I had to see if others could be created from you."
"What the hell is he talking about?" Bay asked.
Gerald turned to him and clapped his hands gaily, like this was nephews he hadn't seen in years.
"My dear little seahorse child... As you have seen with our own body, you are capable of producing children. I made you that way..."
"No you didn't." I said, sitting up a little. "Julie did with my dad... The serum running through his veins created the triplets, not you!"
"I think you're mistaken here-"
"Dad? Hey, what are you doing down- What the heck?"
"Sansr, what are you doing here?" he growled.
I turned quickly to the door and saw my ex standing there, looking at Gerald with a confused expression.
"Dad, what the heck? I thought you were going to tie them up first."
"I always hated you, you little bitch." Ace said from the floor as she stood. "You were always acting like some sort of queen or something."
"Ah, Ace... what a manly name..." She turned and then smiled at me. "Why Sim, you look so pregnant."
"What are you doing here?" I asked.
She thumbed at Gerald. "My dad asked me to help with getting things ready upstairs... Oh, suppose you mean what am I doing here, right?" She grinned. "Working."
"You were in on this too?" I asked.
"Yup. I was supposed to gather information on you and your family but you would never tell. So we had to send my brother in to do a little snooping on his own but he wasn't doing a very good job." she said nonchalantly.
"Your brother?" Jai asked.
"Yeah. You know Billy."
Ace blanched. "B-Billy?"
"Yup, good old William H. Tricker." she said with a grin that looked exactly like Gerald's.
Ace sank back to the ground as Bay put his arms around her in comfort.
Gerald turned to Sansr and made a face.
"What is it that you wanted anyway?"
"I just wanted to know if I have everything that you needed done correctly."
"I'll be up in a moment."
She nodded and then blew a vain kiss to me and I glared as she left.
"And Sim?" I looked up. "When I get your daddy and that man you call your uncle, I'm going to let you watch as I kill him and then let you watch as I experiment on your father again... It'll be just like old times, remember?"
I gulped as he left the room and I felt a wave of fatigue hit me. I fell back and Ichor grabbed me.
"Hey, you okay?"
"Fine... Just... Stay together."

Days passed and with little to eat, little to drink, and my head in bad shape, I was not doing very good at all. I had to stay on my side and I had to have Jai give me his coat to keep me warm. I think I had a concussion but who could really tell? Gerald didn't come back into the cell to say anything but Sansr and Billy escorted us for bathroom breaks, never talking, just silent.
Finally, after days without hearing anything, the door opened and Gerald walked in with Sansr and Billy behind him. Sansr grabbed hold of Bay as Ace tried to stopped her but Billy grabbed a hold of Ace. Gerald pulled out a syringe and Bay tried to buck against Sansr.
"No!"
"Don't worry, it's empty. I came to get some test fluids from your embryonic fluid. Hold still so I don't hurt the baby."
"But I don't like needles! Ace!" he yelled frantically.
"Mr. Gerald, please leave him alone with it or at least let me hold his hand... He really hates needles..."
"Alright then, if it will keep things simple. Release one hand, Billy, Sansr."
They each released a hand as Bay grabbed onto Ace's. He didn't have a phobia of it but he hated them with a passion. As tough as he was, he had to hold someone's hand at least but he could endure it.
Gerald pulled out a packet of sterile needles. He opened a pack up and stuck the needle onto the syringe. He took the cap off and then stuck it into Bay's distended belly. He whimpered, his hand clenching Ace's as hard as he could. Fluid got sucked into the syringe and he capped it off. Then he pulled out another syringe, full.
"This will make things exceptionally easy." he said, plunging the needle into Bay's arm.
He yelped and Sansr let him go, Billy letting Ace go. Gerald looked at me as he passed to leave the room and frowned.
"What's wrong with you?"
"You may have given him a concussion you ass!" Ichor snarled.
Gerald motioned and Sansr jabbed a needle into Ichor's arm. He yelled and kicked her leg.
"I'll get some medicine." Gerald mumbled as he left.
They left and Jai went over to Ichor, who was looking at the whelp where the needle was jabbed.
"I never liked your girlfriend." he hissed at me. I smiled a little but he crawled over. "Are you okay?"
"Yeah... I'm... better than before."
"Okay." He hissed and looked at the needle mark. "Jeez did she have to stab me with it?"
"What was in it?" Jai asked.
"How should I know? We'll find out later when I'm a werewolf or something, right?"
"I don't think he does that..." I said softly. "It would have to do with your body... No animals..."
"Well, whatever. It stings... I'm going to bed." he said walking over to the side.
I looked up at the ceiling and prayed that our dads would find us. I just wanted to be home with my family.
